The target device may be a terminal device, such as a vehicle-mounted terminal, a mobile terminal, or a collection device (such as an image collection device) provided on a vehicle, and may be used to send vehicle information of the vehicle.
The self-vehicle information is used for determining the license plate number of the vehicle to which the self-vehicle information belongs. Specifically, the own vehicle information may include: the vehicle appearance attribute information, the license plate number and the position information of the vehicle.
The processor identifies the license plate number of the second vehicle based on the self vehicle information and the road image, and can identify all or part of the vehicle number of the second vehicle.
The first recognition result comprises the recognized license plate number of the first vehicle, and the second recognition result comprises the recognized license plate number of the second vehicle, so that the corresponding relation between the vehicle on the target road and the license plate number can be established through the first recognition result and the second recognition result.
Therefore, the license plate number of the vehicle can be recognized through the road image, the vehicle number of the vehicle which cannot be recognized through the road image can be recognized through the vehicle information acquired by the target device bound with the vehicle number, the corresponding relation between the vehicle on the target road and the license plate number is perfected, and the recognition accuracy is improved.
In a second embodiment of the apparatus of the present application, the own vehicle information includes: the vehicle appearance attribute information, the license plate number and the position information of the vehicle are acquired;
the processor identifies the vehicle number of the second vehicle based on the own vehicle information and the road image, and acquires a second identification result, including:
and determining the license plate number of the second vehicle matched with the appearance attribute information and the position information of the second vehicle in the second vehicle on the road image as the license plate number of the second vehicle.
Wherein the own vehicle information may include: the vehicle appearance attribute information, the license plate number and the position information of the vehicle. The own vehicle appearance attribute information may include one or more of an appearance color, a vehicle type, and the like of the own vehicle, and the own position information may be a current geographical position of the own vehicle.
In the second vehicle on the road image, the processor can locate the vehicle matched with the second vehicle according to the own vehicle appearance attribute information and the own position information, specifically, the vehicle which is consistent with the own position information and has the own vehicle appearance attribute information can be located, so that the license plate number of the vehicle is determined as the own license plate number, and the result corresponds to the second recognition result.
In a third embodiment of the present application, the own vehicle information includes: the vehicle appearance attribute information, the license plate number and the position information of the vehicle.
The processor is also used for acquiring surrounding vehicle images acquired by acquisition equipment arranged on the vehicles on the target road; determining a positional relationship of the nearby vehicle with the own vehicle based on the nearby vehicle image and the own vehicle information; determining surrounding vehicle information of the surrounding vehicle based on the surrounding vehicle image.
The acquisition area of the acquisition equipment is the surrounding environment of the vehicle of the acquisition equipment, so that the images of the surrounding vehicles can be acquired. It can be understood that the collecting direction of the collecting device determines the images of the surrounding vehicles which can be collected, and the application does not limit the collecting direction of the collecting device, and if the collecting direction of the collecting device is the front of the vehicle, the images of the surrounding vehicles in the front can be collected, and actually the images of the tail of the vehicle in the front can be collected. If the acquisition direction of the acquisition device is the rear of the vehicle, an image of the surrounding vehicle at the rear can be acquired, while an image of the head of the vehicle in front can be actually acquired. If the direction of capture by the capture device is the side of the vehicle, then images of the surrounding vehicle on the side can be captured, while images of the side of the vehicle can actually be captured.
The collecting device and the target device in the above steps may be the same device or different devices. The collecting device may not be fixed on the vehicle, but may also be fixed on a specific position on the vehicle, such as the rear position of the vehicle, or the front window position of the vehicle, which may be achieved.
The collected surrounding vehicle images can determine surrounding vehicle information of surrounding vehicles, at least can determine appearance attribute information of the surrounding vehicles, such as one or more of appearance colors, vehicle types and the like, and if the collected surrounding vehicle images comprise license plate numbers, license plate numbers of the surrounding vehicles can be determined.
Correspondingly, the processor identifies the vehicle number of the second vehicle based on the own vehicle information and the road image, and acquires a second identification result, including:
determining the own vehicle and the peripheral vehicle which are matched with the own vehicle information and the peripheral vehicle information and meet the position relation in the second vehicle on the road image;
and determining the license plate number of the surrounding vehicle based on the surrounding vehicle information, and/or determining the license plate number of the self vehicle based on the self vehicle information, and acquiring a second recognition result.
