Secondly, when a pedestrian passes through the device to monitor the range, the rotation driving motor between the horizontal support rod 601 and the vertical support rod 602 drives the vertical support rod 602 to vertically rotate, and meanwhile, the rotation driving motor between the vertical support rod 602 and the rotating disc 603 drives the rotating disc 603 to horizontally rotate, so that the shooting panel 102 can accurately and clearly shoot the pedestrian or things, if the shooting scene is located in the shooting dead angle area of the device, the rotation driving motor between the side support column 104 and the connecting support rod 402 can drive the auxiliary camera 401 to rotate, so as to shoot the dead angle position at the back of the device, meanwhile, the shooting panel 102 and the auxiliary camera 401 can transmit the shot picture to the information input unit 701 after signal conversion is carried out through the A/D converter, the information is analyzed through the information analysis unit 702, and a control command can be output through the command output unit 703 after judging whether the person wears the mask or not, whether control voice broadcast device 3 carries out work, if the pedestrian does not dress the gauze mask then remind it through voice broadcast device 3.
Finally, when the surface of the shooting panel 102 is blocked by an obstacle, the cleaning brush 504 is driven by the rotary driving motor to stir the surface of the shooting panel 102, so as to remove the obstacle on the surface of the shooting panel, so as to prevent the obstacle from blocking the device to shoot, then if a dangerous article is hit on the shooting panel 102, the machine body 101 judges the dangerous article, and simultaneously the rotary driving motor between the protection plate 103 and the machine body 101 is controlled, so that the protection plate 103 covers the surface of the shooting panel 102, so as to protect the shooting panel 102, prevent the shooting panel 102 from being damaged, and simultaneously prevent the surface of the shooting panel 102 from being blocked by dust, the machine body 101 controls the micro-water pump in the water supply pipe 503 to extract water in the water tank 501 to be sprayed out by the spray head at the top end of the water supply pipe 503, and simultaneously the cleaning brush 504 scratches the surface of the shooting panel 102 to clean the surface of the shooting panel 102, so as, form the passageway through being provided with water-collecting plate 502 and organism 101 side for the device can carry out the replenishment of washing liquid through the passageway between water-collecting plate 502 and the organism 101 in the rainy day, utilizes the rainwater to wash shooting panel 102 surface, has greatly improved abluent convenience, guarantees the definition that the device shot simultaneously.
