Detailed Description
In order to clearly illustrate the technical features of the present solution, the present solution is explained below by way of specific embodiments.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a device for treating plasma contaminants of a patient with high infectious virus, wherein the device comprises a treatment cylinder 1, a plurality of collection bags 4 connected in sequence from head to tail and disposed in the treatment cylinder 1, a bag opening frame 3 disposed on the top of the treatment cylinder 1 and matched with an input end of the treatment cylinder 1 for opening the first collection bag 4, a limiting frame 2 movably connected to the treatment cylinder 1 for limiting the bag opening frame 3, a bag opening driving unit disposed on the treatment cylinder 1 and/or the limiting frame 2 for preventing the bag opening frame 3 from moving when the collection bag 4 is opened on the bag opening frame 3, and a bag opening driving unit disposed on the treatment cylinder 1 and/or the limiting frame 2 for controlling the corresponding collection bag 4 to move from the head end to the tail end of the bag opening frame 3; the collecting bag 4 adjacent to the first collecting bag 4 is matched with the head end of the bag opening frame 3, preferably, the opening ends of the collecting bags 4 are S-shaped and are sequentially folded and arranged in the treatment barrel 1, and the opening is convenient and sequential.
When in use, the bag opening driving unit opens the first collecting bag 4 on the bag opening frame 3, the plasma pollutants are thrown into the first collecting bag 4 from the input end of the processing cylinder 1, when the plasma pollutants in the first collecting bag 4 reach a proper volume, the bag opening driving unit opens the collecting bag 4 adjacent to the first collecting bag 4 on the bag opening frame 3, in the process, the first collecting bag 4 moves to the tail end of the bag opening frame 3, the opening closing unit 7 performs opening closing operation and then falls on the pouring unit 6 at the bottom in the processing cylinder 1, the collecting bag 4 newly opened on the bag opening frame 3 becomes a new first collecting bag 4, the operation is repeated in such a way, when the collecting bag 4 on the pouring unit 6 is accumulated to be cleaned, the pouring unit 6 discharges the collecting bag out of the processing cylinder 1 from the output end of the processing cylinder 1, the bag opening, opening and pouring operation is continuous and convenient to operate, and all can accomplish in electrified form, avoid operation personnel to take place direct or closely contact with plasma pollutant, reduce operation personnel's infected risk.
The invention is characterized in that the collecting bag 4 comprises a tubular sleeve joint part 4-1 matched with the bag opening frame 3 and a bag body 4-2, wherein one side of the edge of the bag opening is fixedly connected with the middle part of the outer side wall of the tubular sleeve joint part 4-1; the tubular sleeve joint parts 4-1 of the two adjacent collecting bags 4 are connected through dotted line cutting marks 4-3, so that the two adjacent collecting bags 4 have certain connecting strength, the bag opening process can be prevented from being broken, the bag opening continuity is ensured, the collected collecting bags 4 can be conveniently disconnected from the adjacent collecting bags 4, and the normal operation of the subsequent collecting bags 4 is not influenced; the bag supporting driving unit comprises a plurality of first rollers 5-a which are arranged on the treatment barrel 1 and are in friction fit with the outer side wall of the tubular sleeve joint part 4-1, and/or a plurality of second rollers 5-b which are arranged on the limiting frame 2 and are in friction fit with the outer side wall of the tubular sleeve joint part 4-1, and a bag supporting driving part for controlling the first rollers 5-a and/or the second rollers 5-b to rotate; furthermore, a plurality of first rollers 5-a are in one-to-one correspondence with a plurality of second rollers 5-b, when in use, the bag opening driving component is started to drive the first rollers 5-a and/or the second rollers 5-b to rotate, and the head end of the tubular sleeving part 4-1 of the corresponding collecting bag 4 is driven to move from the head end of the bag opening frame 3 to the tail end close to the bag opening frame 3, so that the bag is completely sleeved on the bag opening frame 3, when the collecting bag 4 is in an opening state, the shape of the bag mouth edge fixedly connected with the bag body 4-2 and the tubular sleeving part 4-1 is matched with the shape of the input port of the processing barrel 1, and the plasma pollutants input from the input port can conveniently enter the corresponding collecting bag 4; when the plasma pollutants in the collection bags 4 reach the proper volume, the bag opening driving part is started again, and when the adjacent collection bags 4 are completely sleeved on the bag opening frame 3, the tubular sleeve joint part 4-1 of the collection bag 4 which collects the plasma pollutants moves to the outside of the contact range of the tail end of the bag opening frame 3 and the first roller 5-a and/or the second roller 5-b and is matched with the tying unit 7.
