Abstract

The invention provides a method for evaluating budget performance of a high and new technology park in a city, which comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of (1) concentrating various dimensions of budget performance of the high and new technology park, screening agent variables of the obtained dimensions, screening economic variables influencing the budget performance dimensions of the high and new technology park, calibrating grade standards for budget performance evaluation grade division of the high and new technology park, and establishing a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the budget performance; and (4) the economic variables which are screened out to influence the budget performance dimensionality pass through a fuzzy comprehensive performance evaluation model to obtain the weight of each performance dimensionality, the budget performance is scored, and an evaluation result is obtained based on the scoring result and the grade standard.
