The wrenches are basically divided into two types, a dead wrench and an adjustable wrench. The opening width of the adjustable wrench can be adjusted within a certain size range, and bolts or nuts with different specifications can be screwed. The structure of the spanner is characterized in that a fixed jaw is made into a flat clamp recess with thin teeth; one end of the movable jaw is made into a flat jaw; the other end is made into a concave jaw with fine teeth; the worm is pressed downwards, the movable jaw can be quickly taken down, and the position of the jaw is changed.
The existing adjustable spanner mainly has a single thread structure and a double thread structure. The application method of the scheme is as follows: when the wrench is in operation, the wrench handle 2 is held by hand, as shown in fig. 2-3 (the direction of an arc arrow in the figure is the wrenching direction), the wrench handle rotates anticlockwise, the movable wrench opening 1 moves in the direction of a straight arrow in fig. 2-3 through the meshing transmission of the first tooth and the second tooth, so that the nut 8 is clamped by the movable wrench opening 1 and the fixed wrench opening 6, and then the nut 8 is screwed.
When the bolt is pulled and screwed, the wrench needs to return to a certain angle, at the moment, the wrench does not need to be withdrawn from the nut, the wrench is directly rotated to the opposite direction of screwing, as shown in the direction of an arc arrow in fig. 4-5, the movable wrench opening 1 overcomes the tension of the tension spring to move in the opposite direction through the meshing transmission of the first tooth and the second tooth, as shown in the direction of a straight arrow in fig. 4-5; after the spanner rotates 60 degrees around the nut, due to the acting force of the tension spring, the other two opposite sides of the bolt are clamped by the movable spanner opening 1 and the fixed spanner opening 6, and the spanner can be rotated counterclockwise again to tighten the nut.
When the opening size of the wrench is adjusted, the wrench is not only quick but also quick in direction, and only the wrench handle 2 needs to be held by hand and the fixed wrench opening 6 needs to be slightly pushed, so that the distance H between the movable wrench opening 1 and the fixed wrench opening 6 is increased, as shown in FIG. 6; at this time, the nut is inserted into the opening of the wrench, and the bolt is clamped by the movable wrench opening 1 and the fixed wrench opening 6 under the elastic action of the tension spring after the pushing force is removed.
The bottom of the movable wrench opening 1 is a plane, and a plurality of first teeth are uniformly distributed and fixedly arranged on the plane.
The movable spanner opening 1 is provided with a right clamping part; the fixed jaw 6 is provided with a left clamping part; and a clamping opening is formed between the left side clamping part and the right side clamping part.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the side surface of the left clamping portion 6 facing the right clamping portion 1 is a V-shaped structure, and the side surface of the right clamping portion 1 is also provided with a V-shaped structure adapted thereto for clamping a nut or a bolt, as shown in fig. 3.
The right clamping part (the side connected with the workpiece) and/or the left clamping part (the side connected with the workpiece) are/is provided with a plurality of uniformly distributed convex teeth. The friction force between the workpiece and the convex teeth is enhanced, and the stability during pulling is further improved.
The fixed spanner opening 6 is provided with a connecting boss extending along the width direction (as shown in fig. 3, the transverse direction is the width direction);
the movable wrench opening 1 is provided with a socket slot matched with the connecting boss;
the movable spanner opening 1 is transversely arranged on the fixed spanner opening 6 in a sliding mode.
The section of the connecting boss is large at the top and small at the bottom. Through the structure, the possibility that the movable spanner opening 1 moves upwards and is separated from the fixed spanner opening 6 is avoided by adding a limiting mechanism for preventing the movable spanner opening 1 from moving upwards (taking the direction of fig. 2 as the reference direction).
The fixed jaw 6 is hinged with the trigger 2 through a hinge column 7.
The fixed spanner opening 6 is provided with a long groove 6-1 matched with the tension spring 4;
the tension spring 4 is positioned in the long groove 6-1.
The tension spring 4 is connected to the fixed jaw 6 through a first pin shaft 3;
a fixed sleeve hole 6-2 matched with the first pin shaft 3 is formed in the fixed spanner opening 6;
the fixed sleeve hole 6-2 is communicated with the elongated slot 6-1, so that the end part of the tension spring 4 can be conveniently stretched to the first pin shaft 3 positioned in the fixed sleeve hole 6-2.
The tension spring 4 is connected to the movable spanner opening 1 through a second pin shaft 5; the second pin shaft 5 plays a role in connection, and can limit the maximum two moving directions of the movable wrench opening 1 relative to the fixed wrench opening 6, so that the adjustment of controlling the maximum opening size is achieved.
The movable wrench opening 1 is provided with an inserting hole 1-1 matched with the second pin shaft 5. An elongated slot 6-1 is processed on the fixed jaw 6, a tension spring 4 is arranged in the elongated slot, one end of the tension spring 4 is fixed at the position of a fixed sleeve hole 6-2 of the fixed jaw through a first pin shaft 3, and the other end of the tension spring is fixed at the position of an insertion hole 1-1 of the movable jaw through a second pin shaft 5.
