During the use, because main water tank 9 and quantitative water tank 91 are used for holding the clear water, consequently be the clear water when cleaning device washs at every turn, when the clear water in the water tank 91 of undetermined volume is used up, then truns into from the cleaning function and scrapes the dry function, and the user only need can accomplish simultaneously in a cavity reciprocating motion and wash and scrape futilely. The water scraping part 4 is movably connected to the barrel body 1, the water scraping part 4 does not play a role in scraping water when the cleaning device ascends, and the scraper 10 plays a role in scraping water when the cleaning device descends.
When the cleaning device is used, the wetted part of the cleaning device is lifted upwards, the scraper 10 rotates until the water scraping part 4 is not contacted with the cleaning device, and water on the cleaning device cannot be scraped off; when the cleaning device descends, the scraper 10 rotates until the water scraping part 4 contacts with the cleaning device, water on the cleaning device is scraped off and flows out along the water guide part, and the water flowing out along the water guide part flows to the part of the cleaning device which is not wetted due to the descending of the cleaning device.

As shown in fig. 8, the structure and principle of this embodiment are substantially the same as those of embodiment 1, except that the transferring mechanism is a separate roller, the roller is disposed on the moving path of the cleaning device moving up and down, so that the cleaning device moving up and down can drive the roller to rotate, thereby squeezing the wetted part of the cleaning device between the roller and the cleaning device and between the teeth of the roller, and releasing the liquid in the roller to the non-wetted part of the cleaning device when the cleaning device moves down.
