Deep learning is the intrinsic law and expression level of the learning sample data, and the information obtained in the learning process is very helpful for the interpretation of data such as characters, images and sounds. The final aim of the method is to enable the machine to have the analysis and learning capability like a human, and to recognize data such as characters, images and sounds. Deep learning is a complex machine learning algorithm, and achieves the effect in speech and image recognition far exceeding the prior related art.
Computer vision is a interdisciplinary field of science, studying how computers gain a high level of understanding from digital images or videos. From an engineering point of view, it seeks for an automated task that the human visual system can accomplish. Computer vision tasks include methods of acquiring, processing, analyzing and understanding digital images, and methods of extracting high-dimensional data from the real world to produce numerical or symbolic information, for example, in the form of decisions.
A control method, apparatus, computer device, and storage medium of the smart device of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The users of the intelligent devices in the family generally include children, and the children are restricted by the literacy amount, the reading difficulty is high, and parents often can not accompany the children in real time to read due to work. The present disclosure provides a control method for an intelligent device, which helps a child to better acquire content even when the amount of literacy is prioritized. The intelligent device can realize the function of triggering content playing by the image, so that a child can scan the cover page or the content page of a book or other types of reading materials to be read by using the image acquisition device of the intelligent device, a playing request is triggered, and then the intelligent device can play the content related to the acquired reference image.
The smart device in the present disclosure may be any device commonly used by a user, such as a smart audio, a smart screen, a robot, and the like, which is not limited in the present disclosure. The following describes in detail a control method of an intelligent device provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure.

The reference image may be a cover page identification image of the content to be acquired, an image containing the name of the content to be acquired, a unique two-dimensional code image generated according to the content to be acquired, or an image of a part of text content contained in the content to be acquired, or the like. The reference images can be obtained by shooting by an image acquisition device of the intelligent equipment, or the intelligent equipment can determine the current selection of the user according to the operation of the user, namely, the intelligent equipment can firstly display the candidate reference images in a display screen and then determine the reference image in the current playing request according to the operation of the user. It is understood that the user may set one or more content-associated images as a specified type of image in the smart device in advance. For example, since the request for playing the child-type content is usually triggered by a child, in order to better control the use of the smart device by the child, the reference image corresponding to the child-type content may be set as the specified type image in advance. As a possible implementation manner, the playing module is specifically configured to:
determining playing parameters according to the type of the target content;
and playing the target content based on the playing parameters.
As a possible implementation manner, the playing module is specifically configured to:
acquiring a historical played position corresponding to the target content;
playing the content following the history played position in the target content if the history played position does not match the end position of the target content.
As a possible implementation manner, the playing module is further configured to:
acquiring a playing termination instruction;
and recording the current played position of the target content under the condition that the target content is not completely played.

According to the control device of the intelligent device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the intelligent device firstly obtains a content playing request, the playing request comprises a reference image, then the playing request is sent to a terminal associated with the intelligent device under the condition that the reference image is an image of a specified type, and under the condition that a confirmation message returned by the terminal is obtained, the intelligent device traverses a content library based on the reference image to obtain target content corresponding to the reference image, and finally plays the target content. Therefore, the intelligent device meets the requirement that a child user with limited literacy amount can obtain the content, and parents are guaranteed to comprehensively manage and control the condition that the child uses the intelligent device and the reading content.
The present disclosure also provides an electronic device, a readable storage medium, and a computer program product according to embodiments of the present disclosure.
FIG. 4 shows a schematic block diagram of an example electronic device 400 that may be used to implement embodiments of the present disclosure. Electronic devices are intended to represent various forms of digital computers, such as laptops, desktops, workstations, personal digital assistants, servers, blade servers, mainframes, and other appropriate computers. The electronic device may also represent various forms of mobile devices, such as personal digital processing, cellular phones, smart phones, wearable devices, and other similar computing devices. The components shown herein, their connections and relationships, and their functions, are meant to be examples only, and are not meant to limit implementations of the disclosure described and/or claimed herein.
As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus 400 includes a computing unit 401 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a computer program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)402 or a computer program loaded from a storage unit 408 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 403. In the RAM 403, various programs and data required for the operation of the device 400 can also be stored. The computing unit 401, ROM 402, and RAM 403 are connected to each other via a bus 404. An input/output (I/O) interface 405 is also connected to bus 404.
