Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a removable denture. The invention provides an active denture, which comprises a tooth body and a base, wherein the base comprises a main body structure and a hydrophilic material layer arranged on the surface of the main body structure; the hydrophilic material layer is in contact with the gums and the oral mucosa. The hydrophilic material is arranged on the surface of the main body structure, so that the hydrophilic material is in contact with the gum and the oral mucosa, the butt joint of the base and the gum can be enhanced, the seamless butt joint of the base and the gum is further realized, the false tooth is kept stable in the using process and is not easy to fall off, and the consequence of increasing the fit clearance between the gum and the false tooth due to gingival atrophy is avoided.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a removable denture.
Background
The artificial teeth are also called "false teeth", and are divided into removable artificial teeth and fixed artificial teeth. The removable denture comprises removable partial denture and complete denture, and the removable denture is a prosthesis which can be automatically removed and worn by using the rest natural teeth or mucosa as a support and using the base to keep the denture in a proper position and form chewing function. Most bases of artificial teeth are made of resin materials, and because the strength of resin is not high and the bonding force with a gum is not strong, the base may be deformed or damaged by an occlusal force during chewing, micro leakage may be caused, a tooth body may be dropped, and even the whole artificial tooth may fall off during chewing. The removable denture material has porosity, water absorption and the like, and the unique physical and chemical properties make the removable denture material extremely easy to be adhered by bacteria, and bacterial plaque is bred to cause oral diseases and halitosis.
The existing removable false teeth mostly use mucous membrane and bone tissue under the base as support, rely on the retainer and the base of the false teeth to fix, use artificial tooth to restore the form and function of the missing tooth, use the base material to replace the defective alveolar ridge, jaw bone and soft tissue form around. The existing false teeth are easy to cause gingival atrophy, so that gaps between tooth beds and the false teeth are enlarged, food residues enter the gaps to cause gingival pain and inflammation, chewing is difficult, the false teeth need to be continuously replaced, oral hygiene maintenance is complex, bad breath is easy to occur, and the like. The base in the existing design is generally made of plastic or stainless steel, the stainless steel can bring discomfort and foreign body sensation to a patient, and the plastic base is poor in bonding force with a gum due to weak strength, is easy to loosen under the action of occlusal force, generates micro leakage, affects oral hygiene of the patient and is unfavorable for oral health of the patient.
For example, chinese patent publication No. CN209713224U discloses an artificial tooth, which includes a tooth base and a tooth body disposed on the tooth base, wherein the tooth base is provided with a plurality of grooves for respectively mounting individual tooth bodies, and each of the grooves has a different size and is regularly arranged on the tooth base according to the size. Adopt the device can carry out the change of individual artificial tooth body, adopts the cooperation of arch and shrinkage pool, makes the individual artificial tooth fixed more firm. However, the patent mainly strengthens the connection between the single denture body and the base, and does not solve the problem that the base and the gum have weak bonding force.
Chinese patent publication No. CN203564355U discloses a denture fixing structure, which comprises a retainer, a connector and a steel bracket, wherein the base of the denture fixing structure is made of stainless steel plate, thereby increasing the strength of the base. However, the base made of stainless steel material may give a deep foreign body sensation to the patient. And the base made of stainless steel material increases the strength of the base, so that the base is not easy to deform and damage, but does not increase the binding force between the base and the teethridge.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a removable denture which can be in seamless butt joint with a dental bed and has strong bonding force with the dental bed, and the consequence of increasing the fit clearance between the dental bed and the denture due to gingival atrophy is avoided.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:

the hydrophilic material layer is in contact with the gums and the oral mucosa.
Preferably, the hydrophilic material of the hydrophilic material layer is polyethylene terephthalate or polycarbonate.
Preferably, the thickness of the hydrophilic material layer is 0.05 mm-0.15 mm.
Preferably, the material of the main body structure is polymethyl methacrylate or stainless steel.
Preferably, the inner side of the tooth body is provided with a drawer type openable device;
the drawer type openable and closable device is internally provided with slow-release spice.
Preferably, the drawer-type openable and closable device includes a card slot and a drawer.
Preferably, the clamping groove is provided with a clamping groove bulge at the outer surface of the inner side of the tooth body;
the clamping groove bulges are positioned on two sides of the clamping groove in the horizontal direction.
Preferably, the two sides of the drawer are provided with buckles;
the position of the buckle corresponds to the position of the protrusion of the clamping groove.