The invention is characterized in that the treatment cylinder 1 comprises a cylinder body 1-1 with a collection port on the front side of the top surface and a pouring port on the bottom of the front side surface, a top cover 1-2 for sealing the collection port, the top cover 1-2 is opened when plasma pollutants are put in, the top cover 1-2 is closed in the rest time, the tightness of the cylinder body 1-1 is ensured, the possibility of pollution is reduced, a pouring window 1-3 for sealing the pouring port is opened when the bundled collection bag 4 is discharged, the pouring window 1-3 is opened in the rest time, the tightness of the cylinder body 1-1 is ensured, the possibility of pollution is reduced, a plurality of bottom wheels 1-6 arranged on the bottom surface of the cylinder body 1-1 are convenient to move, a handrail 1-4 arranged on the rear side of the cylinder body 1-1 is convenient for operators to push and pull and hold, and the operators are far away from the collection port and the pouring port, the safety of operators during operation is improved, and the placing grooves 1-8 which are arranged on the top surface of the collecting opening in a U shape and have the closed ends and the dumping opening positioned on the same side are used for placing the bag supporting frame 3; the first rollers 5-a are uniformly arranged in the placing grooves 1-8 along the central lines of the placing grooves 1-8, and the axes of the first rollers 5-a are vertical to the two opposite side walls of the placing grooves 1-8;
the limiting frame 2 is detachably arranged at the top of the collecting port, the limiting frame 2 comprises a first frame body 2-1 matched with the collecting port, a limiting groove 2-2 which is arranged on the bottom surface of the first frame body 2-1 in a U shape and corresponds to the placing groove 1-8, and a plurality of buckling pieces 2-3 which are arranged at the edge of the first frame body 2-1 and matched with the top of the barrel body 1-1 and used for buckling the limiting frame 2 with the processing barrel 1; furthermore, a plurality of second rollers 5-b are uniformly arranged in the limiting groove 2-2 along the central line of the limiting groove 2-2, and the axes of the second rollers 5-b are vertical to the two opposite side walls of the limiting groove 2-2; the second rollers 5-b assist the first rollers 5-a in bag opening operation, so that the bag opening efficiency is improved;
the bag opening frame 3 comprises a U-shaped second frame body 3-1 with mutually close opening ends, a limiting bulge 3-2 arranged on one side surface of the second frame body 3-1, a stretching part 3-4 which is arranged at one end of the opening end of the second frame body 3-1 in an extending way and is bent outwards and is the head end of the bag opening frame 3, so that a tubular sleeve joint part 4-1 of the collection bag 4 to be stretched is conveniently stretched to be easily sleeved, namely the bag opening efficiency is improved, and a hook 3-3 with one end part hinged to the other end of the opening end of the second frame body 3-1 is the tail end of the bag opening frame 3; the part where the hook 3-3 and the second frame body 3-1 are hinged with each other is provided with a torsion spring, the open end of the second frame body 3-1 is positioned outside the open end of the placing groove 1-8, the tubular sleeve joint part 4-1 of the collecting bag 4 needing tying operation moves to the tail end of the second frame body 3-1, and part or all of the tubular sleeve joint part is hung on the hook 3-3, at the moment, the gravity center of the collecting bag is close to the tail end of the second frame body 3-1 and is connected with the tubular sleeve joint part 4-1 of the adjacent collecting bag 4 through a dotted cut 4-3, so that the collecting bag cannot fall; after the tying operation is finished, the tying collection bag 4 is disconnected with the adjacent collection bag 4, the center of gravity is close to the end part of the hook 3-3 far away from the second frame body 3-1, so that the hook 3-3 is turned over, the collection bag 4 falls, and the hook 3-3 resets under the action of the torsion spring, and the tying device is simple in structure, continuous in process and high in operation efficiency.
