Therefore, a new technique is needed to solve the problem of the prior art that requires the additional purchase of a source of protective gas during the preservation of the beverage.
Disclosure of Invention

With reference to fig. 1, 6 and 9, the beverage extraction device of the present invention further comprises a retaining sleeve 6, said retaining sleeve 6 being mounted to said body 1, said retaining sleeve 6 having a sleeve cavity 61 that can fit over the opening of said beverage container 9. The beverage extraction device is arranged on the opening of the beverage container 9 through the fixing sleeve 6, and the fixed connection between the beverage extraction device and the beverage container 9 is realized. Preferably, the fixing sleeve 6 is detachably connected with the main body 1, so that the assembly is convenient, specifically, the fixing sleeve 6 is connected with the main body 1 through threads, in one embodiment, the upper end of the fixing sleeve 6 is provided with external threads, the lower end of the main body 1 is provided with internal threads, and the connection of the fixing sleeve 6 and the main body 1 is realized by screwing the internal threads and the external threads.

Preferably, referring to fig. 4 and 9, in order to ensure that the needle 2 and the communication tube 111 can be in sealed communication after the fixing sleeve 6 is connected with the main body 1, a sealing sleeve 25 is sleeved on the outer end of the fixing convex portion 24, and the sealing sleeve 25 seals the connection between the communication tube 111 and the root end 22.

Preferably, the fixing sleeve 6 is provided with a through hole for one end of the fastening member 63 to pass through, an adjusting sleeve 65 coaxial with the through hole is arranged outside the through hole, the adjusting sleeve 65 is in threaded connection with the fixing sleeve 6, a second elastic member 66 is arranged inside the adjusting sleeve 65, and the second elastic member 66 pushes the fastening member 63 into the sleeve cavity 61. Rotating the adjusting sleeve 65 can make the adjusting sleeve 65 push the fastening member 63 through the second elastic member 66, thereby clamping the beverage container 9, and the effect of the second elastic member 66 can also play a role in limiting the maximum clamping force, if the adjusting sleeve 65 is screwed too tightly, the second elastic member 66 can be compressed, the clamping force of the fastening member 63 on the beverage container 9 is reduced, and the beverage container 9 is prevented from being damaged due to too much clamping force. Specifically, one end of the fastening member 63 close to the second elastic member 66 is provided with a limiting portion 631, the limiting portion 631 cannot pass through the through hole, and the limiting portion 631 is provided such that the fastening member 63 cannot be pushed out of the through hole by the second elastic member 66.
In addition, referring to fig. 1, 6 and 9, the beverage extraction device of the present invention further comprises a dustproof base 7 for blocking the inlet end of the housing 61, wherein the dustproof base 7 is provided with a plugging portion 71 which can be inserted into and block the lower end of the housing 61, and since the needle 2 in the fixed housing 6 is inserted into the beverage container 9 to contact with the beverage 92 during use, the cleanness of the needle 2 needs to be ensured, the dustproof base 7 is provided, and when the device is not used at ordinary times, the inlet end of the housing 61 is sealed by the dustproof base 7 to prevent dust from accumulating in the housing 61 and polluting the needle 2, and when the beverage 92 needs to be extracted, the dustproof base 7 is removed.
Referring to fig. 2, 3, 5 and 9, in order to collect the beverage 92 extracted and discharged by the fluid extraction device 3, the beverage extraction device of the present invention further includes a beverage outlet 33, the beverage outlet 33 is communicated with the fluid outlet of the fluid extraction device 3, and when the beverage 92 is extracted, a cup is placed under the beverage outlet 33 to receive the beverage 92 discharged from the beverage outlet 33.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, 7 and 8, the tip end 21 of the needle 2 is tapered, the needle 2 is provided with a plurality of openings 26 communicating with the lumen 23 on the circumferential surface between the tip end 21 and the root end 22, and after the tip end 21 penetrates the sealing member 91, at least one of the openings 26 penetrates the sealing member 91. The tip 21 of the needle 2 is tapered and the opening 26 is circumferentially disposed such that when the needle 2 pierces the closure 91 (e.g., a stopper), the material of the closure 91 does not block the opening 26 and interfere with the withdrawal of the beverage 92. Preferably, in order to ensure the needle 2 has sufficient strength, the openings 26 are sequentially spaced along the axial direction of the needle 2, and the openings 26 are axially spaced, so that two openings 26 at the same height do not occur, thereby ensuring the strength of the needle 2, and further, two adjacent openings 26 are staggered and respectively disposed at two opposite sides of the needle 2, and the openings 26 are staggered, so that the positions of the openings 26 are not too close on the same side, thereby ensuring the strength of the needle 2.
Preferably, with reference to fig. 6 and 9, the present beverage extraction device further comprises a battery 8, said battery 8 being configured to power said fluid extraction device 3. The battery 8 is provided with an invalid external power supply line, so that the solar water heater can be used at any place, and the use place is not limited. More preferably, the battery 8 is a secondary battery 8, which is rechargeable, and in one embodiment, the battery 8 is a lithium battery 8.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, a beverage extraction method includes the steps of:
step 1, puncturing: the tip 21 of the needle 2 is inserted into and penetrates a closure 91 (e.g., a bottle stopper, particularly a cork stopper) at an opening of a beverage container 9 (e.g., a wine bottle).
step 4.1, air pressure adjustment: stopping the extraction of the fluid extraction means 3, adjusting the beverage container 9 to separate the beverage 92 in the beverage container 9 from the needle 2 (typically by righting the beverage container 9 so that the level of the beverage 92 in the beverage container 9 is lower than the needle 2), operating the valve body 4 in a communication state in which the lumen 23 is in communication with the atmosphere, increasing the gas pressure in the beverage container 9 to meet the pressure differential requirements of the fluid extraction means 3 to continue the extraction of the beverage 92.
In the vacuum-pumping step 6, when the needle 2 is pulled out of the sealing member 91, the fluid-pumping device 3 is kept in an activated state, and it is further ensured that the inside of the beverage container 9 is kept in a vacuum state after the needle 2 is pulled out.
Other contents of the beverage extraction device and the beverage extraction method according to the present invention are referred to in the prior art and will not be described herein again.