In the road image, if two vehicles are extremely close to each other and the appearances are close, the own vehicle cannot be located only by the own vehicle information, so that the own vehicle and the nearby vehicle that match the own position information of the own vehicle and the appearance attribute information of the own vehicle and match the nearby vehicle information and whose positional relationship of the two vehicles coincides with the determined positional relationship can be determined in the second vehicle of the road image.
If the surrounding vehicle information contains the license plate numbers of the surrounding vehicles, the license plate numbers of the surrounding vehicles may be determined based on the surrounding vehicle information. And the own vehicle information has the license plate number of the own license plate, so that the license plate number of the own license plate can be determined, and a second recognition result is obtained.
Therefore, the license plate number of the vehicle can be recognized through the road image, the vehicle number of the vehicle which cannot be recognized through the road image can be recognized through the vehicle information acquired by the target device bound with the vehicle and the surrounding vehicle image acquired by the acquisition device, the corresponding relation between the vehicle on the target road and the license plate number is perfected, and the recognition accuracy is improved.
In a fourth embodiment of the apparatus of the present application, the processor is further configured to generate a first view for the target road based on the correspondence;
the license plate number in the first view identifies the vehicle corresponding to the license plate number on the target road through a first mode, the first mode is different from a second mode of identifying the license plate number at a designated position on the vehicle, and the shielding degree of the license plate number in the first mode is smaller than that in the second mode.
It should be noted that the vehicle number of the vehicle is identified by the first method, and the second method of identifying the vehicle number at the designated position of the vehicle is not affected. The first mode and the second mode are concurrent in the first view. Specifically, the second mode may correspond to a unified standard mode in which a designated license plate is disposed at a designated position of a vehicle, that is, a mode conforming to a road rule, and license plate numbers of vehicles in the road image are all identified in the second mode. But the second approach is easily obscured or too far away to be recognized.
According to the method and the device, a first view is generated through the corresponding relation, the license plate number of the vehicle is identified in the first view through a first mode different from a second mode, the shielding degree of the license plate number in the first mode is smaller than the shielding degree of the license plate number in the second mode, and therefore the license plate number of each vehicle can be determined conveniently.
Optionally, the electronic device may further include a display, and the processor is configured to control the display to display the first view after generating the first view, so as to view the license plate number of each vehicle on the target road in time.
In a fifth embodiment of the apparatus of the present application, the own vehicle information further includes: contact information corresponding to the license plate number of the user;
the processor is further used for determining the license plate number corresponding to the contact information and establishing an association relationship in the first view.
In this embodiment, the own vehicle information further includes: contact information corresponding to the license plate number of the user; the contact information is used for contacting the owner of the vehicle, and the association relation between the license plate number of the vehicle and the contact is established in the first view.
It should be noted that the contact information may be directly displayed in the first view or may not be displayed in the first view, but the contact information corresponding to the license plate number may be acquired through a trigger operation.
In an embodiment of the apparatus of the present application, the processor is further configured to send the first view to a target device corresponding to a vehicle on the target road through a second communication interface.
The vehicle and the target device have a binding relation, and the first view is sent to the target device bound by the vehicle on the target road, so that the vehicle owner can know the road condition information in time.
Specifically, the first view may be sent to all target devices bound to the vehicle on the target road, or the target devices need to apply for permission to view the first view, and the first view is sent to the target devices that pass the verification.
If the incidence relation between the license plate number and the contact information is established in the first view, the vehicle owner can contact the vehicle owners of other vehicles in time so as to communicate the road condition information. Optionally, the license plate number of the first mode identifier may be directly triggered to display the contact information in the first view through a designated operation, and the communication request may be directly sent through triggering the contact information, so as to facilitate communication between other vehicles.

Claims (10)

1. A method of processing, comprising:
acquiring a road image acquired by monitoring equipment on a target road, identifying the road image, and acquiring a first identification result;
determining a first vehicle and a second vehicle except the first vehicle, wherein the first vehicle and the second vehicle can recognize license plate numbers on the target road based on the first recognition result;
acquiring self vehicle information which is sent by target equipment and aims at vehicles on the target road; wherein the target device and the vehicle are established with a binding relationship;
identifying the license plate number of the second vehicle based on the self vehicle information and the road image to obtain a second identification result;
and establishing a corresponding relation between the vehicle on the target road and the vehicle number based on the first recognition result and the second recognition result.
