The rapier loom in the prior art has certain defects in structural design, and the problems of insufficient stability, inconstant tension of warps and wefts, high manufacturing cost, insufficient loom speed and low mechanical performance of the rapier loom are caused.

The box includes upper 6 and lower floor 7, is provided with the bolt between upper 6 and the lower floor 7, and an organic whole is provided with mounting panel 8 on upper 6, is provided with two mounting holes on the mounting panel 8, and the upper end of main wheel 51 and auxiliary wheel 52 all is provided with bearing 9, and bearing 9 inlays to be established in the mounting hole, is provided with fixed plate 10 through the bolt fastening on the mounting panel 8.

The frame 1 is also provided with an eccentric connecting rod part for beating-up and weft insertion, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced. The let-off mechanism comprises an oil bath type let-off box, a servo motor is arranged on the rack 1, and the servo motor drives the oil bath type let-off box to move. The oil bath type let-off box carries out constant tension let-off through the servo motor, can increase the let-off effect, and enables the tension of the warp to be more stable.
The curling mechanism comprises a servo motor, and the servo motor can provide more stable curling force, so that the manufacturing process is more convenient to change.
The rapier loom also comprises an electric control component, the electric control component has the functions of controlling let-off, curling, color selection, selvage twisting, opening, weft stop, constant tension compensation and automatic weft finding, and advanced electronic components and independent process software are adopted, so that process parameters and display parameters can be conveniently changed.
Example two: this embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment except that the frame 1 includes sloping plates 12 on both sides, and the sloping plates 12 have a sloping rod sloping outward to facilitate the installation of the lower top electronic multi-arm shed or the lower electronic multi-arm shed.
