Abstract
The invention provides an OTA (over the air) upgrading system for automobile software, which comprises a mobile phone APP, a server background and a vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal, wherein the mobile phone APP, the server background and the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal are in wireless connection through a mobile network; according to the invention, the mobile phone APP, the server background and the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal are connected through the mobile network, the background sends the upgrade information to the mobile phone APP, and the upgrade information is pushed to the user through the mobile phone APP, so that the user can look up the upgrade version information and the upgraded contents on the mobile phone APP and select to carry out vehicle software upgrade under the condition of not using a vehicle or entering the vehicle, the problem that the travel convenience of the user is influenced in the vehicle upgrade process is solved, and the risk of software upgrade failure caused by manual misoperation of the vehicle in the upgrade process is also avoided.

When the server background has the upgrade data packet, the message processing module is used for sending upgrade information to the mobile phone APP, the mobile phone APP searches the message module to push the upgrade information to the user, and the user searches upgrade version information and upgrade content on the mobile phone APP and selects whether to upgrade the vehicle.
