Referring to fig. 1, a first aspect of the present invention provides a user adaptive sleep assistance method based on face recognition, including the following steps: step S100, acquiring a face image based on an image acquisition device set in a room; step S200, the cloud server loads a user sleep assisting strategy based on the obtained face image and transmits the user sleep assisting strategy to the intelligent sleep pillow; step S300, the intelligent sleep pillow starts an odor auxiliary module and/or an audio auxiliary module and/or a massage auxiliary module based on the acquired sleep auxiliary strategy so as to assist sleep; wherein, intelligence sleep pillow includes the pillow body and helps the dormancy device, helps the dormancy device to set up in the outside of pillow body, helps the dormancy device including always controlling the device and help the dormancy device, helps the dormancy device reliably near or keep away from the user head under the control of always controlling the device to help the dormancy.
Further, the sleep assisting strategy is a sleep assisting scheme intelligently generated by the cloud server based on the activity information uploaded by the user bracelet or an expert data customization scheme input by the outside.

Referring to fig. 7, a schematic perspective view of another embodiment of the intelligent sleep pillow in the user adaptive sleep assistance system based on face recognition in another angle when in a working state is shown; the intelligent sleeping pillow also comprises a supporting device, wherein the supporting device is of a plate-shaped structure and is used for supporting the pillow body; one end of the plate-shaped structure is connected with the supporting part of the rotating device; the top of the plate-shaped structure is provided with a clamping assembly, and the clamping assembly comprises a plurality of protruding structures; the bottom of the pillow body is provided with a plurality of groove structures, and the plurality of bulge structures are clamped with the plurality of groove structures; the top of the protruding structure is provided with a pressure detection device and a six-axis sensor, and the pressure detection device and the six-axis sensor are in communication connection with the master control device; the six-axis sensor can be used for detecting the motion state of the pillow body.
Preferably, the height from the rotating device to the bottom of the pillow body is less than that of the pillow body; the height from the massage device to the rotating device is h, and h belongs to [8mm,15mm ]; preferably, the thickness of the massage device is D, D ∈ [5mm,8mm ]; it should be noted that the range given in the present embodiment is the most preferable range, and conforms to most of the sizes of the head height and the head massage area, and the size increase or decrease for improving the use comfort of the user falls within the protection scope of the present application.
Preferably, the pillow body is a latex pillow.
The invention also comprises an intelligent sleep system, which comprises a mobile end and a user end, wherein the user end is arranged on the pillow, the mobile end controls the user end to execute a corresponding instruction based on the user sleep information detected by the user end, and the instruction comprises massage on a specific part of the head of the user, fragrance release in the air or sleep music playing with specific sound; the pillow is the intelligent sleep pillow of any one above.
The mobile terminal can be a mobile phone, a tablet or a computer, the mobile terminal and a master control device in the user terminal receive sleep signals through Bluetooth and wireless and display the signals to the user, real-time detection of the sleep time, the time of entering deep sleep, the breathing frequency and the like of the user is carried out, a sleep-assisting scheme is customized according to the detection result, the problems of difficult sleep, insomnia, shallow sleep and the like of the user are effectively solved, and the user is helped to cultivate a healthy and efficient sleep biological clock.
The intelligent sleep pillow in the user self-adaptive sleep auxiliary system based on the face recognition can provide an implementation scheme of cheap sleep detection equipment which can be purchased by ordinary people, and the sleep condition can be checked through equipment such as a mobile phone and a tablet personal computer; the device can flexibly start the corresponding device according to the sleep condition of the user, can carry out head massage and aroma micro-release sleep-assisting or light music sleep-assisting instructions in the sleep brewing stage, is far away from the head in the deep sleep stage, does not interfere with the sleep of the user, and does not influence the sleep of the user and give no unpleasant feeling to the user. The intelligent sleep pillow in the user self-adaptive sleep auxiliary system based on the face recognition is in an automatic closing state when not being awakened or started outside; when the sleep-assisting device needs to be started, the sleep-assisting device can be awakened through a voice instruction, or awakened through an instruction on a mobile phone APP, or awakened through a switch, before sleeping, a corresponding instruction is started to assist sleeping according to a user instruction or a user body state detected by an image acquisition device, and the corresponding instruction can be used for playing sleep-assisting music, releasing sleep-assisting aromatherapy, playing sleep-assisting audio and the like so as to help a user to enter deep sleep; when the master control device is based on the sleep state of the user detected by the image acquisition device and/or the brain wave detection module, the massage device is controlled to be far away from the head of the user, the sleep of the user is not influenced, the fluctuation of the sleep of the user is detected at night, for example, the master control device is turned leftwards and rightwards and is not quiet, the corresponding sleep assisting aroma is released or the sleep assisting music is played, the user is helped to enter deep sleep again, and the overnight detection sleep assisting is provided.

1. A user self-adaptive sleep assisting method based on face recognition is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S100, acquiring a face image based on an image acquisition device set in a room;
step S200, the cloud server loads a user sleep auxiliary strategy based on the acquired face image and transmits the user sleep auxiliary strategy to the intelligent sleep pillow;
step S300, the intelligent sleep pillow starts an odor auxiliary module and/or an audio auxiliary module and/or a massage auxiliary module based on the acquired sleep auxiliary strategy so as to assist sleep; the intelligent sleep pillow comprises a pillow body and a sleep assisting device, wherein the sleep assisting device is arranged on the outer side of the pillow body and comprises a master control device and a sleep assisting device, and the sleep assisting device can be close to or far away from the head of a user under the control of the master control device so as to assist in sleeping.

