Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a waterproof and anti-sweat eyebrow pencil containing multiple plant essences and a preparation method thereof, wherein the waterproof and anti-sweat eyebrow pencil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10 to 25 parts of filling agent, 20 to 32 parts of colorant, 5 to 15 parts of Japan wax, 3 to 10 parts of polyethylene glycol wax, 0.1 to 1.5 parts of ginger extract, 0.1 to 1 part of calendula extract, 0.1 to 1 part of honeysuckle extract, 1 to 5 parts of hydrogenated castor oil and 2 to 5 parts of glycerol tri (ethyl acetate). The eyebrow pencil provided by the invention solves the problem of separation of wax and colorant by adjusting the formula composition, and the obtained product has good appearance and stability, has the functions of water resistance and sweat resistance, can effectively keep makeup, is smooth in use, is easy to develop color and has a good use effect.

Technical Field

Background

The invention provides a method for preparing the waterproof and sweat-proof eyebrow pencil, which comprises the following steps:
s1, mechanically crushing Japan wax, polyethylene glycol wax, a coloring agent and a filling agent respectively for later use;
s2, putting Japan wax and polyethylene glycol wax into a melting pot, heating to melt, adding hydrogenated castor oil and glycerol tri (ethyl acetate), and stirring and mixing uniformly;
s3, cooling to 60-80 ℃, adding the filler, the colorant, the ginger extract, the calendula extract and the honeysuckle extract, and uniformly stirring; grinding; and (5) molding to obtain the product.
Preferably, the step S1 also comprises the step of adding the shellac in the process of mechanical crushing; the step S2 also comprises the step of putting the crushed lac, the Japan wax and the polyethylene glycol wax into a melting pot.
The invention adopts the Japan wax as the main wax to play the roles of solidification and shaping, but the repeated temperature change in the subsequent process causes the wax to be separated from the colorant, and the product has more heterochromatic spots. It has been unexpectedly found that the addition of shellac can overcome the separation between the wax and the colorant, and the inventors speculate that this may be due to the specific amphiphilic block copolymer nature of shellac. The lac has hydrophilic and hydrophobic part concurrently, has a large amount of functional groups simultaneously such as hydroxyl and carboxyl, can act as the effect of bridging between toner and wax class, and in addition, the lac has ionizable carboxyl, possesses certain polyelectrolyte polymer nature, can provide two electron layer stabilizing action and steric hindrance effect simultaneously, and the dispersion in the system is strong to play the separation effect of curbing wax and colorant.
But the lac is very unstable due to a large number of functional groups, and the product is found to have a delamination phenomenon in long-term storage tests. In this regard, the inventors further found through experiments that the addition of the polyethylene glycol wax based on the above results in the improvement of the overall stability of the product, and the effect of the polyethylene glycol wax is considered to be mainly due to the stabilizing effect of the polyethylene glycol wax on the shellac.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the eyebrow pencil provided by the invention solves the problem of separation of wax and colorant by adjusting the formula composition, the obtained product has good appearance and stability, and the eyebrow pencil has the functions of water resistance and sweat resistance, is added with multiple plant essences, can effectively keep makeup appearance, is smooth in use, is easy to develop color, and has a good use effect.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:

s4, placing the powder at a constant temperature of 25 ℃ for 12 hours, pouring the powder into a plodder, extruding a refill, placing the refill until the hardness is recovered, and packaging the refill after the color matching is qualified.
Comparative example 1 differs from example 1 in that no shellac was added and the remaining parameters were the same as in example 1.

Test I, sensory index and physicochemical index test
The cartridges prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were tested according to the sensory index and physicochemical index test methods in the national standard GB/T27575-2011 "cosmetic pencil, cosmetic cartridge", and the test results are shown in tables 1 and 2 below.

As can be seen from the above table, the pen refills prepared in embodiments 1 to 4 of the present invention have good sensory and physicochemical indexes, and analysis of test results of other comparative examples shows that the problem of separation of wax from toner in the eyebrow pencil can be solved by adding shellac, and that adding polyethylene glycol wax is beneficial to improving the stability of shellac, so that the cold resistance and heat resistance of the eyebrow pencil are improved, but the effect disappears when beeswax is used to replace polyethylene glycol wax.
Test example two, long-term storage test
The lead cores of the eyebrow pencils prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were stored for 36 months under conditions of temperature of 25. + -. 2 ℃ and humidity of 60%. + -. 5% RH, and the appearance of the lead cores was observed, and the test results are shown in Table 3 below.

As can be seen from the above table, examples 1 to 4 according to the present invention have excellent stability, and the shelf life thereof is as long as 36 months, whereas the refills prepared in comparative examples 2 to 3 have a significant delamination phenomenon, indicating poor stability.
