It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element and be integral therewith, or intervening elements may also be present.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the present application is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
In order to solve the problem that the conventional metering terminal 17 cannot cope with sudden battery problems, so that the metering terminal 17 cannot be normally used, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a metering assisting apparatus 10 is provided, which includes a power supply device 11, a control device 13 and a storage device 15;
the control device 13 is connected with the power supply device 11 and the storage device 15 respectively; the control device 13 is also used for connecting a metering terminal 17;
when monitoring that the electric quantity of the battery of the metering terminal 17 is smaller than the preset electric quantity, the control device 13 controls the power supply device 11 to discharge and charge the battery of the metering terminal 17; during the charging process, the control device 13 records the charging start time, the charging period, the total amount of charge, the charging current, and the charging voltage, and transmits the charging start time, the charging period, the total amount of charge, the charging current, and the charging voltage to the storage device 15 for storage.
It should be noted that the power supply device 11 is used for storing electric energy or generating electric energy, and supplying power to the metering terminal 17. In one embodiment, during the charging process, when the control device 13 monitors that the electric quantity of the battery of the metering terminal 17 is continuously reduced or kept unchanged, it obtains the meter reading data in the metering terminal 17 and transmits the meter reading data to the storage device 15 for storage.
In the actual use process of the metering terminal 17, the battery of the metering terminal 17 may not only run out due to normal use, but also be damaged. In the case of a damaged battery, the battery cannot be used for charging, so the control device 13 monitors the change of the electric quantity of the battery of the metering terminal 17 during the charging process, and if the electric quantity of the battery keeps unchanged or continuously decreases, the damaged battery is indicated. Under the condition that the battery is damaged, the metering terminal 17 cannot send the meter reading data out due to power failure at any time, so that when the control device 13 monitors the condition, the meter reading data is immediately requested from the metering terminal 17 and transmitted to the storage device 15 for storage, and the loss of the meter reading data is avoided.
The control device 13 may also send the meter reading data directly to the electricity marketing system, and specifically, in an example, as shown in fig. 2, further includes a wireless transmission device 19 connected to the control device 13; the wireless transmission device 19 is used for wirelessly connecting the power marketing system;
the control device 13 reports the meter reading data to the electricity marketing system through the wireless transmission device 19.
It should be noted that, when the control device 13 monitors that the electric quantity of the battery of the metering terminal 17 is continuously reduced or remains unchanged, the control device 13 transmits the meter reading data to the electric power marketing system through the wireless transmission device 19, and transmits the meter reading data to the electric power marketing system in time, so that the meter reading data is prevented from being lost.
In order to facilitate maintenance of the metering terminal 17, in one example, as shown in fig. 2, a wireless transmission device 19 connected to the control device 13 is further included; the wireless transmission device 19 is used for wirelessly connecting the power marketing system;
when monitoring that the electric quantity of the battery of the metering terminal 17 is continuously reduced or kept unchanged, the control device 13 sends an alarm signal to the electric power marketing system through the wireless transmission device 19; the alarm signal carries the number information and the position information of the metering terminal 17.
It should be noted that, when the control device 13 monitors that the battery of the metering terminal 17 is damaged, an alarm signal is sent to the power marketing system through the antenna transmission device to notify relevant staff to go to the site for maintenance. The alarm signal carries the number information and the position information of the metering terminal 17, wherein the number information is the identity information of the metering terminal 17, the information is unique, and the position information is the installation position of the metering terminal 17, so that the relevant staff can quickly find the corresponding metering terminal 17 according to the alarm signal.