Furthermore, a plurality of jacks 1-9 are formed in the top surface of the collecting port, which is positioned outside the placing grooves 1-8, a plurality of inserting plates 2-4 which are respectively matched with the plurality of jacks 1-9 are arranged on the bottom surface of the limiting frame 2, when the device is installed, after the inserting plates 2-4 are matched with the corresponding jacks 1-9, the buckling pieces 2-3 are buckled with the processing barrel 1, and the buckling pieces 2-3 are positioned on two opposite sides of the processing barrel 1, so that the installation procedure can be simplified on the premise of ensuring firm connection; furthermore, at least one plug board 2-4 is electrically connected with the jacks 1-9, and a power supply is connected to the plurality of second rollers 5-b, so that the upper side and the lower side of the tubular sleeve-joint part 4-1 are driven to be sleeved on the bag supporting frame 3 at the same time, and the bag supporting efficiency is further improved.
Furthermore, a container for containing disinfectant is arranged in the barrel body 1-1, a plurality of nozzles 1-5 which are respectively communicated with the container are arranged on the inner side surface of the top cover 1-2, and after the putting of plasma pollutants is finished, the disinfectant is sprayed out from the nozzles 1-5 to disinfect the collection opening, so that the possibility of pollution is further reduced, and furthermore, the nozzles 1-5 are respectively in a divergent shape, so that the disinfection range is enlarged.
Furthermore, a control panel 10 is arranged on the cylinder body 1-1 close to the handrail 1-4 and used for controlling operations such as bag opening, tying, dumping and the like, so that operation of operators is facilitated.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 4 to 9, the embodiment 1 is the same as the embodiment 1 except that: the high infectivity virus patient plasma pollutant processing apparatus is located and handles a section of thick bamboo 1, pricks a mouthful unit 7 with the tail end matched with of propping bag frame 3, pricks a mouthful unit 7 and includes:
the tying box 71 is positioned on the other side of the top of the barrel body 1-1 relative to the collecting port, one end of the tying box 71, which is close to the collecting port, is provided with a furling seam 71-1 which penetrates through the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the tying box, the projection of the tail end of the hook 3-3 right below is positioned in the furling seam 71-1, the open end of the furling seam 71-1 is matched with the tail end of the second frame body 3-1, the open end of the furling seam 71-1 is respectively positioned on two sides below the tail end of the second frame body 3-1 and is respectively provided with a guide part, so that the upper end part of the bag body 4-2 is conveniently guided into the furling seam 71-1, and the bottom wall of the closed end of the furling seam 71-1 is provided with a first nail outlet hole 71-5;

When the collecting bag binding device is used, the tubular sleeve joint part 4-1 of the hook 3-3 for hooking the corresponding collecting bag 4 is positioned above the gathering seam 71-1, the gathering claw 72 is positioned below the gathering seam 71-1 to drive the upper end part of the bag body 4-2 to be led into the bottom wall of the closed end of the gathering seam 71-1, the binding nail 735 output by the nail extractor 73 carries out binding operation on the part of the collecting bag 4 positioned at the bottom wall of the closed end of the gathering seam 71-1 through the binding rod 74, and when the gathering claw 72 is gathered and/or the binding rod 74 carries out binding operation, the corresponding two adjacent tubular sleeve joint parts 4-1 are completely disconnected, so that the collecting bag 4 is completely hooked on the hook 3-3.
