China is the world with the largest usage of antibiotics, and thousands of antibiotics are used every year. Part of antibiotic drugs can not be completely metabolized in human body, and are excreted to the outside of the body through feces in the form of original shape and active metabolite. The antibiotic metabolites after being excreted outside the body are still biologically active and can further form active substances in the environment. Recent data show that the antibiotics are seriously polluted in many areas of China, the content of most of the antibiotics in river water is obviously higher than that in rivers of developed countries such as the United states, Europe and the like, and the content levels of erythromycin (dehydration), sulfamethoxazole and the like are equivalent to or even higher than that in foreign sewage. Once released into the environment, antibiotics are distributed in soil, water and air, and can be redistributed in soil, water and sediments, so that microorganisms in the environment are further influenced, environmental pollution and ecological toxicological effects are caused, and drug-resistant bacteria are screened out, so that the drugs are ineffective to the microorganisms.
