Further, the soluble core 29 and the soluble balls 30 are soluble materials, and the soluble materials can be completely dissolved under certain medium, temperature and pressure.
In conclusion, the multifunctional integrated pipe column and the method for gas injection, test and pressurized operation have the advantages that pressurized operation and test functions are added on the premise that normal gas injection of the pipe column is guaranteed, and the multifunctional integrated pipe column and the method have important significance for improving efficiency and saving cost in oilfield gas drive tests.
The airtight packer 2 realizes the first deblocking and then deblocking, avoids deblocking difficulty, and overcomes the conditions of pipe column disconnection, overhaul and the like; when the blanking plug working cylinder 3 is used for tripping, the blanking plug is put into the working cylinder, the weighting rod is put into the working cylinder, the working cylinder is sealed by a leather cup, so that the oil pipe is blocked under pressure, the requirement of the operation under pressure is met, and the technical problem of blowout prevention in the oil pipe during tripping is effectively solved; the soluble core shear ball seat not only can meet the setting requirement of a packer, but also can keep enough borehole drift diameter through the dissolution of the soluble core, thereby providing convenience for the running of a gas injection well suction profile testing tool; the soluble core 29 and the soluble ball 30 are made of soluble materials, and can realize complete dissolution under certain medium, temperature and pressure, thereby effectively preventing the generation of well bore junk. The medium is generally klc solution or active water, etc. The temperature, pressure and medium of the different well conditions determine the properties of the dissolvable material, typically at 50-150 ℃ and at 35-105MPa.