A number of components in device 400 are connected to I/O interface 405, including: an input unit 406 such as a keyboard, a mouse, or the like; an output unit 407 such as various types of displays, speakers, and the like; a storage unit 408 such as a magnetic disk, optical disk, or the like; and a communication unit 409 such as a network card, modem, wireless communication transceiver, etc. The communication unit 409 allows the device 400 to exchange information/data with other devices via a computer network, such as the internet, and/or various telecommunication networks.
Computing unit 401 may be a variety of general and/or special purpose processing components with processing and computing capabilities. Some examples of the computing unit 401 include, but are not limited to, a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), various dedicated Artificial Intelligence (AI) computing chips, various computing units running machine learning model algorithms, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), and any suitable processor, controller, microcontroller, and so forth. The calculation unit 401 executes the respective methods and processes described above, such as the control method of the smart device. For example, in some embodiments, the control method of the smart device may be implemented as a computer software program tangibly embodied in a machine-readable medium, such as storage unit 408. In some embodiments, part or all of the computer program may be loaded and/or installed onto the device 400 via the ROM 402 and/or the communication unit 409. When the computer program is loaded into the RAM 403 and executed by the computing unit 401, one or more steps of the control method of the smart device described above may be performed. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the computing unit 401 may be configured by any other suitable means (e.g. by means of firmware) to perform the control method of the smart device.
Various implementations of the systems and techniques described here above may be implemented in digital electronic circuitry, integrated circuitry, Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), system on a chip (SOCs), load programmable logic devices (CPLDs), computer hardware, firmware, software, and/or combinations thereof. These various embodiments may include: implemented in one or more computer programs that are executable and/or interpretable on a programmable system including at least one programmable processor, which may be special or general purpose, receiving data and instructions from, and transmitting data and instructions to, a storage system, at least one input device, and at least one output device.
Program code for implementing the methods of the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages. These program codes may be provided to a processor or controller of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, or other programmable data processing apparatus, such that the program codes, when executed by the processor or controller, cause the functions/operations specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram to be performed. The program code may execute entirely on the machine, partly on the machine, as a stand-alone software package partly on the machine and partly on a remote machine or entirely on the remote machine or server.
In the context of this disclosure, a machine-readable medium may be a tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. The machine-readable medium may be a machine-readable signal medium or a machine-readable storage medium. A machine-readable medium may include, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of a machine-readable storage medium would include an electrical connection based on one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
To provide for interaction with a user, the systems and techniques described here can be implemented on a computer having: a display device (e.g., a CRT (cathode ray tube) or LCD (liquid crystal display) monitor) for displaying information to a user; and a keyboard and a pointing device (e.g., a mouse or a trackball) by which a user can provide input to the computer. Other kinds of devices may also be used to provide for interaction with a user; for example, feedback provided to the user can be any form of sensory feedback (e.g., visual feedback, auditory feedback, or tactile feedback); and input from the user may be received in any form, including acoustic, speech, or tactile input.
The systems and techniques described here can be implemented in a computing system that includes a back-end component (e.g., as a data server), or that includes a middleware component (e.g., an application server), or that includes a front-end component (e.g., a user computer having a graphical user interface or a web browser through which a user can interact with an implementation of the systems and techniques described here), or any combination of such back-end, middleware, or front-end components. The components of the system can be interconnected by any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communication network). Examples of communication networks include: local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), the internet, and blockchain networks.
The computer system may include clients and servers. A client and server are generally remote from each other and typically interact through a communication network. The relationship of client and server arises by virtue of computer programs running on the respective computers and having a client-server relationship to each other. The Server can be a cloud Server, also called a cloud computing Server or a cloud host, and is a host product in a cloud computing service system, so as to solve the defects of high management difficulty and weak service expansibility in the traditional physical host and VPS service ("Virtual Private Server", or simply "VPS"). The server may also be a server of a distributed system, or a server incorporating a blockchain.
According to the control method of the intelligent device, the intelligent device firstly obtains a content playing request, the playing request comprises a reference image, then the playing request is sent to a terminal associated with the intelligent device under the condition that the reference image is an image of a specified type, under the condition that a confirmation message returned by the terminal is obtained, the intelligent device traverses a content library based on the reference image to obtain target content corresponding to the reference image, and finally the target content is played. Therefore, the intelligent device meets the requirement that a child user with limited literacy amount can obtain the content, and parents are guaranteed to comprehensively manage and control the condition that the child uses the intelligent device and the reading content.
