As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the intelligent household kitchen cabinet of the invention comprises a working unit 1 and a cleaning unit 2, wherein the working unit 1 comprises a kitchen workbench 11, an intelligent control center, a cabinet body 12, a water heater 13, a smoke exhaust ventilator 14, a kitchen range 15 and a cleaning pool 16, the cabinet body 12 comprises an upper cabinet body 121 and a lower cabinet body 122, the lower cabinet body 122 is arranged at the bottom of the kitchen workbench 11, the upper cabinet body 121 is arranged at the top of the kitchen workbench 11, and cabinet doors of the upper cabinet body 121 and the lower cabinet body 122 are controlled by the intelligent control center; the water heater 13 is arranged on the surface of the kitchen workbench 11 and positioned at the lower side of the upper cabinet 121, and the water heater 13 is used for generating hot water and is controlled by the intelligent control center; the range hood 14 is installed at the bottom of the upper cabinet 121 and is controlled by an intelligent control center, and the kitchen range 15 is installed at a position of the upper bottom surface of the kitchen workbench 11 below the range hood 14; the cleaning tank 16 is arranged on the upper bottom surface of the kitchen workbench 11 at a position positioned on one side of the upper cabinet 121;

During operation, the part of the oil smoke which is not absorbed by the smoke exhaust ventilator 14 in the cooking process of using the kitchen range 15 for a long time permeates into the cabinet body 12, so that a large amount of oil stains are attached to the interior of the cabinet body 12, and articles such as tableware, kitchen ware and the like stored in the cabinet body 12 are polluted, so that the dining safety in families is difficult to ensure; therefore, in order to ensure the safety of dining, the interior of the cabinet 12 needs to be cleaned at regular time; the lower cabinet 122 can be directly washed by using a large amount of water and cleaning agent manually, while the upper cabinet 121 is positioned above the kitchen range 15 due to higher height, so that the lower cabinet is difficult to directly clean, and the large amount of water can be scattered from the cabinet door and cause water inlet damage of the kitchen range 15; therefore, when the upper cabinet 121 is cleaned, after all the articles stored in the upper cabinet 121 are taken out, a cleaning instruction is sent to the intelligent control center, and the intelligent control center starts to clean the interior of the upper cabinet 121; firstly, an intelligent control center controls a cabinet door of an upper cabinet body 121 to be closed, then a water heater 13 is started, so that the water heater 13 generates hot water and sends the hot water into a hot water tank 23, the depth of the hot water in the hot water tank 23 is detected through a water level sensor, and when the liquid level of the hot water reaches the middle part of the water heater 13, the water heater 13 is closed; simultaneously, the heater is started to heat the hot water in the hot water tank 23 to boiling and generate a large amount of steam; the water vapor flowing out of the hot water tank 23 flows into the annular groove 291 inside the telescopic rod 21 through the first pipe 24, flows into the first passage 281 from the second pipe 25 connected with the annular groove 291 inside the telescopic rod 21, and finally flows out of the first passage 281 and acts on the inside of the upper cabinet 121; the water vapor as gas rapidly fills the interior of the upper cabinet 121 after flowing out of the first channel 281, and the water vapor liquefies and emits heat when encountering cold, so that the greasy dirt adhered to the inner surface of the upper cabinet 121 is gradually dissolved into water drops generated by the water vapor liquefaction after being subjected to high temperature effect and flows down from the side wall of the upper cabinet 121; meanwhile, in a high-temperature closed environment, the temperature of water vapor generated by heating hot water to boiling is close to 100 ℃, at this time, common germs in the upper cabinet 121 are killed by high temperature, and the cleaning of the interior of the upper cabinet 121 is further ensured; the motor is started at the same time of starting the heater, so that the telescopic rod 21 drives the dirt removing rod 28 to rotate and spray the water vapor, and the water vapor is distributed more uniformly; at this time, the end part of the first pipe 24 is kept unchanged in the fixed ring 29, and the end part of the first pipe 24 can always send water vapor into the