The invention is characterized in that a furling guide groove 71-2 is arranged on the bottom wall of the tying box 71 along the edge of a furling seam 71-1, the furling claw 72 comprises a claw body 72-1, a hook-shaped furling part 72-2 arranged at one end of the claw body 72-1, two sliding blocks 72-3 which are arranged on the same side surface at the other end of the claw body 72-1 at intervals and are respectively matched with the furling guide groove 71-2, and a driving part 72-4 arranged on one sliding block 72-3; the furling driving part is arranged on the driving part 72-4 and controls the two sliding blocks 72-3 to move along the furling guide groove 71-2 respectively, when the furling driving part drives the furling claw 72 to furl, the furling part 72-2 positions the corresponding collecting bag 4 at the bottom end of the tying box 71 and gathers from the opening end of the furling seam 71-1 to the closed end of the furling seam 71-1 to perform tying operation; further, the furling part 72-2 is set to be hook-shaped, when the furling claw 72 is reset, i.e. in a state to be furled, the furling part 72-2 deviates to the direction far away from the bag supporting frame 3, preferably, the driving part 72-4 is set to be cylindrical, the side surface of the driving part is provided with a winding groove 72-4-1 with the head end and the tail end communicated along the circumferential direction, the furling driving part comprises a tightening wheel and a plurality of rotating wheels, the head end and the tail end are connected and wound in the winding groove 72-4-1, winding wires are wound between the tightening wheel and the rotating wheels, and a furling driving motor with an output shaft coaxial with one of the rotating wheels, the positions of the tightening wheel and the rotating wheels do not influence the driving part 72-4 to drive the corresponding sliding block 72-3 to move along the furling guide groove 71-2, when in use, the winding wires are tightened, and wound in the winding grooves 72-4-1, and the winding grooves 72-4-1, A transmission loop is formed between the tightening wheel and the rotating wheels, when the tightening driving motor rotates, the winding is tightened by the tightening wheel, the winding drives the driving part 72-4 to act, and the sliding block 72-3 is driven to move along the tightening guide groove 71-2.
According to a further specific feature of the present invention, the nail ejector 73 includes:
the nail containing box 731 comprises a box body 731-1, a second nail outlet hole 731-4, a box cover 731-2, a guide post 731-3 and a nail pushing groove 731-5, wherein the box body 731-1 is internally provided with a strip-shaped cavity, a nail loading window is formed in one side wall of the box body 731-1, the second nail outlet hole 731-4 is formed in the other side wall of the box body 731-1 and is communicated with one longitudinal end of the strip-shaped cavity, the box cover 731-2 is arranged on the nail loading window, the guide post 731-3 is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the strip-shaped cavity along the center line, and the nail pushing groove 731-5 is reserved between the end part, close to the second nail outlet hole 731-4, of the guide post 731-3 and the end wall of the corresponding end of the strip-shaped cavity and is matched with the second nail outlet hole 731-4; the second nail outlet 731-4 is matched with the first nail outlet 71-5, and the central lines of the second nail outlet and the first nail outlet are collinear;

and a nail pushing driving part which controls the nail pushing rod 732 to move back and forth along the central line direction thereof and enables the end part of the nail pushing rod 732 close to the second nail outlet hole 731-4 to at least penetrate through the second nail outlet hole 731-4, preferably, the nail pushing driving part is provided with a telescopic air cylinder, and the output end of the telescopic air cylinder is fixedly connected with the end part of the nail pushing rod 732 far away from the second nail outlet hole 731-4.
When the nail tying device is used, the box cover 731-2 is opened, the sliding push block 733 is pushed to the direction away from the second nail outlet hole 731-4, then the tying nail 735 can be installed, under the action of the spring 734, the tying nail 735 is always aligned with the second nail outlet hole 731-4, and the tying operation can be carried out after the nail tying device is ready; the nail pushing driving part drives the nail pushing rod 732 to push, the tying nails 735 aligned with the second nail outlet holes 731-4 are pushed out of the second nail outlet holes 731-4 until the opening ends of the tying nails 735 extend out of the first nail outlet holes 71-5, the tying rods 74 bend inwards to be tied to corresponding positions of the collecting bag 4, and then the driving part drives the nail pushing rod 732 to retract, so that the adjacent tying nails 735 are aligned with the second nail outlet holes 731-4 to prepare for next tying.
Furthermore, the tying nails 735 are obliquely arranged, that is, the bottom surface of one side arm of the tying nail 735 is higher than the top surface of the other side arm, the end surface of the corresponding sliding pushing block 733, which is in contact with the tying nail 735, is oblique, two side walls of the furled seam 71-1 are respectively provided with a tying rod accommodating groove 71-3 corresponding to the end of the first nail outlet hole 71-5, the number of the tying rods 74 is two, the two tying rod accommodating grooves 71-3 are respectively positioned in the two tying rod accommodating grooves 71-3 and are respectively matched with the corresponding end of the first nail outlet hole 71-5, that is, when the two tying rods 74 are oppositely staggered and crossed, no interference occurs, one end of each tying rod 74 is hinged in the corresponding tying rod accommodating groove 71-3 and is close to the first nail outlet hole 71-5, when the two tying rods 74 are oppositely staggered and crossed, the tying nail 735 output from the first nail outlet hole 71-5 can be bent inwards, and finishing the tying operation.
