[ first embodiment ]
As shown in fig. 1, the method for adjusting image quality of a video image according to the embodiment of the present invention is used for adjusting image quality of a video image and improving image quality adjusting effect. The video image quality adjusting method comprises the following steps:
s10, receiving a video image;

s30, displaying the video image and the RGB component waveform diagram;
and S40, adjusting the image quality of the video image according to the RGB component waveform diagram.
As shown in fig. 2, the step S30 of displaying the video image and the RGB component waveform chart specifically includes the steps of:
s31, performing superposition processing on the video image and the RGB component waveform diagram to generate a superposition image;
and S32, displaying the overlapped image comprising the video image and the RGB component waveform chart.

s21, acquiring the resolution of the video image and the resolution of the RGB component waveform diagram;
s22, sampling statistical analysis is carried out on the video image according to the resolution of the video image and the resolution of the RGB component waveform image to generate the RGB component waveform image of the video image.
In a specific implementation of this embodiment, the image quality of the video image includes, for example, a red component, a green component, a blue component, saturation, and contrast of the video image; the adjusting the image quality of the video image according to the RGB component waveform diagram in step S40 specifically includes: and adjusting the red component, the green component, the blue component, the saturation and the contrast of the video image according to the distribution relation of the red component, the green component and the blue component of the RGB component waveform diagram.
The video image quality adjustment method provided by the present embodiment can be applied to, for example, the video processing apparatus 200 shown in fig. 4. The video processing device 200 is, for example, a video processor, a video splicer, or a video switcher, etc. The video processing device 200 comprises, for example, a programmable logic device 210 and a display 220, the display 220 being connected to the programmable logic device 210. Specifically, the video processing apparatus 200 has, for example, an image quality adjusting function, and can achieve adjustment of parameters such as contrast, brightness, etc. of image quality, wherein the programmable logic device 210 is, for example, a field programmable gate array (Field Programmable Gate Array, FPGA), and the display screen 220 is, for example, a liquid crystal display screen, an LED display screen, or other display screen, which is mounted on the video processing apparatus 200, and can be used, for example, for pre-monitoring, displaying, or the video image to be output. The programmable logic device 210 is configured to receive a video image, generate an RGB component waveform diagram corresponding to the video image according to the video image, display the video image and the RGB component waveform diagram on the display screen 220, and adjust the image quality of the video image according to the RGB component waveform diagram. Typically, the video processing device 200 may also include a controller (not shown) such as an embedded processor (ARM) or a Microcontroller (MCU) coupled to the programmable logic device.
In a specific implementation of this embodiment, the display screen 220 includes two display screens, where the displaying the video image and the RGB component waveform chart on the display screens is specifically: and displaying the video image and the RGB component oscillograms on the two display screens in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
In one implementation of this embodiment, the displaying the video image and the RGB component waveform diagram on the display screen includes:
performing superposition processing on the video image and the RGB component oscillogram to generate a superposition image;
displaying the superimposed image including the video image and the RGB component waveform diagram on the display screen.
In order to facilitate a clearer understanding of the present embodiment, a video image quality adjustment method of the present embodiment will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 4, 5A, and 5B, taking an example in which the video image quality adjustment method is applied to the video processing apparatus 200 shown in fig. 4.
