In the embodiment of the present invention, determining the required amount of the advertisement material in the warehouse in the historical time according to the identifier of the order and a preset user set includes:
determining a user set to which the order belongs according to the identifier of the order, and taking the intersection of the user set to which the order belongs and a preset user set as a target user set;
and directly taking the number of the target users in the target user set as the required amount of the warehouse for the advertisement material in the historical time, or performing duplicate removal on the target users in the target user set, and taking the number of the target users in the target user set after the duplicate removal as the required amount of the warehouse for the advertisement material in the historical time.
In this embodiment, in specific implementation, as shown in fig. 2, the data collection module further collects a preset user set (i.e., target population data in the figure) and an identifier of an order processed by the warehouse within a historical time (i.e., historical warehouse data and historical order data in the figure, and determines the identifier of the order processed by the warehouse within the historical time according to an order ID included in the historical warehouse data, a packaging time included in the historical warehouse data, an order ID included in the historical order data, and a user ID included in the historical order data).
A hit number estimation module determines a demand of the warehouse for advertising materials within the historical time:

And if the advertisement mode is that the same user puts advertisements once, taking the number of the target users in the target user set after the duplication removal as the required quantity of the warehouse for the advertisement materials in the historical time. Therefore, the same user does not repeatedly receive the advertisements, and the user experience is improved. And if the advertising mode is that the same user can put advertisements for multiple times, directly taking the number of the target users in the target user set as the required quantity of the warehouse for the advertising materials in the historical time. In addition, the user to whom the order belongs may be the consignee of the order.
In this embodiment, the number of the target users in the target user set is directly used as the demand of the warehouse for the advertising material in the historical time, or the target users in the target user set are deduplicated, and the number of the target users in the deduplicated target user set is used as the demand of the warehouse for the advertising material in the historical time. The method and the device realize that the same user can put advertisements for many times and also can put advertisements once, meet the requirements of the advertisers and improve the experience of the advertisers.

In this embodiment, the preset area is within the advertisement receiving area. The preset area, the preset proportion, the first demand and the preset distribution amount of the designated warehouse can be manually set. In addition, the preset ratio may be set to 0.1. It should be noted that the advertisements may be delivered in stages.
For the advertisement in the current period, constraint conditions are met, the sum of the cost of each warehouse is minimum, and a solver is adopted for calculation without solution. If one is ignored, there is a solution. It shows that the advertisement in this period can not be put at all, generally because the PiT becomes smaller. Thus, t is ignored, thereby determining the target warehouse set and the amount of advertising material distributed to each of the target warehouses in the target warehouse set.
The following measures are taken to improve the next period of advertisement:
1, prolonging the advertisement putting time of the next period of advertisement;
2, adding users in the preset user set of the next period advertisement;
3 expanding the advertisement receiving area of the next advertisement.
According to the improved next-period advertisement and the method provided by the embodiment of the invention for distribution, more users can receive the advertisement, the situation that the advertisement cannot be completely delivered is reduced, and the rationality and the robustness of the method provided by the embodiment of the invention are improved.

In this embodiment of the present invention, the processing unit 502 is configured to:

