Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an assembly device of a headset speaker face cover, and aims to solve the problem that the face cover circumferential direction is required to be calibrated when a headset speaker and the face cover are assembled, so that the face cover assembly efficiency is reduced.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
because the face cover is assembled on the loudspeaker through the assembly action of the loudspeaker fixing seat and the face cover fixing plate, the calibration work on the circumferential direction of the face cover is omitted, the use is convenient, and the assembly efficiency of the earphone loudspeaker face cover is greatly improved.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
firstly placing the face cover on a face cover placing frame 36, then mounting the face cover bearing plate 4 on the bottom of the face cover fixing plate 5 through the action of a guide bar 38, enabling the face cover placing frame 36 to be positioned right below a clamping block 32 according to the design of a positioning face 30, lifting a lifting rod 24 upwards at the moment, supporting the clamping block 32 through the transmission action of the lifting plate 23, a lifting rod 26, a connecting plate 22 and a sliding plate 21, pushing a push plate 39 to send the face cover between the clamping blocks 32, loosening the lifting rod 24, enabling the clamping block 32 to clamp and fix the face cover under the action of a first spring 28, loosening the push plate 39 and withdrawing the face cover bearing plate 4, and finally driving a hydraulic rod 7 to enable the face cover fixing plate 5 to be combined on a loudspeaker fixing seat 2 to finish the assembly of the face cover and a loudspeaker of an earphone.
When lifting the cover fixing plate 5, the pressing plate 17 needs to be pushed down, and the lifting rod 24 is lifted up by the second piston 18, so that the clamp block 32 releases the cover.