annular groove 291 while the annular groove 291 rotates along with the telescopic rod 21, so that the cleaning effect on the upper cabinet 121 is ensured; after the motor is started and works for a period of time, the intelligent control center starts the telescopic rod 21, so that the telescopic rod 21 drives the cleaning rod 22 and the decontamination rod 28 to move downwards while rotating, and the end part of the decontamination rod 28 acts on the inner surface of the side wall of the upper cabinet 121 while moving downwards, so that the mixture of oil stain and water generated on the inner surface of the side wall of the upper cabinet 121 under the action of water vapor is cleaned; and the end part of the decontamination bar 28 moves in the first groove 221 when being pressed, so that the impact on the end part of the decontamination bar 28 is relieved, and the end part of the decontamination bar 28 is prevented from being damaged due to overlarge pressing; when the cleaning rod 22 contacts with the bottom of the inner surface of the upper cabinet 121, the telescopic rod 21 stops working and continuously drives the cleaning rod 22 and the decontamination rod 28 to rotate, so that the cleaning sponge 26 on the cleaning rod 22 sufficiently removes the mixture of oil stains and water falling into the bottom of the inner surface of the upper cabinet 121; in the cleaning process, when the water level of the hot water in the hot water tank 23 is reduced, the water level sensor transmits information to the intelligent control center, and the water heater 13 is started to supplement the hot water in the hot water tank 23, so that the continuous operation of the cleaning unit 2 is ensured; after the greasy dirt in the upper cabinet 121 is basically cleaned, the intelligent control center turns off the motor and controls the telescopic rod 21 to reset, and simultaneously opens the cabinet door to enable the upper cabinet 121 to be ventilated, so that the drying of the upper cabinet 121 is quickened; meanwhile, the cleaning sponge 26 should be replaced and cleaned to remove the greasy dirt and dust absorbed by the cleaning sponge 26; in addition, when the oil stain in the upper cabinet 121 is too much, the intelligent control center sprays the diluted cleaning agent through the control spray nozzle 271, and the sprayed diluted cleaning agent forms small liquid drops under the action of the spray nozzle 271 and is uniformly distributed on the inner surface of the upper cabinet 121 under the action of flowing water vapor flow, so that when the cleaning rod 22 and the decontamination rod 28 act on the inner surface of the upper cabinet 121, the oil stain attached on the inner surface of the upper cabinet 121 is removed more thoroughly.
As an embodiment of the present invention, when the end of the dirt removing rod 28 is not pressed, the minimum distance between the end of the dirt removing rod 28 and the outer surface of the telescopic rod 21 is greater than the distance between the outer surface of the telescopic rod 21 and the inner surface of the upper cabinet 121 at the same height; the oil dirt at the included angle of the inner surface of the upper cabinet 121 is effectively removed under the action of the dirt removing rod 28; when the upper cabinet body 121 is in operation, when the end part of the decontamination rod 28 is in contact with the inner surface of the side wall of the upper cabinet body 121, because the minimum distance between the end part of the decontamination rod 28 and the telescopic rod 21 is larger than the distance between the telescopic rod 21 and the included angle part on the inner surface of the side wall of the upper cabinet body 121 at the same height, the cross section of the upper cabinet body 121 is rectangular, and the included angle part on the side wall of the upper cabinet body 121 is the part with the largest distance between the inner surface of the upper cabinet body 121 and the telescopic rod 21, the inner surface of the side wall of the upper cabinet body 121 and the end part of the decontamination rod 28 are always kept in full contact and are subjected to the cleaning action of the end part of the decontamination rod 28 in the process that the decontamination rod 28 rotates along with the telescopic rod 21, so that the greasy dirt and dust attached on the inner surface of the side wall of the upper cabinet body 121 is fully cleared; and the part which is not easy to be cleaned at the included angle of the inner surface of the side wall of the upper cabinet 121 is also effectively cleaned under the impact of the water vapor sprayed from the first channel 281 on the end part of the dirt removing rod 28.