It should be understood that the functions performed by the components of the distribution apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail in the distribution method of the embodiments, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 6 shows an exemplary system architecture 600 to which the distribution method or distribution apparatus of embodiments of the invention may be applied.
As shown in fig. 6, the system architecture 600 may include terminal devices 601, 602, 603, a network 604, and a server 605. The network 604 serves to provide a medium for communication links between the terminal devices 601, 602, 603 and the server 605. Network 604 may include various types of connections, such as wire, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few.
A user may use the terminal devices 601, 602, 603 to interact with the server 605 via the network 604 to receive or send messages or the like. The terminal devices 601, 602, 603 may have installed thereon various communication client applications, such as shopping applications, web browser applications, search applications, instant messaging tools, mailbox clients, social platform software, etc. (by way of example only).
The terminal devices 601, 602, 603 may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smart phones, tablet computers, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like.
The server 605 may be a server providing various services, such as a background management server (for example only) providing support for shopping websites browsed by users using the terminal devices 601, 602, 603. The backend management server may analyze and perform other processing on the received data such as the product information query request, and feed back a processing result (for example, target push information, product information — just an example) to the terminal device.
It should be noted that the distribution method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 605, and accordingly, the distribution apparatus is generally disposed in the server 605.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 6 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 7, shown is a block diagram of a computer system 700 suitable for use with a terminal device implementing an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal device shown in fig. 7 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, the computer system 700 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)701, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)702 or a program loaded from a storage section 708 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 703. In the RAM 703, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 700 are also stored. The CPU 701, the ROM 702, and the RAM 703 are connected to each other via a bus 704. An input/output (I/O) interface 705 is also connected to bus 704.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 705: an input portion 706 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 707 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 708 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 709 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 709 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A drive 710 is also connected to the I/O interface 705 as needed. A removable medium 711 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 710 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 708 as necessary.
In particular, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program can be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 709, and/or installed from the removable medium 711. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to comprise: acquiring the estimated demand of each warehouse on the advertising materials in the warehouse set, the maximum processing capacity of each warehouse on the advertising materials and the selection cost of each warehouse; determining a target warehouse set and the quantity of the advertisement materials distributed to each target warehouse in the target warehouse set according to the cost of the advertisement materials, the preset quantity of the advertisement materials, the estimated demand of each warehouse on the advertisement materials, the maximum processing quantity of each warehouse on the advertisement materials and the selection cost of each warehouse; wherein the warehouse set contains the target warehouse set.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the advertisement materials are distributed according to the factors of the cost of the advertisement materials, the preset quantity of the advertisement materials, the estimated demand of each warehouse for the advertisement materials, the maximum processing capacity of each warehouse for the advertisement materials and the selection cost of each warehouse, so that the advertisement materials are distributed by integrating various factors, the distribution accuracy is improved, the cost factor is considered during distribution, and the distribution cost of the advertisement materials is reduced.

Claims (10)

1. A method of distribution, comprising:
acquiring the estimated demand of each warehouse on the advertising materials in the warehouse set, the maximum processing capacity of each warehouse on the advertising materials and the selection cost of each warehouse;
determining a target warehouse set and the quantity of the advertisement materials distributed to each target warehouse in the target warehouse set according to the cost of the advertisement materials, the preset quantity of the advertisement materials, the estimated demand of each warehouse on the advertisement materials, the maximum processing quantity of each warehouse on the advertisement materials and the selection cost of each warehouse;
wherein the warehouse set contains the target warehouse set.

The method of claim 1, wherein determining a target set of warehouses and the amount of advertising material distributed to each target warehouse of the target set of warehouses based on the advertising material cost, the preset amount of advertising material, and the estimated demand for advertising material by each warehouse, the maximum throughput of advertising material by each warehouse, and the selected cost for each warehouse comprises:
for each warehouse, determining the unprocessed quantity of the advertisement materials of the warehouse according to the estimated demand of the warehouse for the advertisement materials, the maximum processing quantity of the warehouse for the advertisement materials and the quantity of the advertisement materials distributed to the warehouse; multiplying the unprocessed amount by the cost of the advertising materials to obtain a product, and taking the sum of the product and the selection cost of the warehouse as the cost of the warehouse;
satisfying constraint conditions and minimizing the sum of the costs of all warehouses so as to determine a target warehouse set and the quantity of the advertisement materials distributed to each target warehouse in the target warehouse set;
the constraint conditions include: the sum of the quantity of the advertisement materials distributed to each warehouse is equal to the preset quantity of the advertisement materials; the quantity of the advertisement materials distributed to the warehouse is less than or equal to the maximum processing quantity of the advertisement materials of the warehouse; if the warehouse is the target warehouse, the number of the advertisement materials distributed to the warehouse is greater than or equal to 1; if the warehouse is not the target warehouse, the number of the advertisement materials distributed to the warehouse is equal to 0.

