Abstract
本发明公开了一种按匹配系数分摊计量的装置及方法,涉及暖通空调技术领域。本发明尤其涉及通断时间面积法热计量分摊和热表法分户热计量分摊的通用方法,解决了现有技术中存在的散热器大小匹配不合理及户间传热引起的位置不利用户产生的不公平的技术问题,同时从理论到实际上完善了通断时间面积法热计量技术和热表法分户热计量技术,再延伸到其它能源设备公平计量及其它领域的公平计量分摊。
