Background
A high-grade biosafety laboratory is a laboratory (factory building) with the protection level of three-grade (danger level 2 microorganism) and four-grade (danger level 1 microorganism), and is mainly used for relevant work such as separation culture, diagnosis, identification, research and the like of highly pathogenic microorganisms and vaccine production.

Preferably, the hydrogen peroxide vapor generator is arranged in two or more stages.
Preferably, a second air exhaust high-efficiency filter unit is arranged on the air exhaust main pipe.
Preferably, the room chambers include shower rooms, more protective clothing rooms, buffer rooms, core laboratories, and seed holding rooms.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the invention is simple and convenient to operate, when in use, the main air supply valve and the main air exhaust valve are firstly closed, and the bypass valve arranged on the bypass pipe is opened, so that a relatively closed circulating system is formed among the hydrogen peroxide steam generator, the branch air exhaust pipe, the air exhaust fan set, the branch air supply pipe and the room cavity; normally starting up the critical protection equipment (such as a biological safety cabinet, an IVC, a pathology sampling table and a monkey negative pressure isolation cabinet) in the experiment for operation during disinfection; the hydrogen peroxide steam generator generates hydrogen peroxide steam, one part of the hydrogen peroxide steam enters the protective equipment through a fan arranged on the key protective equipment in a room and enters the exhaust system after passing through a high-efficiency filter arranged on the equipment, and the other part of the hydrogen peroxide steam provides power for gas circulation through the exhaust fan set, penetrates through the exhaust high-efficiency filter of the air conditioning system and then passes through the air supply pipeline and the air supply high-efficiency filter and then enters the room, so that the hydrogen peroxide steam is circularly sterilized.
(2) Hydrogen Peroxide Vapor (HPV), an advanced high-level green disinfection technology, acts on the principle of dissociating highly active hydroxyl groups through complex chemical reactions to destroy cell membranes, lipids, proteins and DNA. The hydrogen peroxide vapor has broad-spectrum bactericidal effect on bacteria, fungi, viruses and other microorganisms.
(3) When the disinfection system is used for disinfection, the air exhaust fan set provides power, the disinfection system is in a negative pressure state, so that the risk of leakage of pathogenic microorganisms is reduced, safety and reliability are realized, and the air supply pipe and the air exhaust pipe are disinfected together in the disinfection process, so that the whole disinfection is more sufficient.
(4) When the room and the equipment of high-grade biosafety laboratory are disinfected separately in the tradition, the required quantity of disinfection equipment, disinfection times and the manpower invested in disinfection are all more. As shown in fig. 1-3, a hydrogen peroxide steam major system disinfection system for a high-grade biosafety laboratory comprises an air supply system 1, an air exhaust system 2, a high-grade biosafety laboratory 3 and a hydrogen peroxide steam generator 4; the high-grade biosafety laboratory 3 comprises a plurality of room chambers 30; one or more of a biological safety cabinet, an IVC (integrated medical science) cabinet, a pathology sampling table and a monkey negative pressure isolation cabinet are arranged in the room chamber 30; the air supply system 1 comprises an air supply fan set 10, an air supply main valve 11, an air supply main pipe 12 and a plurality of air supply branch pipes 13, wherein the air supply main pipe 12 is sequentially provided with the air supply fan set 10 and the air supply main valve 11, and the air supply main pipe 12 positioned at the rear side of the air supply main valve 11 is connected with the air supply branch pipes 13; the exhaust system 2 comprises an exhaust fan group 20, an exhaust main valve 21, an exhaust main pipe 22 and a plurality of exhaust branch pipes 23, the exhaust main pipe 22 is sequentially provided with the exhaust fan group 20 and the exhaust main valve 21, and the exhaust main pipe 22 positioned at the front side of the exhaust fan group 20 is connected with the plurality of exhaust branch pipes 23; an air supply branch pipe 13 and an air exhaust branch pipe 23 are respectively communicated with each room chamber 30; an air supply high-efficiency filter unit 14 is arranged on each air supply branch pipe 13, and an air exhaust high-efficiency filter unit 24 is arranged on each air exhaust branch pipe 23; a bypass pipe 5 is connected between the air supply main valve 11 and the air exhaust main valve 21, and a bypass valve 6 is arranged on the bypass pipe 5; the hydrogen peroxide vapor generator 4 is disposed within the room chamber 30.
Preferably, in order to facilitate better distribution of the hydrogen peroxide vapor and improve the sterilization effect, more than two hydrogen peroxide vapor generators 4 are arranged.
Preferably, a second air-exhausting high-efficiency filter unit 25 is arranged on the air exhaust main pipe 22. By the arrangement of the two-stage exhaust high-efficiency filter unit 25, the circulating air flow can be better filtered.
Preferably, the room chambers 30 include shower rooms, more protective clothing rooms, buffer rooms, core laboratories, and seed holding rooms.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the invention utilizes the air supply and exhaust system of the existing high-grade biosafety laboratory, the whole air supply and exhaust system is communicated by additionally arranging the bypass pipe 5 and the bypass valve 6, and meanwhile, a relatively closed circulating system is formed among the exhaust branch pipe 23, the exhaust fan set 20, the air supply branch pipe 13 and the room chamber 30 by controlling the air supply main valve 11, the exhaust main valve 21 and the bypass valve 6, and then, the critical protection equipment (such as a biosafety cabinet, an IVC, a pathology sampling table and a monkey negative pressure isolation cabinet) in the experiment is normally started to operate during disinfection; the hydrogen peroxide steam generator 4 generates hydrogen peroxide steam, one part of the hydrogen peroxide steam enters the protective equipment through a fan arranged on the key protective equipment in a room, and enters an exhaust system after passing through a high-efficiency filter arranged on the equipment, and the other part of the hydrogen peroxide steam provides power of gas circulation through an exhaust fan set 20, penetrates through an exhaust high-efficiency filter unit 24, then passes through an air supply pipeline and an air supply high-efficiency filter unit 14, and enters the room, so that the hydrogen peroxide steam is disinfected circularly.