Furthermore, the other end of the tying rod 74 extends to the end close to the opening end of the furling slot 71-1, a position sensor 75 matched with the furling claw 72 is arranged at the end, close to the opening end of the furling slot 71-1, of the bottom wall of the tying box 71, and when the furling claw 72 carries out furling operation, when the furling claw passes through the position sensor 75, the tying rod 74 is driven to oppositely and stagger and cross, so that the corresponding collection bag 4 is prevented from slipping down from the hook 3-3 without tying due to overweight.
Furthermore, a dropping groove 71-4 penetrating through the bottom wall of the tying box 71 is formed in the bottom wall of the closed end of the furling seam 71-1 positioned below the first nail outlet hole 71-5, so that the tied collection bag 4 and the tying nail 735 can fall together.
The invention is characterized in that the nail containing box 731 is detachably arranged on the tying box 71, so that the tying nail 735 can be conveniently replaced, and further, the top of the rear side surface of the cylinder body 1-1 is provided with an operation window 1-7 for detaching the nail containing box 731 and/or adding the collecting bag 4.
The invention is also characterized in that the bottom wall of the tying box 71 is provided with a clamping groove which is matched with the end part of the nail accommodating box 731 close to the second nail outlet hole 731-4, the first nail outlet hole 71-5 penetrates through one side wall of the clamping groove, and the other side wall of the clamping groove opposite to the first nail outlet hole 71-5 is provided with a clamping convex block; one end of the box cover 731-2 is hinged to the end of the nailing window far away from the second nail outlet 731-4. the nail extractor 73 further comprises a spring locking member 736 provided at the other end of the box cover 731-2 and engaged with the locking protrusion, further, the spring locking member 736 is similar to an umbrella opening and closing positioning structure, which is prior art and will not be described herein again, refer to fig. 8, wherein the clamping portion 736-2 is used for clamping with the clamping bump, the pressing portion 736-1 is connected with the clamping portion 736-2, when a pressing force is applied to the pressing portion 736-1, the engaging portion 736-2 retracts to disengage from the engaging protrusion, the nail accommodating box 731 can be detached, the pressing force stops being exerted, the pressing part 736-1 and the clamping part 736-2 reset under the action of the spring in the spring clamping part 736, the structure is simple, and the operation is convenient.
EXAMPLE 3
Referring to fig. 10 and 12, the embodiment 1 is the same as the embodiment 1 except that: the device for treating the plasma pollutants of the highly infectious virus patients is positioned at the bottom in the treatment barrel 1, and comprises a pouring unit 6 matched with the output end of the treatment barrel 1, wherein the pouring unit 6 comprises a bearing plate 6-1, one end of which is hinged to the bottom of the barrel 1-1 and is close to two corresponding side walls of a pouring window 1-3, a collecting bag 4 for being subjected to tying treatment through a tying unit 7, and a pouring driving part for controlling the bearing plate 6-1 to turn over along a hinge shaft of the pouring driving part, when the collecting bag 4 on the bearing plate 6-1 needs to be cleaned, the pouring window 1-3 is opened, the bearing plate 6-1 is controlled by the pouring driving part to turn over, the collecting bag 4 on the pouring driving part is discharged out of the barrel 1-1 through the pouring port, the close-distance contact between an operator and the collecting bag 4 is avoided, and the infection risk is reduced.
The invention is characterized in that the dumping driving part comprises a connecting rod 6-2 and a rocker 6-3, one end parts of which are hinged with each other, the hinge axis of which is parallel to the overturning axis of the bearing plate 6-1, and a dumping motor 6-7, the output shaft of which is coaxial with the rotating shaft at the other end of the rocker 6-3; the other end of the connecting rod 6-2 is hinged to the end part of the bottom of the bearing plate 6-1 far away from the overturning axis, the other end of the rocker 6-3 is positioned at the position of the bottom of the barrel 1-1 far away from the dumping window 1-3, and the end part of the connecting rod 6-2 hinged to the rocker 6-3 is positioned at the position of the bearing plate 6-1 close to the overturning axis.
