In order to facilitate automatic reset, a spring can be additionally arranged between the bottom of the sliding groove and the pin shaft, the upper cover is pushed open by external force to enable the pin shaft to stretch when moving to the top of the sliding groove, the spring contracts after the external force is removed, and the pin shaft is automatically pulled back to the bottom of the sliding groove.
The piezoelectric igniter 5 and the gas storage tank 6 are still linked through a transmission gasket 8. Specifically, a gas amount adjusting valve 101 is further sleeved above the gas nozzle of the gas storage tank 6 and below the outer side of the gas outlet valve 61. The transmission shim 8 is a straight plate made of rigid material, one end of the transmission shim 8 is connected with the air outlet valve 61 to lift the air outlet valve 61, and the other end is clamped between the hammer 51 and the pressing block 10 through the pressing block 10. The air quantity regulating valve 101 is used as a pivot of the transmission gasket 8. When the hammer 51 is pressed downwards, the transmission gasket 8 tilts the air outlet valve 61 by taking the periphery of the air quantity adjusting valve 101 as a fulcrum, and meanwhile, the hammer 51 moves downwards to trigger the formation of electric sparks.
Referring to fig. 5, the color-changing switching mechanism also includes a color-changing switching plate 1, a push rod 2, an elastic member and a position-limiting mechanism 4.
In this embodiment, the tooth grooves 13 of the color-changing switching disk 1 include an inner ring tooth groove 133 and an outer ring tooth groove 134, the inner ring tooth groove 133 is disposed on one side of the flame hole 11 close to the axis and used for providing a moving track for the push rod 2, and the outer ring tooth groove 134 is disposed on one side of the flame hole 11 away from the axis and used for providing a moving track for the limiting plate 42 of the limiting mechanism 4.
The color-changing switching disk 1 is fixed on a support member 92 by a support shaft 9, and the support member 92 is fixed in the housing 7. The supporting member 92 is further provided with a vertical rod through hole for the push rod 2 to pass through, and a reset elastic plate 43 of the limiting mechanism 4 is arranged below the rod through hole. In this embodiment, the reset spring plate 43 is an elastic member, and the push rod is driven to enter the tooth groove 13 by the elastic force thereof.
The limiting mechanism 4 comprises a connecting rod 41, a limiting plate 42 and a reset elastic plate 43. The upper cover 3 and the limiting plate 42 are hinged to two ends of the connecting rod 41 respectively, one side of the limiting plate 42 can move up and down along the limiting hole 71, the top of the limiting plate 42 can be clamped into the outer ring tooth groove 134, and the bottom of the limiting plate 42 can be in contact with one end of the reset elastic plate 42. The reset elastic plate 42 is mounted on the support member 92, and a spring is provided in the reset elastic plate 42, one end of which is lowered when being pressed down by an external force and the other end of which is raised, and the reset elastic plate is reset under the action of the spring force after the external force is released. Reset springboard 42 one end can contact with limiting plate 42, and the other end can contact with push rod 2.
The top of the push rod 2 corresponds to the inner ring gear groove 133, and the bottom can contact the reset spring plate 42.
In the flip-type color-changing lighter, the upper cover 3 is closed under the unstressed state, the push rod 2 moves downwards to be separated from the inner ring tooth groove 133 and vertically corresponds to the inclined side surface 132 of the inner ring tooth groove 133, and the limiting plate 42 of the limiting mechanism 4 is clamped in the outer ring tooth groove 134.
Referring to fig. 7, when the upper cover is opened, the connecting rod 41 hinged to the upper cover 3 via the pin shaft slides along the sliding slot to the top of the sliding slot, so as to drive the limiting plate 42 to move down along the limiting hole 71, and leave the outer ring toothed slot 134, and at the same time, the bottom of the limiting plate 42 presses down one end of the reset spring plate 43, so that the other end of the reset spring plate 43 is lifted up, the push rod 2 contacting with the reset spring plate 43 is pushed up, the push rod 2 is clamped into the inner ring toothed slot 133 along the inclined side 132 of the inner ring toothed slot 133, and at the same time, the color-changing switching disc 1 is driven to.
Then the pressing block 10 is pressed downwards, ignition is started, and the ignition of the flame with the color corresponding to the color development sheet 12 in the current flame hole 11 is completed.
The two kinds of color-changing lighters listed above are only two specific examples of the application of the color-changing switching mechanism of the invention, and can be applied to other types of lighters by adopting conventional knowledge and technical means in the field, so that the switching of multiple flame colors in one lighter can be realized. The flame holes with different color development pieces are enabled to correspond to the upper part of the ignition hole by rotating the color-changing switching disc, and the ignited flame presents the color of the current flame hole after being combusted by the color development pieces. The flame port which is matched with the push rod, the elastic piece and the limiting mechanism to change the color of the color-changing switching disc to the next color after rotating.
The inventive concept is explained in detail herein using specific examples, which are given only to aid in understanding the core concepts of the invention. It should be understood that any obvious modifications, equivalents and other improvements made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. A color-changing switching mechanism for a lighter is characterized by comprising a color-changing switching disc, a push rod, an elastic piece and a limiting mechanism, wherein a plurality of flame holes are formed in the color-changing switching disc in the circumferential direction along the axis, color development pieces are fixed in the flame holes, tooth sockets which are arranged circumferentially are formed in the bottom of the color-changing switching disc along the axis, and each tooth socket comprises a straight side surface and an inclined side surface; the push rod is connected with the elastic piece and enters or leaves the tooth groove under the action of elasticity;
the limiting mechanism is used for pushing the push rod forwards after the push rod is separated from the tooth grooves, so that the push rod can be clamped in along the inclined side face of the next tooth groove when the push rod is reset next time, and the color-changing switching disc is driven to rotate along the axis to switch the flame holes.
2. A color-changing lighter comprises a piezoelectric igniter and a gas storage box, wherein the piezoelectric igniter comprises a hammer, the top of the gas storage box is provided with a gas outlet valve, the color-changing lighter is characterized in that the color-changing switching mechanism of claim 1 is further arranged, and a flame hole is formed above the gas outlet valve.

