In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the sealing member 13 includes a mounting member 132 and a third sealing ring 133, the second air channel 131 is disposed on the mounting member 132, a mounting groove is disposed on the outer peripheral walls of two ends of the mounting member 132, the third sealing rings 133 are disposed in the two mounting grooves, the third sealing rings 133 are extruded between the mounting groove and the air channel wall of the first air channel 14, and the oil guiding hole 16 is located between the two third sealing rings 133. A third sealing ring 133 is sleeved at each of two ends of the mounting piece 132, and the third sealing ring 133 is in interference fit with the first air channel 14, so that the oil guide hole 16 between the two third sealing rings 133 is closed; the sealing performance of the sealing piece 13 to the oil guide hole 16 is improved, liquid leakage is avoided, only two third sealing rings 133 are in interference fit with the first air channel 14, the sealing piece 13 is pushed when the oil storage device is connected with the atomization device 2, and the oil storage device and the atomization device 2 are more labor-saving to install.
Preferably, the mounting member 132 is made of plastic, silicone or rubber. The mounting member 132 has elasticity, improves the sealing performance of the sealing member 13, and can be compressively deformed when the mounting member 132 is pressed, thereby facilitating the mounting of the sealing member 13 in a smaller space.
In one embodiment, the seal 13 is an elastic member, and the seal 13 is in interference fit with the first air passage 14. When the external force pushes the sealing member 13, the sealing member 13 is deformed by pressure, so that the oil guide hole 16 is opened, and after the external force is removed, the sealing member 13 returns to the initial position, so that the oil guide hole 16 is closed. When the liquid storage device 1 is detached from the atomizing device 2, the sealing piece 13 can reclose the oil guide hole 16, so that unused tobacco tar can be saved, and a user can replace tobacco tar with different tastes alternately.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the liquid storage container further includes a sealing plug 17, and the oil cavity cover 12 is provided with an oil filling hole 122 in communication with the oil storage cavity 15, and the sealing plug 17 is used for sealing the oil filling hole 122. The tobacco tar is conveniently injected into the oil storage cavity 15 through the oil injection hole 122, so that the convenience and the rapidness of oiling are improved; meanwhile, after the tobacco tar is used, the liquid storage device 1 can be recycled, the tobacco tar is injected again through the oil injection hole 122, so that the recycling rate of the liquid storage device 1 is improved, the resource waste is reduced, and the environment is protected.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the atomizing device 2 further includes an air passage tube 25, the air passage tube 25 is fixed at an end of the connecting piece 22 away from the atomizing base 21, the air passage tube 25 is inserted into the second air passage 131, and an inner cavity of the air passage tube 25 communicates with the air inlet 221 and the first air passage 14. The inner cavities of the air inlet channel 221 and the air channel pipe 25 are sequentially communicated with the first air channel 14, so that atomized smoke flows into the inner cavity of the air channel pipe 25 from the air inlet channel 221 and then flows into the first air channel 14, and finally, a user sucks the smoke through a suction nozzle at the first air channel 14, thereby being beneficial to smooth circulation of the smoke and avoiding escape of the smoke.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the air duct 25 includes a first air duct 251, a second air duct 252 and a third air duct 253 connected in sequence, the third air duct 253 is inserted into the air inlet duct 221 of the connector 22, an end surface of the second air duct 252 connected with the third air duct 253 is clamped at one end of the connector 22 far away from the atomizing base 21, a diameter of an outer peripheral wall of the first air duct 251 is smaller than a diameter of an outer peripheral wall of the connector 22, and the first air duct 251 extends out of the connector 22 and is inserted into the second air duct 131. When the liquid storage device 1 and the atomizing device 2 are installed, the first air pipe 251 is inserted into the second air passage 131 of the sealing piece 13, the connecting piece 22 and the second air passage 131 are inserted into the first air passage 14, and the second air passage 131 is abutted with the sealing piece 13 between the sealing piece 13 and the connecting piece 22 and pushes the sealing piece 13 to move; the fixing of the airway tube 25 between the connector 22 and the sealing member 13 is facilitated, and the connection stability of the airway tube 25 is improved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, a positioning groove 256 is provided on an outer peripheral wall of an end of the first air tube 251 away from the second air tube 252, and a positioning protrusion is provided at a position of the connecting tube 112 corresponding to the positioning groove 256, and the positioning protrusion is engaged in the positioning groove 256. The installation and the positioning of the air passage pipe 25 are facilitated, and the connection stability of the air passage pipe 25 and the