s1, inserting the assembled bearing assembly (1) into a lifting hole on a pedestal, enabling a bearing plate (12) to be positioned right below the bottom surface of a T beam, inserting a cushion block into the lifting hole, and enabling the bearing plate (12) to be tightly attached to the T beam;
s2, sleeving a hanging ring of the steel wire rope (2) on the connecting device (13), and fixing the connecting device (13) and the end part of the bearing frame (11) firmly;
s3, moving the protection component (3) upwards along the steel wire rope (2), and enabling the protection component (3) to wrap the outer side of the flange plate of the T beam;
s4, after the bottom of the steel wire ropes (2) on the two sides of the T beam is finished, connecting the upper ends of the two steel wire ropes (2) with hoisting equipment;
s5, starting hoisting equipment, and hoisting the T beam.