2. The method according to claim 1, the own vehicle information including: the vehicle appearance attribute information, the license plate number and the position information of the vehicle are acquired; the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring a surrounding vehicle image acquired by acquisition equipment arranged on a vehicle on the target road;
determining a positional relationship of the nearby vehicle with the own vehicle based on the nearby vehicle image and the own vehicle information;
determining surrounding vehicle information of the surrounding vehicle based on the surrounding vehicle image;
correspondingly, the identifying the vehicle number of the second vehicle based on the own vehicle information and the road image to obtain a second identification result includes:
determining the own vehicle and the peripheral vehicle which are matched with the own vehicle information and the peripheral vehicle information and meet the position relation in the second vehicle on the road image;
and determining the license plate number of the surrounding vehicle based on the surrounding vehicle information, and/or determining the license plate number of the self vehicle based on the self vehicle information, and acquiring a second recognition result.
3. The method according to claim 1, the own vehicle information including: the vehicle appearance attribute information, the license plate number and the position information of the vehicle are acquired;
identifying the vehicle number of the second vehicle based on the own vehicle information and the road image, and acquiring a second identification result, wherein the second identification result comprises:
and determining the license plate number of the second vehicle matched with the appearance attribute information and the position information of the second vehicle in the second vehicle on the road image as the license plate number of the second vehicle.
4. The method of claim 2 or 3, further comprising:
and generating a first view aiming at the target road based on the corresponding relation, wherein the license plate number in the first view identifies the vehicle corresponding to the license plate number on the target road through a first mode, the first mode is different from a second mode of identifying the license plate number at a designated position on the vehicle, and the shielding degree of the license plate number in the first mode is smaller than that in the second mode.
5. The method according to claim 4, the own vehicle information further comprising: contact information corresponding to the license plate number of the user;
the method further comprises the following steps:
and in the first view, determining the license plate number corresponding to the contact information and establishing an association relationship.
6. The method of claim 4 or 5, further comprising:
and sending the first view to a target device corresponding to a vehicle on the target road.
7. An electronic device, comprising:
a first communication interface for communicating with a monitoring device;
a second communication interface for communicating with a target device;
the processor is used for acquiring a road image acquired by monitoring equipment on a target road through the first communication interface, identifying the road image, acquiring a first identification result, and determining a first vehicle and a second vehicle except the first vehicle, wherein the first vehicle and the second vehicle can identify the license plate number on the target road based on the first identification result; acquiring self vehicle information which is sent by target equipment and aims at the vehicle on the target road through a second communication interface; wherein the target device and the vehicle are established with a binding relationship; identifying the license plate number of the second vehicle based on the self vehicle information and the road image to obtain a second identification result; and establishing a corresponding relation between the vehicle on the target road and the vehicle number based on the first recognition result and the second recognition result.
8. The electronic device according to claim 7, the own vehicle information including: the vehicle appearance attribute information, the license plate number and the position information of the vehicle are acquired;
the processor is also used for acquiring surrounding vehicle images acquired by acquisition equipment arranged on the vehicles on the target road; determining a positional relationship of the nearby vehicle with the own vehicle based on the nearby vehicle image and the own vehicle information; determining surrounding vehicle information of the surrounding vehicle based on the surrounding vehicle image;
correspondingly, the processor identifies the vehicle number of the second vehicle based on the own vehicle information and the road image, and acquires a second identification result, including:
determining the own vehicle and the peripheral vehicle which are matched with the own vehicle information and the peripheral vehicle information and meet the position relation in the second vehicle on the road image;
and determining the license plate number of the surrounding vehicle based on the surrounding vehicle information, and/or determining the license plate number of the self vehicle based on the self vehicle information, and acquiring a second recognition result.
9. The electronic device according to claim 7, the own vehicle information including: the vehicle appearance attribute information, the license plate number and the position information of the vehicle are acquired;
the processor identifies the vehicle number of the second vehicle based on the own vehicle information and the road image, and acquires a second identification result, including:
and determining the license plate number of the second vehicle matched with the appearance attribute information and the position information of the second vehicle in the second vehicle on the road image as the license plate number of the second vehicle.
10. The electronic device of claim 8 or 9, the processor further configured to generate a first view for the target road based on the correspondence;
the license plate number in the first view identifies the vehicle corresponding to the license plate number on the target road through a first mode, the first mode is different from a second mode of identifying the license plate number at a designated position on the vehicle, and the shielding degree of the license plate number in the first mode is smaller than that in the second mode.
