Abstract
The invention discloses a desktop type adjustable near-to-eye display device, which comprises a circuit part, an optical part and a structure part, wherein the circuit part is used for providing a power supply for the display device; the structure part is fixed on a table top or a workbench and connected with the circuit part to control the optical part to emit virtual light rays towards human eyes for imaging. The desktop type adjustable near-eye display equipment has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight and low power consumption; meanwhile, the structure is firm and stable, and the device is easy to disassemble and assemble and wide in application.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a desktop type adjustable near-to-eye display device.
Background
With the development of technology, the miniaturization trend of electronic products is more and more obvious, but if the display screen is miniaturized, the observation visual angle is reduced, and the observation experience is influenced. The development of near-eye display technology has greatly reduced the size of displays while increasing the image display size and definition. In most cases, the smaller the display, the cheaper the complete machine.
Thus, not only will the use of a miniature near-eye display system reduce the price of the system, but the smaller physical size also means that the product will be smaller and lighter, and will also last longer if powered by the same battery.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a desktop adjustable near-to-eye display device to meet the usage requirements.

The invention aims to provide a desktop type adjustable near-eye display device which has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight and low power consumption; meanwhile, the structure is firm and stable, and the device is easy to disassemble and assemble and wide in application.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a desktop adjustable near-eye display device comprising a circuit portion, an optical portion, and a structural portion; wherein,
the structure part is fixed on a table top or a workbench and is connected with the circuit part to control the optical part to emit virtual light rays towards human eyes for imaging.
Preferably, the structure part comprises a base, a connecting arm and a light machine, and the light machine is rotatably and fixedly connected to the base through the connecting arm.
Preferably, the optical machine comprises an optical machine upper shell and an optical machine lower shell, the optical lens group is clamped in a clamping groove corresponding to the optical machine upper shell and the optical machine lower shell, and the oled display screen is fixed on the rear sides of the optical machine upper shell and the optical machine lower shell through fixing grooves;
the rear cover of the optical machine is fixed at the rear sides of the optical machine upper shell and the optical machine lower shell, and the signal switching circuit board is placed between the optical machine rear cover and the optical machine lower shell.
Preferably, the connecting arm comprises a longitudinal torsion rotating shaft, one end of the longitudinal torsion rotating shaft is connected with the rear cover of the optical machine, and the other end of the longitudinal torsion rotating shaft is connected with the rotating shaft connecting piece and used for controlling the optical machine to rotate around the vertical axis of the optical machine and providing rotation damping;
one end of the transverse torsion rotating shaft is connected with the rotating shaft connecting piece, and the other end of the transverse torsion rotating shaft is connected with the base and is used for controlling the optical machine to rotate around the horizontal axis of the optical machine and providing rotary damping.
Preferably, the base further comprises a base fixing plate, and the battery module and the main processing plate are fixed on the base fixing plate.
Preferably, the battery module supplies power to the main processing board, and after the main processing board receives the signal input, the oled display screen is controlled through the signal switching circuit board, and finally the optical lens group outputs the image.
According to the technical scheme, the optical fiber comprises a circuit part, an optical part and a structure part; the base is fixed on a desktop or a workbench, the near-eye display part can be adjusted in two degrees of freedom to adapt to the observation angles of different positions of the glasses, and the adjusting mechanism has certain damping force and can be stopped at any position within a certain range.

Referring to fig. 1-4, the present invention provides a desktop adjustable near-eye display device comprising a circuit portion, an optical portion and a structural portion; wherein,
the structure part is fixed on a table top or a workbench and is connected with the circuit part to control the optical part to emit virtual light rays towards human eyes for imaging.
In the present embodiment, the structural part includes a base 10, a connecting arm and an optical machine, and the optical machine is rotatably fixed to the base through the connecting arm.
Specifically, the optical machine comprises an optical machine upper shell 1 and an optical machine lower shell 3, the optical lens group 2 is clamped in a clamping groove corresponding to the optical machine upper shell 1 and the optical machine lower shell 3, and an oled display screen 4 is fixed on the rear sides of the optical machine upper shell 1 and the optical machine lower shell 3 through fixing grooves;
the rear cover 6 of the optical machine is fixed at the rear side of the optical machine upper shell 1 and the optical machine lower shell 3, and the signal transfer circuit board 5 is placed between the rear cover 6 of the optical machine and the optical machine lower shell 3.
Similarly, the connecting arm comprises a longitudinal torsion rotating shaft 7, one end of the longitudinal torsion rotating shaft 7 is connected with the optical machine rear cover 6, and the other end of the longitudinal torsion rotating shaft 7 is connected with a rotating shaft connecting piece 8 and used for controlling the optical machine to rotate around the vertical axis of the optical machine and providing rotation damping;
one end of the transverse torsion rotating shaft 9 is connected with the rotating shaft connecting piece 8, and the other end is connected with the base 10, and the transverse torsion rotating shaft is used for controlling the optical machine to rotate around the horizontal axis of the optical machine and providing rotary damping.
The base 10 further includes a base fixing plate 13, and the battery module 11 and the main processing plate 12 are fixed to the base fixing plate 13.
As shown in fig. 5, in actual use, the battery module 11 supplies power to the main processing board 12, and after the main processing board 12 receives a signal input, the oled display 4 is controlled by the signal transfer circuit board 5, and finally an image is output by the optical lens group 2.
Therefore, the desktop type adjustable near-eye display equipment is miniaturized and desktop type, and can be suitable for various adjustable near-eye display equipment; the structure is compact, the volume is small, the weight is light, the power is low, the adjustment is convenient and reliable when the device is used, and the trouble and the labor are saved. Meanwhile, the connection is firm, the moving and steering are light, flexible and stable during adjustment, and the disassembly and the assembly are simple and easy to operate.

2. The desktop adjustable near-to-eye display device of claim 1, wherein the structural portion comprises a base (10), a connecting arm, and a light engine, the light engine being rotatably secured to the base by the connecting arm.

The desktop adjustable near-to-eye display device of claim 2, wherein the optical machine comprises an optical machine upper shell (1) and an optical machine lower shell (3), the optical lens group (2) is clamped in a clamping groove corresponding to the optical machine upper shell (1) and the optical machine lower shell (3), and an oled display screen (4) is fixed on the rear sides of the optical machine upper shell (1) and the optical machine lower shell (3) through a fixing groove;
the rear cover (6) is fixed at the rear side of the upper casing (1) and the lower casing (3) and the signal switching circuit board (5) is placed between the rear cover (6) and the lower casing (3).

The desktop adjustable near-to-eye display device of claim 3, wherein the connecting arm comprises a longitudinal torsion rotating shaft (7), one end of the longitudinal torsion rotating shaft (7) is connected with the optical machine rear cover (6), and the other end is connected with a rotating shaft connecting piece (8) for controlling the optical machine to rotate around the vertical axis thereof and providing a rotation damping;
one end of the transverse torsion rotating shaft (9) is connected with the rotating shaft connecting piece (8), and the other end is connected with the base (10) and used for controlling the optical machine to rotate around the horizontal axis of the optical machine and providing rotary damping.
5. The desktop adjustable near-to-eye display device of claim 3, wherein the base (10) further comprises a base fixing plate (13), and the battery module (11) and the main processing plate (12) are fixed on the base fixing plate (13).

The desktop adjustable near-to-eye display device of claim 5, wherein the battery module (11) supplies power to the main processing board (12), and the main processing board (12) receives a signal input and controls the oled display (4) through the signal switching circuit board (5), and finally an image is output by the optical lens set (2).