The invention is characterized in that the bottom end of the dumping window 1-3 is hinged with the bottom end of the dumping opening, when the dumping window 1-3 is opened, the dumping window 1-3 is dumped and overlapped at the bottom end of the dumping opening, thereby being convenient for guiding the flow of the collecting bag 4 and improving the dumping efficiency.
Example 4

The invention is characterized in that the dumping driving part comprises a connecting rod 6-2 and a rocker 6-3, one end parts of which are hinged with each other, the hinge axis of which is parallel to the overturning axis of the bearing plate 6-1, and a dumping motor 6-7, the output shaft of which is coaxial with the rotating shaft at the other end of the rocker 6-3; the other end of the connecting rod 6-2 is hinged to the end part of the bottom of the bearing plate 6-1 far away from the overturning axis, the other end of the rocker 6-3 is positioned at the position of the bottom of the barrel 1-1 far away from the dumping window 1-3, and the end part of the connecting rod 6-2 hinged to the rocker 6-3 is positioned at the position of the bearing plate 6-1 close to the overturning axis.

furthermore, the diameter ratio among the first gear 6-4, the second gear 6-5 and the third gear 6-6 can be adjusted, so that when the bearing plate 6-1 is turned to the limit position, the pouring window 1-3 is opened in place, namely poured and overlapped at the bottom end of the pouring opening, the collection bag 4 is conveniently guided, and the pouring efficiency is improved; when the bearing plate 6-1 is turned over and reset, the pouring window 1-3 is closed and the pouring opening is completely closed.

the collecting bag (4) comprises a tubular sleeve joint part (4-1) matched with the bag opening frame (3), and a bag body (4-2) fixedly connected with the middle part of the outer side wall of the tubular sleeve joint part (4-1) at one side of the edge of the bag opening; the tubular sleeve joint parts (4-1) of two adjacent collecting bags (4) are connected through dotted line shear marks (4-3); the bag supporting driving unit comprises a plurality of first rollers (5-a) which are arranged on the treatment barrel (1) and are in friction fit with the outer side wall of the tubular sleeve joint part (4-1), and/or a plurality of second rollers (5-b) which are arranged on the limiting frame (2) and are in friction fit with the outer side wall of the tubular sleeve joint part (4-1), and a bag supporting driving part which controls the first rollers (5-a) and/or the second rollers (5-b) to rotate;
the treatment barrel (1) comprises a barrel body (1-1) with a collection port arranged on the front side of the top surface and a pouring port arranged at the bottom of the front side surface, a top cover (1-2) used for sealing the collection port, a pouring window (1-3) used for sealing the pouring port, a plurality of bottom wheels (1-6) arranged on the bottom surface of the barrel body (1-1), a handrail (1-4) arranged on the rear side of the barrel body (1-1), and a placing groove (1-8) which is arranged on the top surface of the collection port in a U shape and has a closed end and the pouring port positioned on the same side; the first rollers (5-a) are uniformly arranged in the placing grooves (1-8) along the central lines of the placing grooves (1-8), and the axes of the first rollers (5-a) are vertical to the two opposite side walls of the placing grooves (1-8);
the limiting frame (2) is detachably arranged at the top of the collecting opening, the limiting frame (2) comprises a first frame body (2-1) matched with the collecting opening, a limiting groove (2-2) which is arranged on the bottom surface of the first frame body (2-1) in a U shape and corresponds to the placing groove (1-8), and a plurality of buckling pieces (2-3) which are arranged at the edge of the first frame body (2-1) and matched with the top of the barrel body (1-1);
the bag supporting frame (3) comprises a U-shaped second frame body (3-1) with the open ends close to each other, a limiting bulge (3-2) arranged on one side surface of the second frame body (3-1), a supporting part (3-4) which is arranged at one end of the open end of the second frame body (3-1) in an extending mode and is bent outwards, and a hook (3-3) with one end part hinged to the other end of the open end of the second frame body (3-1); a torsion spring is arranged at the hinged part of the hook (3-3) and the second frame body (3-1);
the opening part (3-4) is the head end of the bag opening frame (3), and the hook (3-3) is the tail end of the bag opening frame (3).