connecting pipe 112 is improved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, a fixing member 254 is disposed at one end of the third air pipe 253 far away from the second air pipe 252, a second communication hole 255 is disposed at a position of the fixing member 254 corresponding to the first communication hole 222, the oil guiding medium 23 is coated on the heat generating component 24, and the oil guiding medium 23 and the heat generating component 24 are fixed in the fixing member 254. The tobacco tar in the oil storage cavity 15 flows to the oil guiding medium 23 through the oil guiding hole 16, the first communication hole 222 and the second communication hole 255, and the fixing piece 254 is arranged to fix the oil guiding medium 23 and the heating component 24, so that the installation stability of the oil guiding medium 23 and the heating component 24 is improved, the tobacco tar is atomized in the inner cavity of the air passage pipe 25, and the atomized smoke of the tobacco tar directly flows to the first air passage 14 from the inner cavity of the air passage pipe 25, so that the flow path of the smoke is shortened, the suction force required by a user during smoking is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
In one embodiment, the fixing member 254 is provided as a plurality of fixing plates, and the plurality of fixing plates are fixed on the third air tube 253 along the circumferential direction, and the plurality of fixing plates cooperate with each other to clamp the heating element 24. The heating component 24 and the oil guiding medium 23 are conveniently fixed between the fixing sheets, and the installation and the positioning of the heating component 24 and the oil guiding medium 23 are facilitated.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the heating component 24 includes a heating wire 241, a positive conductive wire 242, a negative conductive wire 243, a positive conductive wire 244 and a negative conductive wire 245, the heating wire 241 is fixed in the fixing member 254, the positive conductive wire 244 and the negative conductive wire 245 are fixed on the atomizing base 21, the positive conductive wire 242 is connected with the heating wire 241 and the positive conductive wire 244, and the negative conductive wire 243 is connected with the heating wire 241 and the negative conductive wire 245. The positive electrode conductor 244 and the negative electrode conductor 245 facilitate the connection of the heating component 24 with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the power supply device, and power supply to the heating component 24 is realized.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the atomizing device 2 further includes an oil guiding layer 26 disposed between the connecting member 22 and the fixing member 254. The tobacco tar is advantageously guided from the first communication hole 222 to the second communication hole 255, so that the tobacco tar is prevented from flowing out in other directions at the joint of the first communication hole 222 and the second communication hole 255, and the loss of the tobacco tar is reduced.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the connecting piece 22 includes a first connecting section 223 and a second connecting section 224 connected with the first connecting section 223, the atomization seat 21 is provided with a mounting hole 212, the first connecting section 223 is clamped in the mounting hole 212, the second connecting section 224 extends out of the atomization seat 21 and is inserted into the connecting hole 121 and the inner cavity of the second pipe 1122, the oil guiding hole 16 is arranged on the second connecting section 224, and the heating component 24 and the oil guiding medium 23 are arranged in the inner cavity of the second connecting section 224. The connection of the connecting piece 22 and the atomizing seat 21 is facilitated, and the stability of the connection of the connecting piece 22 and the atomizing seat 21 is improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, a fourth seal ring 28 is provided at the mating position of the connecting member 22 and the oil chamber cover 12. The stability and the tightness of the connection of the connecting piece 22 and the oil cavity cover 12 are improved, and the leakage of the connecting piece 22 and the oil cavity cover 12 is avoided.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the atomizing device 2 further includes a sealing connection member 27, the sealing connection member 27 is provided with a through vent hole, a first end of the sealing connection member 27 is connected to a bottom wall of the mounting hole 212 and an end surface of the first connection section 223, which is far away from the second connection section 224, and is in interference fit with the mounting hole 212, and a second end of the sealing connection member 27 extends into an inner cavity of the first connection section 223 and is in interference fit with the inner cavity of the first connection section 223. The sealing connection of the connecting piece 22 and the atomizing seat 21 is realized through the sealing connecting piece 27, so that the smoke is prevented from flowing out of the connecting part of the connecting piece 22 and the atomizing seat 21.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the fifth sealing ring 29 is arranged at the matching position of the connecting piece 22 and the atomizing base 21. The stability and the tightness of the connection of the connecting piece 22 with the atomizing base 21 are improved.