Claims (24)
1. A beverage extraction device, comprising:
a main body provided with a base;
a needle having a tip end for piercing and penetrating a closure at an opening of a beverage container and a root end opposite the tip end, the needle having a lumen therein extending from the root end to the tip end; the root end is mounted on the base;
a fluid extraction device mounted to the body, the fluid extraction device being communicated to the lumen for extracting fluid from the lumen and discharging the extracted fluid; and
the valve body is arranged on the base, and a valve core capable of being switched between a communication state and a disconnection state is arranged in the valve body; in the connected state, the lumen is connected to the atmosphere, and in the disconnected state, the lumen is not connected to the atmosphere.
2. The beverage extraction device of claim 1, wherein: the valve body has a valve chamber having a first opening communicating with the chamber and a second opening communicating with the atmosphere, and the spool line is disposed in the valve chamber and interrupts communication of the first opening and the second opening or communicates the first opening and the second opening by linear movement.
3. The beverage extraction device of claim 2, wherein: the valve body further comprises a first elastic piece arranged in the valve cavity, the first elastic piece pushes the valve core against and maintains the valve core in the disconnection state, and when the valve core is in the connection state, the first elastic piece is compressed.
4. The beverage extraction device of claim 2, wherein: and a sealing element for sealing and plugging the first opening is arranged at one end of the valve core close to the first opening.
5. The beverage extraction device of claim 1, wherein: the valve also comprises a handle, one end of the handle is connected with the valve core, and the other end of the handle extends out of the main body.

23. A method of beverage extraction, comprising the steps of:
puncturing: piercing the tip of the needle into and through the closure at the opening of the beverage container;
closing the valve: the operating valve body is in a disconnected state, and the lumen of the needle is not communicated with the atmosphere in the disconnected state;
liquid level adjustment: adjusting the beverage container so that the needle is immersed in the beverage within the beverage container;
extracting the beverage: activating the fluid extraction device to extract a beverage through the needle; if the pressure in the beverage container is too low, so that the beverage is difficult to extract, the following steps are carried out: adjusting air pressure: stopping the extraction of the fluid extraction device, adjusting a beverage container to separate the beverage in the beverage container from the needle, operating the valve body to be in a communication state, wherein in the communication state, the tube cavity is communicated with the atmosphere, and increasing the air pressure in the beverage container to meet the requirement of the pressure difference of the fluid extraction device;
repeating the steps of closing the valve, adjusting the liquid level and extracting the beverage until the beverage in the beverage container is completely extracted or the extracted beverage reaches the required amount;
vacuumizing: when beverage remains in the beverage container after the beverage is extracted, adjusting the beverage container to separate the beverage in the beverage container from the needle, extracting air in the beverage container by adopting the fluid extraction device until the interior of the beverage container is vacuum or is close to the vacuum, and extracting the needle from the sealing piece.
24. The beverage extraction method of claim 23, wherein: in the step of evacuating, the fluid extraction device remains activated when the needle is withdrawn from the closure.
