Detailed Description
The operation method for reducing carbon dioxide emission by modifying the public lighting lamp firstly produces the power light lamp shown in figures 1 and 2 in batches. The LED lamp body comprises a light source module 3, an aluminum substrate circuit 2 in the light source module 3 is provided with N LED lamp banks connected in parallel, and M lamp beads 1 are connected in series in each LED lamp bank. A line of parallel LED chip groups are arranged in each lamp bead 1, and B LED chips 5 are connected in series in each LED chip group; wherein N is more than or equal to 1, M is more than or equal to 1, A is more than or equal to 1, and B is more than or equal to 1. LED chip 5 installs on LED support 4, and LED support 4 is the SMD support, and LED chip 5 is equipped with anodal and negative pole, and LED support 4 bottom formation binding post is drawn forth through the gold thread respectively to the anodal and the negative pole of LED chip 5. The LED driving power supply outputs an operating current which is 75% lower than the rated current of each LED chip 5. According to the operation requirement, the working current which is not higher than 20% of the rated current of the LED chip can be selected practically.
The working current of each LED chip in actual operation is reduced to be less than 75% of the rated current of the chip for use, and the luminous efficiency (lm/W) of the LED light source can be greatly improved. Particularly, when the working current of the LED chip is less than 20% of the rated current, the luminous efficiency of the light source can be effectively improved. Under the prior art, the light efficiency can reach more than 230 LM/W. High light efficiency means high electro-optic conversion efficiency, and the effective utilization of electric energy is improved. Therefore, the chip is prevented from working under the condition of large current, and the light attenuation resistance and the thermal stability of the LED are improved. The light source has high luminous efficiency, high luminous intensity of the lamp beads, high power density and strong light intensity output, can effectively improve the energy utilization rate and achieve the effects of energy conservation and emission reduction. The service life of the LED light source can be prolonged through the novel circuit structure.
