At present, a sampling cloth is generally adopted to perform a pollution degree measurement test on dirt on the surface of an insulator, and after the sampling cloth cleans the insulator, the insulator is generally cleaned by a manual hand washing method, so that the workload is high, the efficiency is low, the cleaning is not thorough enough, dirt is often left on the sampling cloth, and the dirt stained on the sampling cloth is often difficult to dissolve in cold water.