In another aspect, the present invention further provides an electronic cigarette, including a power supply device (not shown in the figures) and the atomizer according to any one of the foregoing embodiments, where the power supply device is configured to supply power to the atomizer. The positive pole of the power supply device is connected with the positive pole conductor 244, and the negative pole of the power supply device is connected with the negative pole conductor 245, so that current can flow to supply power to the heating component 24, and the tobacco tar on the oil guiding medium 23 can be heated and atomized.

Claims (8)

1. The atomizer is characterized by comprising a liquid storage device and an atomizing device, wherein the liquid storage device is detachably connected with the atomizing device;
The liquid storage device comprises a liquid storage container, a sealing piece and a first air passage penetrating through the liquid storage container, wherein an oil storage cavity and an oil guide hole which is communicated with the oil storage cavity and the first air passage are arranged in the liquid storage container, a second air passage which is communicated with the sealing piece is arranged on the sealing piece, and the sealing piece is embedded in the first air passage and can move along the first air passage under the action of external force so as to close or open the oil guide hole;
The atomization device comprises an atomization seat, a connecting piece, an oil guiding medium and a heating component; the atomization seat is provided with an air inlet hole, the connecting piece is fixed on the atomization seat, the connecting piece is provided with a first communication hole and a through air inlet channel, the oil guide medium is arranged in the first air channel and is used for sucking tobacco tar in the oil storage cavity from the first communication hole, and the heating component is used for atomizing the tobacco tar at the oil guide medium;
The liquid storage container is fixedly connected with the atomization seat, the connecting piece is inserted into the first air passage, the sealing piece moves to an opening position under the pushing of the connecting piece so that the first communication hole is communicated with the oil guide hole, and the second air passage is communicated with the air inlet passage;
The liquid storage container comprises an oil storage cup and an oil cavity cover, the oil storage cup comprises an annular shell and a connecting pipe arranged in the annular shell, a first end of the connecting pipe is in sealing connection with a first end of the annular shell, an opening communicated with an inner cavity of the connecting pipe is formed in the first end of the annular shell, a second end of the connecting pipe is in sealing connection with the oil cavity cover, a connecting hole communicated with the inner cavity of the connecting pipe is formed in the oil cavity cover, the oil cavity cover is fixed at the second end of the annular shell and is in sealing connection with the annular shell, the connecting pipe and the oil cavity cover are enclosed to form an oil storage cavity, and the opening, the inner cavity of the connecting pipe and the connecting hole are communicated to form a first air passage; the oil guide hole is arranged on the connecting pipe, and the sealing element is embedded in the inner cavity of the connecting pipe;
The air flue pipe comprises a first air pipe, a second air pipe and a third air pipe which are sequentially connected, the third air pipe is inserted into an air inlet channel of the connecting piece, one end face, connected with the third air pipe, of the second air pipe is clamped at one end, far away from the atomizing seat, of the connecting piece, the diameter of the peripheral wall of the first air pipe is smaller than that of the peripheral wall of the connecting piece, and the first air pipe extends out of the connecting piece and is inserted into the second air flue.
2. The nebulizer of claim 1, wherein the reservoir is snap-fit with the nebulization seat.

The atomizer of claim 1 wherein said connecting tube comprises a first tube and a second tube connected to said first tube, said first tube being integrally formed with said annular housing, said second tube being integrally formed with said oil chamber cover, said oil guide hole being disposed in said second tube, said seal being embedded in an interior cavity of said second tube.
4. A nebulizer as claimed in claim 3, wherein the length of the second conduit is greater than the length of the seal.
5. The atomizer of claim 1 wherein said reservoir further comprises a sealing plug, said oil chamber cap being provided with an oil filler hole in communication with said oil reservoir, said sealing plug being adapted to seal said oil filler hole.
6. The atomizer of claim 1 wherein said atomizing means further comprises an air passage tube secured to an end of said connector remote from said atomizing base, said air passage tube being inserted into said second air passage, an interior cavity of said air passage tube communicating said air inlet passage with said first air passage.
7. The atomizer according to claim 1, wherein a fixing member is provided at an end of the third air tube remote from the second air tube, a second communication hole is provided at a position of the fixing member corresponding to the first communication hole, the oil guiding medium is fixed between the fixing member and the connecting member, and the heat generating component is fixed in the fixing member.
8. An electronic cigarette comprising a power supply means for powering the atomizer and an atomizer according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
