oil inlets of the electromagnetic pilot valve (13) and the mechanical pilot valve (15) are connected in series and then are connected with an oil inlet of the main valve body (1) through a first stop valve (14), and oil outlets of the electromagnetic pilot valve (13) and the mechanical pilot valve (15) are connected to an oil outlet of the main valve body (1); a first oil port of the vane motor (7) is connected to one working port of the electromagnetic pilot valve (13) and one working port of the mechanical pilot valve (15) through a first pipeline, a second oil port of the vane motor (7) is connected to the other working port of the electromagnetic pilot valve (13) and the other working port of the mechanical pilot valve (15) through a second pipeline, and a second stop valve (16) is arranged between the first pipeline and the second pipeline;
the oil inlet of the main valve body (1) is provided with a pressure sensor (11), and the controller (12) acquires the pressure value of the pressure sensor (11) and controls the electromagnetic pilot valve (13) to change direction according to the pressure value.

The multi-redundancy electromagnetic pilot type safety water hammer relief valve directly driven by the vane motor as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the vane motor (7) comprises an upper cavity (79), a lower cavity (73) and a base (71) which are connected in sequence; the upper cavity (79) and the lower cavity (73) are respectively provided with a first oil port and a second oil port, and the first oil port and the second oil port are symmetrically arranged relative to the axis of the vane motor (7);
an upper oil distribution disc (78), a stator ring (75) and a lower oil distribution disc (74) are sequentially arranged in an accommodating cavity formed by the upper cavity (79) and the lower cavity (73), a rotor (76) is arranged inside the stator ring (75), and a plurality of blades (77) are uniformly distributed on the outer wall of the rotor (76).

The multi-redundancy electromagnetic pilot-operated safety type water hammer relief valve directly driven by the vane motor as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the rotor (76) is sleeved on the outer wall of the special-shaped external thread plug (3) and is connected with the special-shaped external thread plug (3) through a spline.

The multi-redundancy electromagnetic pilot type safety water hammer relief valve directly driven by the vane motor as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the valve cover comprises a sealing end cover (6) and a supporting cylinder (2), threads are formed in two ends of the supporting cylinder (2), one end of the supporting cylinder (2) is connected with the special-shaped external thread plug (3) through an internal thread, and the other end of the supporting cylinder is connected with the sealing end cover (6) through an external thread.

The multi-redundancy electromagnetic pilot type safety water hammer relief valve directly driven by the vane motor as claimed in claim 4, wherein: a first sealing ring (4) is arranged between the outer wall of the special-shaped external thread plug (3) and the inner wall of the supporting cylinder (2); the supporting cylinder (2) is connected with the main valve body (1) through threads, and a second sealing ring (5) is installed at the meshing position of the supporting cylinder (2) and the internal threads of the main valve body (1).
6. The multi-redundancy electromagnetic pilot-operated safety type water hammer relief valve directly driven by the vane motor as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the hand wheel (8) is connected with the special-shaped external thread plug (3) through a nut (10) and a gasket (9).
7. The multi-redundancy electromagnetic pilot-operated safety type water hammer relief valve directly driven by the vane motor as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the lower oil distribution disc (74) is sealed by a sealing ring at the contact part with the lower cavity body (73).
8. The multi-redundancy electromagnetic pilot type safety water hammer relief valve directly driven by the vane motor as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the upper cavity (79) is sealed by a sealing ring at the contact part of the upper cavity and the lower cavity (73).
