Referring to fig. 2, the anti-slip pads 30 are disposed on the opposite inner sides of the arc-shaped clamping blocks 29, and the anti-slip pads 30 on the opposite inner sides of the arc-shaped clamping blocks 29 prevent slipping when clamping the first cable tube 25 and the second cable tube 26, so that clamping is more stable.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 6, the inner side of the lower fixing ring 4 is symmetrically and fixedly connected with the clamping ring 5 by the limiting strips 16, the limiting strips 16 are positioned at two sides of the clamping ring 5, the outer side of the lower fixing ring 4 is provided with the limiting strips 16 corresponding to the clamping ring 5, and the clamping ring 5 is clamped between the limiting strips 16, so that the clamping ring 5 is conveniently positioned and installed.
The working principle is as follows: when the cable fixing device is used, the protecting shell fixing bolt 23 at the top end of the connecting plate 22 is disassembled, the lower protecting shell 1 and the upper protecting shell 2 are opened, the lower protecting shell 1 and the upper protecting shell 2 are rotatably connected through the hinge 21 so as to be convenient for integral use, then after two ends of a cable are connected, connecting ends are respectively fixed through the fixing frame 7, when the cable fixing device is fixed, the cable fixing bolts 9 at two sides of the fixing frame 7 are rotated, the cable fixing bolts 9 are in threaded connection with the fixing frame 7, further the cable fixing device is rotated to push the clamping plate 8 to slide on the fixing frame 7 so as to enable the clamping plate 8 to clamp the cable, the fixing frame 7 is positioned at the inner side of the sliding ring 6, the sliding ring 6 is positioned at the inner side of the clamping ring 5, then the clamping ring 5 is clamped at the inner side of the lower fixing ring 4 for installation, the outer side of the lower fixing ring 4 is provided with the limiting strips 16 corresponding to the clamping ring 5, and the clamping ring 5 is clamped between the limiting strips 16 so as to be convenient for positioning and installation of the clamping ring 5, then, a clamping block 14 on the outer side of a clamping ring 5 is matched and installed with a clamping groove 15 on the top end of a lower fixing ring 4, an upper fixing ring 17 is assembled on the top end of the lower fixing ring 4, a fixing pin 18 fixed on the outer side of the upper fixing ring 17 is fixedly connected with a fixing plate 20 through a screw 19, the upper fixing ring 17 is further fixed on the top end of the lower fixing ring 4, the clamping block 14 on the inner side of the clamping groove 15 is pressed through the upper fixing ring 17 and the lower fixing ring 4, the clamping ring 5 is prevented from rotating on the inner side of the lower fixing ring 4, after the clamping ring 5 is fixed by the lower fixing ring 4, one end, close to each other, of a first cable tube 25 and a second cable tube 26 is clamped through a pipeline clamping mechanism on the inner side of a lower protective shell 1, a sealing ring 24 is sleeved on the outer sides of the first cable tube 25 and the second cable tube 26 during clamping, the sealing ring 24 is assembled with two ends on the inner side of the lower protective shell 1, and then a pipeline fixing bolt 28 at the upper end of a right-angle supporting leg 27 is rotated, the pipeline fixing bolt 28 is in threaded connection with the right-angle supporting leg 27, so that the pipeline fixing bolt 28 pushes the arc-shaped clamping block 29 to approach the first cable pipe 25, then the arc-shaped clamping block 29 is adjusted to be matched with the outer side of the first cable pipe 25, the pipeline fixing bolt 28 is slowly rotated until the first cable pipe 25 is fixed, then the second cable pipe 26 is fixed in the same way, the anti-skidding gasket 30 on the inner side of the arc-shaped clamping block 29 prevents the first cable pipe 25 and the second cable pipe 26 from skidding when being clamped, so that the clamping is more stable, finally the protective shell 2 is covered, the two ends of the lower protective shell 1 and the upper protective shell 2 are matched with the sealing rings 24, the sealing performance inside the first cable pipe 25 and the second cable pipe 26 is ensured, and then the connecting plate 22 on one side of the lower protective shell 1 and the upper protective shell 2 is fixed through the protective shell fixing bolt 23, and then make under protective housing 1 and upper protective housing 2 seal the cable, be connected with cable duct simultaneously, seal cover 31 through the inboard setting of protective housing 1 and upper protective housing 2 has guaranteed the leakproofness between protective housing 1 and the upper protective housing 2 down, make cable joint keep apart with the external world, when the cable takes place to twist reverse, the cable can drive fixed frame 7 and twist reverse, fixed frame 7 rotates in the inboard of snap ring 5 through slider 12, during the rotation, slider 12 can promote spring 13 of snap ring 5 inboard and stretch out and draw back, and then play the effect of buffering to twisting of cable, prevent that the cable of one end from twisting suddenly and causing the damage to the joint, and then played the effect of protection to the cable.
