Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of building material determination, in particular to a method for determining the mud content of asphalt concrete recycled powder. The method comprises the steps of (a) preparing stone powder with zero mud content by a test mill after cleaning and drying or naturally drying the same sandstone aggregate for producing asphalt concrete, and reserving a sample for later use after screening; selecting similar or same soil samples around the sandstone raw material mine, drying, preparing mud powder, and screening to obtain a sample with 100% mud powder content for later use; preparing fixed values of mixed powder with different mud powder contents according to a known proportion, putting the fixed values into a 1000ml beaker, adding 500ml of distilled water or deionized water to perform a methylene blue test, measuring the corresponding methylene blue MB values of the different mud powder contents, and preparing a standard curve for later use through linear fitting; and (IV) measuring the methylene blue MB value of the recycled asphalt powder according to the method in the step (III), performing back-pushing according to a standard curve or a linear fitting formula, and quantitatively analyzing the content of the mud powder in the recycled asphalt powder.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building material determination, in particular to a method for determining the mud content of asphalt concrete recycled powder.
Background
The fine aggregate for producing the asphalt concrete in southwest is mainly produced by adopting the machine-made sand, however, the content of stone powder in the machine-made sand is higher (usually, the content of the stone powder is about 13 percent), the maximum mixing amount of the asphalt concrete recovery powder produced by the machine-made sand is about 35kg according to the production of each ton of the asphalt concrete, the maximum mixing amount of the asphalt concrete recovery powder according to the existing standard cannot exceed 25 percent of the total mineral powder mixing amount, and the total mineral powder mixing amount is 5 percent, and about 22.5kg of the asphalt concrete recovery powder is produced by each ton of the asphalt concrete produced by the machine-made sand. and (IV) measuring the methylene blue MB value of the recycled asphalt powder according to the method in the step (III), performing back-pushing according to a standard curve or a linear fitting formula, and quantitatively analyzing the content of the mud powder in the recycled asphalt powder.
Preferably, in the step (one), the aperture of the screen is 0.15mm, and the specific operation method is as follows: sieving the fine powder ground by the test mill through a screen with the aperture of 0.15mm, sieving to remove the part of the powder above the screen mesh, and taking the fine powder below the screen mesh for standby.
Preferably, in the step (two), the aperture of the screen is 0.075mm, and the specific operation method is as follows: sieving the artificially or mechanically processed mud powder with a screen with aperture of 0.075mm to remove the powder above the screen mesh, and collecting the fine powder below the screen mesh for use.
Preferably, in the step (three), the fixed value weight is 50-200g, and the prepared mud powder content is prepared according to 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 10% and 20%.

The method can rapidly, conveniently and quantitatively analyze the content of the mud powder in the recycled asphalt concrete powder, and has simple operation method and accurate result.
The method can guide production according to the measurement result, adjust the blending proportion of recycling the recycled asphalt concrete powder in real time, and fill the blank of quantitative analysis of the content of mud powder in the existing stone powder.

With reference to fig. 1 and table 1, the known mud powder content at different proportions can be used to determine the methylene blue MB value thereof to make a standard curve, and the mud powder content can be inverted according to the recycled asphalt concrete powder methylene blue MB value to be measured. The method can rapidly, conveniently and quantitatively analyze the content of the mud powder in the recycled asphalt concrete powder, and has simple operation method and accurate result. The method can guide production according to the measurement result, adjust the blending proportion of recycling the recycled asphalt concrete powder in real time, and fill the blank of quantitative analysis of the content of mud powder in the existing stone powder.
The method is also suitable for a quantitative analysis method of the stone powder and the mud powder in the machine-made sand, and fills the blank that only qualitative analysis can be carried out but not quantitative analysis can be carried out in the current relevant standards.

and (IV) measuring the methylene blue MB value of the recycled asphalt powder according to the method in the step (III), performing back-pushing according to a standard curve or a linear fitting formula, and quantitatively analyzing the content of the mud powder in the recycled asphalt powder.