Detailed Description
The invention provides an active denture, which comprises a tooth body and a base, wherein the base comprises a main body structure and a hydrophilic material layer arranged on the inner surface of the main body structure;
the hydrophilic material layer is in contact with the gums and the oral mucosa.
In the present invention, the hydrophilic material of the hydrophilic material layer is preferably polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or Polycarbonate (PC). The material of the body structure is preferably Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) or stainless steel. In the present invention, the thickness of the hydrophilic material layer is preferably 0.05mm to 0.15 mm.
In the invention, when the material of the main body structure is PMMA, the base is preferably prepared by a two-time injection molding method; the specific method is preferably as follows: firstly, PMMA is subjected to injection molding, and then placed into a secondary injection molding mold to be injected with PET or PC for secondary injection molding, so that the base is obtained. The injection molding and the secondary injection molding are not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be performed by a process known to those skilled in the art.
In the invention, when the material of the main body structure is stainless steel, the main body structure and the hydrophilic material layer are adhered through gel. The gel of the present invention is not particularly limited in kind, and may be a gel commonly used in dental clinic, which is well known to those skilled in the art.
The shape of the base is not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be a shape of a base known to those skilled in the art.
In the present invention, the hydrophilic material layer is in contact with the gums and the oral mucosa. The hydrophilic material layer can realize seamless butt joint with the teethridge and is not easy to fall off.
As a specific embodiment of the present invention, a drawer-type openable device is disposed inside the tooth body; the drawer type openable and closable device is internally provided with slow-release spice. The position of the drawer-type openable and closable means is shown in fig. 2.
The invention has no special limitation on the type of the slow-release spice, and the slow-release spice can be prepared by adopting the spice which is well known by the technical personnel in the field and can achieve the aims of flavoring and bacteriostasis of the oral cavity.
As one embodiment of the present invention, the drawer type openable and closable means includes a card slot and a drawer.
As a specific embodiment of the present invention, the locking groove is provided with a locking groove protrusion at an outer surface located inside the tooth body; the clamping groove bulges are positioned at two sides of the clamping groove in the horizontal direction (the structure is shown in figure 3). The specific shape of the groove is not limited in any way, and the groove can be a rectangular shape, a cylindrical shape and other well-known and realizable shapes. Note: fig. 3 is only for illustrating that the clamping groove is provided with the clamping groove protrusion, and the rectangle presented in fig. 3 does not represent that the clamping groove in the removable denture is rectangular as a whole.
As a specific embodiment of the present invention, two sides of the drawer are provided with buckles, and the positions of the buckles correspond to the positions of the protrusions of the clamping grooves; the direction of the buckle opening is opposite to the movement direction of the drawer inserted into the clamping groove (the structure is shown in figure 4). The shape of the drawer is matched with that of the clamping groove. Note: fig. 4 is only for illustrating that the drawer is provided with a buckle, and the rectangle shown in fig. 4 does not represent that the drawer in the false tooth is rectangular as a whole.
In the present invention, the slow release flavorant is located in a drawer of the drawer-type openable device; the drawer type openable device can realize the replacement of the slow-release perfume. After the drawer filled with the slow-release spice is plugged into the clamping groove, the buckle of the drawer is clamped at the protruding position of the clamping groove; when the slow-release spice needs to be replaced, namely the drawer needs to be taken out, the drawer is rotated for 90 degrees, and then the buckle is separated from the protruding position of the clamping groove and taken out.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. An artificial tooth comprises a tooth body and a base, and is characterized in that the base comprises a main body structure and a hydrophilic material layer arranged on the inner surface of the main body structure;
the hydrophilic material layer is in contact with the gums and the oral mucosa.
2. The removable denture of claim 1, wherein the hydrophilic material of said layer of hydrophilic material is polyethylene terephthalate or polycarbonate.
3. A removable denture according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the thickness of said layer of hydrophilic material is from 0.05mm to 0.15 mm.
4. The removable denture of claim 1, wherein the material of said body structure is polymethylmethacrylate or stainless steel.
5. The removable denture of claim 1, wherein a drawer-type openable and closable means is provided on the inside of the tooth body;
the drawer type openable and closable device is internally provided with slow-release spice.
6. The removable denture of claim 5, wherein said drawer-type openable and closable means comprises a socket and a drawer.
7. The removable denture of claim 6, wherein the catch is provided with a catch projection at an outer surface located inside the tooth body;
the clamping groove bulges are positioned on two sides of the clamping groove in the horizontal direction.
8. The removable denture of claim 6 or 7, wherein the drawer is provided with buckles at both sides;
the position of the buckle corresponds to the position of the protrusion of the clamping groove.
