The invention relates to a collector ring housing of a general steam turbine generator, which comprises an inner housing and an outer housing; the inner cover comprises an end plate and an inner cover plate; the outer cover comprises a baffle and an outer cover plate; the end plate is arranged between the end cover and the collecting ring; the end plate is provided with at least two mounting holes which correspond to the positions of the carbon brush support rods respectively; the end plate is fixed on the end cover through a nut on the carbon brush support rod; the inner cover plate is connected to one side of the end plate opposite to the collecting ring; the baffle is positioned at the other side of the collecting ring opposite to the end cover; the outer cover plate is connected to one side of the baffle plate opposite to the collecting ring; the inner cover plate is connected with the outer cover plate, and the top and two sides of the collecting ring are covered by the inner cover plate and the outer cover plate; according to the invention, the mounting holes and the brush frame struts on the inner cover are fixed on the outer wall of the end cover through the nuts, so that new mounting positions are not needed, and the space is saved; the outer cover is connected with the inner cover through bolts to form a whole, so that the collector ring can be well protected, carbon powder can not fly everywhere, and operators can be protected.

The collecting rings of the traditional generator are distributed at two ends of the rotor, and the collecting ring housing of the generator with the structure is not singly arranged. In the running process of the steam turbine generator, carbon powder flies around due to contact friction between the carbon brush and the collecting ring, so that surrounding environment is polluted, and safety of staff is endangered. And the collecting ring and the carbon brush are exposed outside, and the collecting ring is in high-speed rotation, so that certain potential safety hazard exists.

As shown in fig. 2, the inner cover 1 includes an end plate 11, an inner cover plate 12, an inner joint plate 13, an inner rib plate 14, and a reinforcing rib 15. The end plate 11 is installed between the end cover and the collecting ring, and at least two mounting holes 16 are formed in the end plate 11, and the mounting holes 16 correspond to positions of the carbon brush supporting rods respectively. The end plate 11 is fixed on the end cover through nuts on the carbon brush support rods. The inner cover plate 12 is attached to the end plate 11 on the side opposite the slip ring. The inner joint sheet 13 is provided on the side of the inner cover sheet 12 opposite to the outer cover 2. The inner rib plates 14 are perpendicular to the inner joint plate 13 and the inner cover plate 12, and are connected with the inner joint plate 13 and the inner cover plate 12. The outer rib plates 24 are perpendicular to the outer joint plate 23 and the outer cover plate 22, and connect the outer joint plate 23 and the outer cover plate 22.
The inner and outer joint plates 13 and 23 are detachably connected by at least two bolts so that the inner and outer cover plates 12 and 22 are connected, and the inner and outer cover plates 22 and 23 cover the top and both sides of the slip ring.
The mounting hole 16 and the brush holder strut on the inner cover 1 of the embodiment are fixed on the outer wall of the end cover through nuts, so that new mounting positions are not needed, and space is saved. The outer cover 2 is connected with the inner cover 1 through connecting pieces such as bolts and nuts to form a whole, so that a collecting ring can be well protected, carbon powder can not fly everywhere, and operators can be protected. And when the machine set overhauls and changes the carbon brush, only the outer cover 2 of the housing of the embodiment can be disassembled, the outer cover 2 is connected and installed through bolts after the carbon brush is changed, the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and the housing is not required to be completely disassembled. Preferably, the width of the inner cover plate 12 is as smaller as possible than the width of the outer cover plate 22, so that the carbon brush can be exposed as much as possible after the outer cover 2 is removed, and the carbon brush can be replaced conveniently.