As one embodiment of the invention, the end of the dirt removing rod 28 is provided with a rotating shaft 282, the rotating shaft 282 is provided with a first wheel 283, and the outer circle surface of the first wheel 283 is rough and contacts with the inner surface of the upper cabinet 121; a first vane 284 is uniformly arranged on the outer surface of the rotating shaft 282 at the position located in the first channel 281, the rotating shaft 282 is eccentrically arranged in the first channel 281, and the rotating shaft 282 is rotatably connected with the side wall of the first channel 281; the impact on the end part of the dirt removing rod 28 is reduced by the action of the first wheel 283, and meanwhile, the greasy dirt on the included angle position of the inner surface of the upper cabinet 121 is further removed; when the cleaner works, when the end part of the decontamination bar 28 is contacted with the inner surface of the side wall of the upper cabinet 121, the first wheel 283 is contacted with the inner surface of the side wall of the upper cabinet 121 and rotates under the friction action, so that the relative friction between the end part of the decontamination bar 28 and the inner surface of the side wall of the upper cabinet 121 is reduced, and the abrasion of the end part of the decontamination bar 28 is reduced; meanwhile, under the action of the first wheel 283, the violent impact on the end part of the dirt removing rod 28 when passing through the included angle part on the inner surface of the side wall of the upper cabinet 121 is relieved, and the smooth rotation of the dirt removing rod 28 is ensured; meanwhile, the water vapor sprayed from the first channel 281 impacts the first blade 284, and the rotating shaft 282 is eccentrically arranged in the first channel 281, so that the pressures applied to the first blades 284 on the upper side and the lower side of the rotating shaft 282 are different, and the first blade 284 is pressed and drives the first wheel 283 to rotate; the first wheel 283 which is rotated by the first blade 284 further acts on the oil stain on the inner surface of the side wall of the upper cabinet 121, so that the oil stain on the inner surface of the side wall of the upper cabinet 121 is effectively removed; meanwhile, the first wheel 283 rotates to effectively remove the oil dirt attached to the first wheel 283 under the action of centrifugal force, so that the first wheel 283 is further ensured to smoothly rotate.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the side walls of the first channel 281 are uniformly provided with first holes 285, and the first holes 285 on two sides of the first channel 281 are symmetrical to each other; a first rod 286 is uniformly arranged in the first channel 281, the ends of the first rod 286 respectively pass through the first holes 285 which are symmetrical to each other, and a second blade 287 is arranged at the position of the outer surface of the first rod 286, which is positioned in the first channel 281; the outer surface of the first rod 286 is provided with an ash removal elastic sheet 288 at a position outside the dirt removal rod 28, the side surface of the ash removal elastic sheet 288 is contacted with the dirt removal rod 28, and the bottom of the ash removal elastic sheet 288 is flush with the lower bottom surface of the dirt removal rod 28; the diameter of the rod 286 is smaller than that of the hole 285, and the rod 286 is eccentrically arranged in the channel 281; the second vane 287 is blown by the water vapor, so that the dust removing elastic sheet 288 rotates and acts on the dirt removing rod 28, and the greasy dirt attached to the surface of the dirt removing rod 28 is effectively removed; in operation, when steam impinges upon vane number two 287 in passage number one 281, lever number two 287 rotates lever number one 286 because lever number one 286 is eccentrically mounted; therefore, the rotating rod 286 drives the dust removing elastic sheet 288 at the end part of the rod 286 to rotate, so that the rotating dust removing elastic sheet 288 acts on the lower bottom surface inside the upper cabinet 121, and the oil stains attached on the lower bottom surface inside the upper cabinet 121 are effectively removed; because the side surface of the dust removing elastic sheet 288 is contacted with the side surface of the dirt removing rod 28, the rotating dust removing elastic sheet 288 acts on the greasy dirt attached to the side surface of the dirt removing rod 28, so that the greasy dirt attached to the dirt removing rod 28 is effectively removed, and the normal action of the dirt removing rod 28 is further ensured.
As an embodiment of the invention, a drain tank 123 is arranged at a position, close to the kitchen workbench 11, of the bottom of the side wall of the upper cabinet 121, and the drain tank 123 penetrates through the upper cabinet 121 and is communicated with the cleaning tank 16 through a third pipe 124; the lower bottom surface of the upper cabinet 121 is an inclined surface, and the sewage draining groove 123 is positioned at the lowest point of the lower bottom surface of the upper cabinet 121; the end part of the blowdown tank 123 close to the hot water tank 23 is communicated with the middle part of the hot water tank 23 through a fourth pipe 125, the blowdown tank 123 is inclined to the horizontal plane, and the end part of the blowdown tank 123 close to the hot water tank 23 is positioned at the highest point on the blowdown tank 123; the greasy dirt in the upper cabinet 121 is discharged into the cleaning tank 16 through the action of the blowdown tank 123; when the water vapor is liquefied to form more water drops, the water drops and the water drops are mutually converged to form fine water flow and flow into the sewage draining groove 123 under the action of the inclined surface, and the greasy dirt adhered on the inner surface of the upper cabinet 121 is separated from the inner surface of the upper cabinet 121 under the heating action of the water vapor and the friction action of the cleaning rod 22 and the decontamination rod 28 and flows into the sewage draining groove 123 under the action of the water flow; the hot water in the hot water tank 23 flows into the sewage draining groove 123 through the fourth pipe 125, so that the sewage accumulated in the sewage draining groove 123 flows into the third pipe 124 under the impact of the flowing hot water, and finally flows into the cleaning pool 16 along the third pipe 124, so that the oil stain in the upper cabinet 121 is removed; meanwhile, because the height of the hot water in the hot water tank 23 is controlled at the middle part of the hot water tank 23 under the action of the water level sensor, and the fourth pipe 125 is communicated with the middle part of the hot water tank 23, less hot water flows into the fourth pipe 125 in the hot water tank 23, and excessive hot water is prevented from being sprayed out from the cabinet door due to excessive and overflowing hot water flowing into the upper cabinet 121 through the fourth pipe 125, and water inflow damage of the cooker is avoided; in addition, since the sewage tank 123 is inclined to the horizontal plane, the hot water mixed sewage flowing into the sewage tank 123 flows accelerated and flows into the washing tank 16; meanwhile, after the water heater 13 is turned off, hot water in the sewage draining groove 123 is discharged from the third pipe 124 under the action of the inclined surface, so that the phenomenon that the drying inside the upper cabinet 121 is affected by excessive residual water in the sewage draining groove 123 is avoided.