The lighter according to claim 2, further comprising a housing, wherein the housing is configured with a vertical and sloped hole forming limiting mechanism, the push rod is connected with the hammer through a connecting piece, the hammer is connected with the elastic piece, and the end of the push rod extends into the limiting mechanism; the hammer is connected with the air outlet valve through a transmission gasket, and the transmission gasket is made of rigid materials;
when the hammer is pressed downwards, the push rod moves downwards along the straight side surface of the tooth socket, and after the push rod is separated from the tooth socket, the push rod continues to move forwards downwards under the guidance of the slope of the limiting mechanism, so that the right upper part of the push rod corresponds to the inclined side surface of the next tooth socket; the hammer moves downwards and simultaneously drives one end of the transmission gasket to move downwards, the other end of the transmission gasket is lifted upwards to drive the air outlet valve to be opened, the hammer moves downwards until the air outlet valve is opened when ignition is started, the flame holes correspond to ignition positions, and the ignition of color flames corresponding to the current flame hole color development piece is completed;
when the pressure is relieved, the hammer resets under the elastic action of the elastic piece, the push rod moves upwards and slides into the tooth groove along the inclined side surface of the next tooth groove, and the color-changing switching disc is driven to rotate and is switched to the next flame hole.

The lighter according to claim 3, wherein the color-changing switching disk is mounted in the casing through a support shaft, a support plate is further fixed in the casing, and the support plate is positioned below the transmission gasket and serves as a fulcrum of the transmission gasket; and a shaft through hole is formed in the transmission gasket and is used for the support shaft to pass through.

The lighter according to claim 2, wherein the lighter is a flip-top type lighter, further comprising a housing and an upper cover, the housing is provided with a vertical limiting hole, the upper cover is hinged to the upper end of the side of the housing with the limiting hole through a pin, and the upper cover is further provided with a chute for the connecting rod to slide; the tooth grooves comprise an inner ring tooth groove and an outer ring tooth groove, and the two rings of tooth grooves are respectively constructed on the inner side and the outer side of the flame hole;
the limiting mechanism comprises a connecting rod, a limiting plate and a reset elastic plate, the two ends of the connecting rod are respectively hinged with the upper cover and the limiting plate, one side of the limiting plate can move up and down along a limiting hole, the top of the limiting plate can be clamped into an outer ring tooth socket, and the bottom of the limiting plate is contacted with one end of the reset elastic plate; the reset elastic plate is provided with a spring, one end of the reset elastic plate descends when being pressed by external force, the other end of the reset elastic plate is lifted, and the reset elastic plate resets under the action of the elastic force of the spring after the external force is relieved;
the top of the push rod corresponds to the tooth groove of the inner ring, and the bottom of the push rod is contacted with one end of the reset elastic plate, which is far away from the limiting plate;
when the upper cover is closed, the limiting plate is clamped in the outer ring tooth groove, and the upper part of the push rod corresponds to the inclined side surface of the inner ring tooth groove;
when the upper cover is opened, the connecting rod hinged with the upper cover drives the limiting plate to move downwards along the limiting hole to leave the outer ring tooth groove, meanwhile, the bottom of the limiting plate downwards presses one end of the reset elastic plate, so that the other end of the reset elastic plate is lifted upwards, a push rod in contact with the reset elastic plate is pushed upwards, the push rod is clamped into the inner ring tooth groove along the inclined side surface of the inner ring tooth groove, and meanwhile, the color-changing switching disc is driven to rotate, so that the flame holes are switched.

The lighter according to claim 5, wherein the color-changing switching plate is mounted in the casing through a support shaft, a support member is further fixed in the casing, the support shaft is fixed on the support member, the support member is provided with a vertical rod through hole for the push rod to pass through, and the reset spring plate is mounted on the support member at a position corresponding to the lower end of the push rod.

The lighter according to claim 5, further comprising a transmission gasket and a volume adjusting valve, wherein the transmission gasket is a straight plate made of rigid material, one end of the transmission gasket is connected with the gas outlet valve, the other end of the transmission gasket is clamped between the hammer and the pressing block through a pressing block, and the volume adjusting valve is sleeved below the outer side of the gas outlet valve; when the hammer is pressed downwards, the transmission gasket tilts the air outlet valve by taking the periphery of the air quantity regulating valve as a fulcrum, so that the hammer moves downwards to start ignition and the air outlet valve is opened for ignition.
8. The lighter of claim 5, wherein the connecting rod is fixed in the chute by a pin and can slide along the chute, and a spring is connected between the pin and the bottom of the chute.