The method of claim 2, wherein determining the amount of unprocessed advertising material by the warehouse based on the estimated demand for advertising material by the warehouse, the maximum throughput of advertising material by the warehouse, and the quantity of advertising material distributed to the warehouse comprises:
selecting a minimum number from the estimated demand of the warehouse for the advertising materials and the maximum processing capacity of the warehouse for the advertising materials as a first number;
judging whether the quantity of the advertisement materials distributed to the warehouse is larger than the first quantity or not, if so, taking the difference value between the quantity of the advertisement materials distributed to the warehouse and the first quantity as the unprocessed quantity of the advertisement materials of the warehouse; if not, taking 0 as the unprocessed amount of the warehouse to the advertisement materials.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the method of obtaining the estimated demand of the warehouse for advertising material comprises:
determining a historical time set according to the advertisement putting time;
for each historical time in the historical time set, acquiring an identifier of an order processed by the warehouse in the historical time, and determining the required amount of the advertising materials in the historical time by the warehouse according to the identifier of the order and a preset user set;
and calculating the demand of the warehouse for the advertisement materials in the advertisement putting time according to the demand of the warehouse for the advertisement materials in each historical time, and taking the demand as the estimated demand of the warehouse for the advertisement materials.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein determining the demand of the warehouse for advertising material over the historical time based on the identification of the order and a preset set of users comprises:
determining a user set to which the order belongs according to the identifier of the order, and taking the intersection of the user set to which the order belongs and a preset user set as a target user set;
and directly taking the number of the target users in the target user set as the required amount of the warehouse for the advertisement material in the historical time, or performing duplicate removal on the target users in the target user set, and taking the number of the target users in the target user set after the duplicate removal as the required amount of the warehouse for the advertisement material in the historical time.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the constraints further comprise:
each designated warehouse in the designated warehouse set is the target warehouse;
for each appointed warehouse, the quantity of the advertisement materials distributed to the appointed warehouse is larger than the preset distribution quantity of the appointed warehouse; or the ratio of the sum of the quantity of the advertisement materials distributed to each specified warehouse to the preset quantity of the advertisement materials is greater than or equal to a preset ratio;
the specified warehouse is a warehouse of which the estimated demand for the advertising materials is greater than the first demand, and the area to which the order processed by the warehouse belongs is in a preset area.
7. A dispensing device, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a storage unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the estimated demand of each warehouse on the advertising materials in the warehouse set, the maximum processing capacity of each warehouse on the advertising materials and the selection cost of each warehouse;
the processing unit is used for determining a target warehouse set and the quantity of the advertisement materials distributed to each target warehouse in the target warehouse set according to the cost of the advertisement materials, the preset quantity of the advertisement materials, the estimated demand of each warehouse on the advertisement materials, the maximum processing quantity of each warehouse on the advertisement materials and the selection cost of each warehouse; wherein the warehouse set contains the target warehouse set.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the processing unit is configured to:
for each warehouse, determining the unprocessed quantity of the advertisement materials of the warehouse according to the estimated demand of the warehouse for the advertisement materials, the maximum processing quantity of the warehouse for the advertisement materials and the quantity of the advertisement materials distributed to the warehouse; multiplying the unprocessed amount by the cost of the advertising materials to obtain a product, and taking the sum of the product and the selection cost of the warehouse as the cost of the warehouse;
satisfying constraint conditions and minimizing the sum of the costs of all warehouses so as to determine a target warehouse set and the quantity of the advertisement materials distributed to each target warehouse in the target warehouse set;
the constraint conditions include: the sum of the quantity of the advertisement materials distributed to each warehouse is equal to the preset quantity of the advertisement materials; the quantity of the advertisement materials distributed to the warehouse is less than or equal to the maximum processing quantity of the advertisement materials of the warehouse; if the warehouse is the target warehouse, the number of the advertisement materials distributed to the warehouse is greater than or equal to 1; if the warehouse is not the target warehouse, the number of the advertisement materials distributed to the warehouse is equal to 0.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-6.
10. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-6.