As an embodiment of the present invention, a second hole 289 is provided at a portion of the sidewall of the first channel 281 near the bottom, and the second hole 289 is communicated with the outside; and the second hole 289 is obliquely directed to a direction approaching to the end of the dirt removing rod 28; oil stains on the surfaces of the ash removal elastic sheet 288 and the upper cabinet body 121 move to a direction approaching to the sewage draining groove 123 under the action of the second hole 289; during operation, a part of water vapor in the first channel 281 flows out through the second hole 289 and acts on the lower bottom surface of the interior of the upper cabinet 121, so that sewage mixed with oil dirt on the lower bottom surface of the interior of the upper cabinet 121 flows in a direction close to the end part of the decontamination rod 28 under the action of the water vapor sprayed out by the second hole 289, and the flowing sewage is converged into the sewage draining groove 123 after being blocked by the cabinet door and the side wall of the upper cabinet 121, so that the sewage mixed with oil dirt in the interior of the upper cabinet 121 is further concentrated in the sewage draining groove 123 and is cleared through the action of flowing hot water in the sewage draining groove 123; meanwhile, the water vapor sprayed out of the second hole 289 acts on the bottom of the rotating ash removing elastic sheet 288, so that on one hand, the ash removing elastic sheet 288 is further pressed, and therefore the ash removing elastic sheet 288 rotates in an accelerating way and acts on the lower bottom surface inside the upper cabinet 121; on the other hand, the oil stains attached to the surface of the ash removal elastic sheet 288 are removed under the impact action, so that the normal operation of the ash removal elastic sheet 288 is further ensured.

the water vapor as gas rapidly fills the interior of the upper cabinet 121 after flowing out of the first channel 281, and the water vapor liquefies and emits heat when encountering cold, so that the greasy dirt adhered to the inner surface of the upper cabinet 121 is gradually dissolved into water drops generated by the water vapor liquefaction after being subjected to high temperature effect and flows down from the side wall of the upper cabinet 121; meanwhile, in a high-temperature closed environment, the temperature of water vapor generated by heating hot water to boiling is close to 100 ℃, at this time, common germs in the upper cabinet 121 are killed by high temperature, and the cleaning of the interior of the upper cabinet 121 is further ensured; the motor is started at the same time of starting the heater, so that the telescopic rod 21 drives the dirt removing rod 28 to rotate and spray the water vapor, and the water vapor is distributed more uniformly; at this time, the end part of the first pipe 24 is kept unchanged in the fixed ring 29, and the end part of the first pipe 24 can always send water vapor into the annular groove 291 while the annular groove 291 rotates along with the telescopic rod 21, so that the cleaning effect on the upper cabinet 121 is ensured; after the motor is started and works for a period of time, the intelligent control center starts the telescopic rod 21, so that the telescopic rod 21 drives the cleaning rod 22 and the decontamination rod 28 to move downwards while rotating, and the end part of the decontamination rod 28 acts on the inner surface of the side wall of the upper cabinet 121 while moving downwards, so that the mixture of oil stain and water generated on the inner surface of the side wall of the upper cabinet 121 under the action of water vapor is cleaned; and the end part of the decontamination bar 28 moves in the first groove 221 when being pressed, so that the impact on the end part of the decontamination bar 28 is relieved, and the end part of the decontamination bar 28 is prevented from being damaged due to overlarge pressing; when the cleaning rod 22 contacts with the bottom of the inner surface of the upper cabinet 121, the telescopic rod 21 stops working and continuously drives the cleaning rod 22 and the decontamination rod 28 to rotate, so that the cleaning sponge 26 on the cleaning rod 22 sufficiently removes the mixture of oil stains and water falling into the bottom of the inner surface of the upper cabinet 121; in the cleaning process, when the water level of the hot water in the hot water tank 23 is reduced, the water level sensor transmits information to the intelligent control center, and the water heater 13 is started to supplement the hot water in the hot water tank 23, so that the continuous operation of the cleaning unit 2 is ensured;