It should be understood that various forms of the flows shown above may be used, with steps reordered, added, or deleted. For example, the steps described in the present disclosure may be executed in parallel, sequentially, or in different orders, as long as the desired results of the technical solutions disclosed in the present disclosure can be achieved, and the present disclosure is not limited herein.

It should be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations and substitutions may be made in accordance with design requirements and other factors. Claims (23)

1. A control method of an intelligent device comprises the following steps:
acquiring a content playing request, wherein the playing request comprises a reference image;
sending the playing request to a terminal associated with the intelligent equipment under the condition that the reference image is an image of a specified type;
under the condition that a confirmation message returned by the terminal is obtained, traversing a content library based on the reference image to obtain target content corresponding to the reference image;
and playing the target content.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining a content playback request comprises:
determining to acquire a content playing request under the condition that the picture acquired by the image acquisition device of the intelligent equipment comprises the image of the designated type;
or,
and under the condition that the image of the specified type in the display screen of the intelligent equipment is selected, determining to acquire a content playing request.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
sending the current configuration information of the intelligent equipment to the terminal;
acquiring a configuration instruction returned by the terminal;
and adjusting the configuration information of the intelligent equipment according to the configuration instruction.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the playing the target content comprises:
determining playing parameters according to the type of the target content;
and playing the target content based on the playing parameters.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein said sending the play request to a terminal associated with the smart device comprises:
and sending the playing request to a terminal associated with the intelligent equipment under the condition that the current time is a designated time.
6. The method of any one of claims 1-5, wherein said playing said target content comprises:
acquiring a historical played position corresponding to the target content;
playing the content following the history played position in the target content if the history played position does not match the end position of the target content.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
acquiring a playing termination instruction;
and recording the current played position of the target content under the condition that the target content is not completely played.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the play request further includes a first play type, and after the acquiring the confirmation message returned by the terminal, the method further includes:
and under the condition that a second play type in the confirmation message is different from the first play type, playing the target content according to the second play type.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the target content is audio-video data corresponding to a material reading text, and the reference image is a cover page image or a content page image of the material reading text.
10. The method of any of claims 1-5, wherein the specified type of image is a child-type content-associated image or a non-child-type content-associated image.
11. A control apparatus of a smart device, comprising:
the device comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a content playing module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a content playing request, and the playing request comprises a reference image;
the first sending module is used for sending the playing request to a terminal associated with the intelligent equipment under the condition that the reference image is an image of a specified type;
the second acquisition module is used for traversing a content library to acquire target content corresponding to the reference image based on the reference image under the condition of acquiring the confirmation message returned by the terminal;
and the playing module is used for playing the target content.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the first obtaining module is specifically configured to:
determining to acquire a content playing request under the condition that the picture acquired by the image acquisition device of the intelligent equipment comprises the image of the designated type;
or,
and under the condition that the image of the specified type in the display screen of the intelligent equipment is selected, determining to acquire a content playing request.
13. The apparatus of claim 11, further comprising:
the second sending module is used for sending the current configuration information of the intelligent equipment to the terminal;
a third obtaining module, configured to obtain a configuration instruction returned by the terminal;
and the adjusting module is used for adjusting the configuration information of the intelligent equipment according to the configuration instruction.
14. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the playback module is specifically configured to:
determining playing parameters according to the type of the target content;
and playing the target content based on the playing parameters.
15. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the first sending module is specifically configured to:
and sending the playing request to a terminal associated with the intelligent equipment under the condition that the current time is a designated time.
16. The apparatus according to any one of claims 11-15, wherein the playback module is specifically configured to:
acquiring a historical played position corresponding to the target content;
playing the content following the history played position in the target content if the history played position does not match the end position of the target content.
17. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the playback module is further configured to:
acquiring a playing termination instruction;
and recording the current played position of the target content under the condition that the target content is not completely played.
18. The apparatus according to any one of claims 11-15, wherein the play request further includes a first play type, and the second obtaining module is further configured to:
and under the condition that a second play type in the confirmation message is different from the first play type, playing the target content according to the second play type.
19. The device according to any one of claims 11-15, wherein the target content is audio-video data corresponding to a material reading text, and the reference image is a cover page image or a content page image of the material reading text.
20. The apparatus of any of claims 11-15, wherein the specified type of image is a child-type content-associated image or a non-child-type content-associated image.
21. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the method of controlling a smart device of any of claims 1-10.
22. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a computer to execute the control method of the smart device according to any one of claims 1-10.
23. A computer program product comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements a method of controlling a smart device according to any of claims 1-10.