Specifically, when the image quality of an input video image needs to be adjusted on the video processing apparatus 200, for example, the video image to be adjusted is an image as shown in fig. 5A, the video image is acquired, and a corresponding RGB component waveform diagram is generated from the video image. The RGB component waveform diagram may include, for example, a red component profile, a green component profile, a blue component profile. As shown in fig. 5B, the left part in fig. 5B is, for example, a red component distribution chart, the middle part is a green component distribution chart, and the right part is a blue component distribution chart. Specifically, when the video image is played frame by frame, the programmable logic device generates the RGB component waveform of the video image, and also generates the corresponding RGB component waveform for each frame of the video image. The video image may also be displayed on the display 220 so that pre-monitoring of the video image may be accomplished. Taking one frame of video image as an example, generating an RGB component waveform image corresponding to the one frame of video image is to sample pixel data of the current frame of video image according to resolution of the current video image and resolution of the RGB component waveform image to be generated, analyze and separate out distribution conditions of RGB components, and generate the RGB component waveform image according to the distribution conditions of the RGB components. Where the sampling is related to, for example, the ratio of the resolution of the current video image to the resolution of the RGB component waveforms to be generated, for example 3840 x 2160 for the current video image and 320 x 240 for the RGB component waveforms to be generated, the sampling is 3840/320= 12,2160/240=9, that is, 1 dot is sampled every 12 pixels in the horizontal direction, a line is obtained every 9 lines in the vertical direction, and data values of red component, green component and blue component of pixel data of each pixel in the sampling are statistically analyzed to generate an RGB component waveform diagram.
Further, the video image and the RGB component waveform diagram are displayed on the display screen 220, specifically, the video image and the RGB component waveform diagram may be subjected to superposition processing to obtain a superimposed image, and the superimposed image is displayed on the display screen 220, for example, the RGB component waveform diagram may be located on the video image, and the size of the RGB component waveform diagram is smaller than that of the video image, and the video image has a preset transparency, so that a user may clearly see the video image and the RGB component waveform diagram while only needing one display screen and one video output source; the video image and the RGB component waveform diagram may be displayed together on the same display screen 220, for example, left-right display, up-down display; or the video image and the RGB component oscillogram are correspondingly displayed on two display screens one by one; the present invention is not limited to these examples. It should be noted that the display screen may not be provided on the video processing apparatus, but may be a programmable logic device that is located outside the video processing apparatus and is connected to the video processing apparatus.
Finally, the image quality of the video image is adjusted according to the RGB component waveform diagram. The image quality of the video image may be adjusted according to the RGB waveform diagram, or may be automatically adjusted by a programmable logic device according to the RGB waveform diagram in response to a user operation. For example, when the user adjusts the image quality, the user can see the RGB component waveform diagram corresponding to the video image in real time while seeing the video image on the pre-monitor screen, i.e., the display screen 220, so as to adjust the red component, the green component, the blue component, the saturation and the contrast of the video image according to the distribution relation of the red component, the green component and the blue component of the RGB component waveform diagram. For example, the RGB component waveform diagram in fig. 5B is analyzed to find that the red component of the whole image is higher, and overflow has occurred at a part of positions, so that the color tone of the whole image is red, and therefore the red component in the image quality of the video image is reduced according to the analysis, and the whole color of the adjusted image is normal. In the present invention, the video processing apparatus 200 may analyze and adjust the video image based on the RGB component waveform diagram, for example, to adjust the image quality of the video image.
In summary, the video image quality adjustment method and the video processing apparatus applying the video image quality adjustment method according to the present embodiment generate corresponding RGB component waveform diagrams according to the video image by receiving the video image, display the video image and the RGB component waveform diagrams, and adjust the image quality of the video image according to the RGB component waveform diagrams, which provides a reference for image quality adjustment, facilitates better adjustment of the image quality of the video image, and improves the image quality processing effect of the video image. In addition, the video image and the corresponding RGB component waveform diagram are subjected to superposition processing to generate a superposition image, and the superposition image is displayed, so that the video image and the RGB component waveform diagram are simultaneously displayed on the same display screen, and the image quality of the video image is more convenient to adjust. Moreover, through showing video image on the display screen, realized monitoring in advance to video image on video processing equipment, and can see the adjustment effect of video image quality in real time to can guarantee the image quality adjustment effect of video image better, guarantee the video image quality and adjust the output when reaching the best state, the user need not extra equipment just can realize the function of image quality analysis moreover, saved user's cost, also promoted convenience and the experience degree of user's use.