The user adaptive sleep assistance method based on face recognition according to claim 1, wherein the sleep assistance policy is a sleep assistance scheme intelligently generated by the cloud server based on activity information uploaded by a user bracelet or a customized scheme for expert data entered from the outside.
3. The method for assisting user in adaptively sleeping based on human face recognition of claim 2, further comprising the steps of:
step S310, the intelligent sleeping pillow obtains a user state based on a local image acquisition device;
if the user acquired by the local image acquisition device is in a lying state, the intelligent voice module is started to remind the user to adjust the sleeping posture;
if the user collected by the local image collecting device is in a lying state, starting the sleep-assisting device to be close to the head of the user;
step S320, the cloud server executes an auxiliary sleep scheme based on a mapping relation table of the brain wave information acquired by the sleep assisting device and an auxiliary sleep strategy; the auxiliary sleep scheme comprises a first sleep-assisting scheme, a second sleep-assisting scheme and a third sleep-assisting scheme, wherein the first sleep-assisting scheme is to start an odor auxiliary module; the second sleep-aiding scheme is to start an audio auxiliary module; the third sleep-aiding scheme is to start the massage auxiliary module.

The user adaptive sleep assisting method based on face recognition as claimed in claim 3, wherein the sleep assisting device comprises a massage device, a rotation device, a carrying device and a general control device, and the massage device and the rotation device are both in communication connection with the general control device; the massage device is arranged on the bearing device, and the bearing device can rotate towards a first direction or a second direction under the driving of the rotating device; the end part of the massage device far away from the bearing device is provided with a massage action part; the massage device is also provided with a local image acquisition device which is in signal connection with the master control device, and the master control device selects to start or close the sleep-aiding device based on the user state information acquired by the local image acquisition device; the first direction is the direction that the bearing device is close to the pillow body, and the second direction is the direction that the bearing device is far away from the pillow body; the massage device comprises a first body, one end of the first body is fixedly arranged on the bearing device, and the other end of the first body is arranged in a cantilever manner;
the massage action part is a concave arc action part; the end part of the concave arc action part is provided with a massage assembly and a detection device, the massage assembly comprises a plurality of first massage action parts and a plurality of second massage action parts, and the plurality of first massage action parts and the plurality of second massage action parts are alternately arranged; the second massage action part comprises a plurality of detection bulges, and the detection bulges are in signal connection with the master control device; the detection device is embedded in the detection bulge; the detection device comprises a brain wave detection module, and the brain wave detection module is used for collecting brain wave data of a user; the end parts of the first massage action part and the second massage action part are respectively provided with a first pressure sensing module and a second pressure sensing module, the first pressure sensing module and the second pressure sensing module are in signal connection with the master control device, and the master control device controls the rotation of the bearing device close to or far away from the head of a user based on pressure information detected by the first pressure sensing module and the second pressure sensing module.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the brain wave information comprises brain wave activity area or brain wave intensity.
6. The method of claim 3, further comprising the steps of:
step S330, when the sleep-assisting device detects that the first sleep-assisting scheme is executed, the sleep state of the user is not improved, the content of smell release is adjusted, and/or the second sleep-assisting scheme is executed, and/or the third sleep-assisting scheme is executed;
when the sleep-assisting device detects that the second sleep-assisting scheme is executed, if the sleep state of the user is not improved, adjusting or changing the type of audio sound, and/or executing the third sleep-assisting scheme;
when the sleep-assisting device detects that the third sleep-assisting scheme is executed, if the sleep state of the user is not improved, the head massage strength is adjusted, and/or the first sleep-assisting scheme, the second sleep-assisting scheme and the third sleep-assisting scheme are executed at the same time.

A user self-adaptive sleep assisting system based on face recognition is characterized by comprising an intelligent bracelet, a cloud server, an image acquisition device and an intelligent sleep pillow, wherein the intelligent bracelet, the image acquisition device and the intelligent sleep pillow are all in communication connection with the cloud server; the image acquisition device is used for face recognition; the cloud server is configured to call the activity state of the user in the current day based on the user information acquired by the image acquisition device and generate a customized sleep assisting strategy; the intelligent sleeping pillow starts a related instruction based on the acquired sleeping assisting strategy, wherein the related instruction comprises a starting smell assisting module and/or an audio assisting module and/or a massage assisting module.

The user self-adaptive sleep assisting system based on face recognition according to claim 8, characterized in that a sound collecting device is further arranged on the telescopic cantilever, and the sound collecting device is in communication connection with the master control device; the sound collection device comprises a plurality of collection parts, and the collection parts are arranged along the longitudinal array of the telescopic cantilever to receive the respiratory frequency and/or voice instructions of a user.

The user adaptive sleep assistance system based on face recognition according to claim 9, wherein the intelligent sleep pillow further comprises a support device, wherein the support device is a plate-shaped structure and is used for supporting the pillow body; one end of the plate-shaped structure is connected with the supporting part of the rotating device;
the top of the plate-shaped structure is provided with a clamping assembly, and the clamping assembly comprises a plurality of protruding structures; the bottom of the pillow body is provided with a plurality of groove structures, and the plurality of protrusion structures are clamped with the plurality of groove structures;
the top of the protruding structure is provided with a pressure detection device and a six-axis sensor, and the pressure detection device and the six-axis sensor are both in communication connection with the master control device; the six-axis sensor can be used for detecting the motion state of the pillow body.
