step 1, puncturing: the tip 21 of the needle 2 is inserted into and penetrates a closure 91 (e.g., a bottle stopper, particularly a cork stopper) at an opening of a beverage container 9 (e.g., a wine bottle).
Step 2, closing the valve: the operating valve body 4 is in a disconnected state, in which the lumen 23 of the needle 2 is not communicated with the atmosphere, so that the beverage 92 in the beverage container 9 is prevented from flowing out of the lumen 23 of the needle 2 to the outside in the subsequent operation process, and the beverage 92 is prevented from leaking. In one embodiment, the operation of closing the valve is automatically performed by the first resilient member 45, and the first resilient member 45 biases the valve body 4 to the open state.
Step 3, liquid level adjustment: the beverage container 9 is adjusted so that the needle 2 is immersed in the beverage 92 in the beverage container 9 so that the beverage 92 can come into contact with the needle 2 and the beverage 92 is drawn out through the needle 2. The beverage container 9 is typically adjusted by tipping the beverage container 9 so that the needle 2 is below the level of the beverage 92.
Step 4, extracting the beverage 92: the fluid extraction device 3 is activated to extract the beverage 92 through the needle 2, the fluid extraction device 3 is communicated with the lumen 23 of the needle 2, the needle 2 is immersed below the liquid level of the beverage 92, the fluid extraction device 3 can directly extract the beverage 92, and the user externally adopts a cup to receive the extracted beverage 92. If the pressure in the beverage container 9 is too low to extract the beverage 92, the following steps are performed:
step 4.1, air pressure adjustment: stopping the extraction of the fluid extraction means 3, adjusting the beverage container 9 to separate the beverage 92 in the beverage container 9 from the needle 2 (typically by righting the beverage container 9 so that the level of the beverage 92 in the beverage container 9 is lower than the needle 2), operating the valve body 4 in a communication state in which the lumen 23 is in communication with the atmosphere, increasing the gas pressure in the beverage container 9 to meet the pressure differential requirements of the fluid extraction means 3 to continue the extraction of the beverage 92.
Step 5, the steps of closing the valve, adjusting the liquid level and extracting the beverage 92 are repeated (i.e. steps 2, 3 and 4 are repeated) until the beverage 92 in the beverage container 9 is completely extracted or the extracted beverage 92 reaches the required amount.
Step 6, vacuumizing: when beverage 92 remains in the beverage container 9 after beverage 92 is drawn, the beverage container 9 is adjusted to separate the beverage 92 in the beverage container 9 from the needle 2, typically by righting the beverage container 9 so that the level of the beverage 92 in the beverage container 9 is below the needle 2, and air is drawn from the beverage container 9 using the fluid drawing device 3 until a vacuum or near vacuum is present in the beverage container 9, pulling the needle 2 out of the closure 91. After evacuation, the beverage 92 remaining in the beverage container 9 can be stored for a long time without deterioration, and the sealing member 91 of the beverage container 9 automatically returns to close the hole of the needle 2 after the needle 2 is pulled out, thereby keeping the interior of the beverage container 9 in a vacuum state.
In the vacuum-pumping step 6, when the needle 2 is pulled out of the sealing member 91, the fluid-pumping device 3 is kept in an activated state, and it is further ensured that the inside of the beverage container 9 is kept in a vacuum state after the needle 2 is pulled out.

a main body provided with a base;
a needle having a tip end for piercing and penetrating a closure at an opening of a beverage container and a root end opposite the tip end, the needle having a lumen therein extending from the root end to the tip end; the root end is mounted on the base;
a fluid extraction device mounted to the body, the fluid extraction device being communicated to the lumen for extracting fluid from the lumen and discharging the extracted fluid; and
the valve body is arranged on the base, and a valve core capable of being switched between a communication state and a disconnection state is arranged in the valve body; in the connected state, the lumen is connected to the atmosphere, and in the disconnected state, the lumen is not connected to the atmosphere.
2. The beverage extraction device of claim 1, wherein: the valve body has a valve chamber having a first opening communicating with the chamber and a second opening communicating with the atmosphere, and the spool line is disposed in the valve chamber and interrupts communication of the first opening and the second opening or communicates the first opening and the second opening by linear movement.
3. The beverage extraction device of claim 2, wherein: the valve body further comprises a first elastic piece arranged in the valve cavity, the first elastic piece pushes the valve core against and maintains the valve core in the disconnection state, and when the valve core is in the connection state, the first elastic piece is compressed.
