The invention relates to the field of high polymer materials, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly high-weather-resistance silicone-acrylate coating composition which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-20% of water-based hydroxypropyl resin; 10-25% of modified hybrid silicone resin; 0.01-0.1% of aluminum acetylacetonate; 1-3% ethanol; 15-25% of water-based color paste; 1-3% of film forming assistant. Compared with the traditional emulsion type silicone-acrylate coating, the composition has better adhesive force and weather resistance and is easier to construct.

Technical Field

Background
The acrylate resin is a new paint variety developed in the 50 s of the 20 th century. The acrylate coating film has the advantages of light color, good transparency, excellent weather resistance, color retention, mechanical stability, film forming property, hardness, rich raw material sources, relatively low cost and the like; the coating film does not change color at about 230 ℃ or even higher temperature, and is resistant to corrosion and contamination of chemicals such as acid, alkali, salt, grease, detergent and the like. Various properties of the coating can be changed by a series of measures such as changing the types of the comonomer and the crosslinking agent, adjusting the molar mass of the polymer and the like. However, acrylate resins also have some disadvantages, such as sensitivity to temperature, susceptibility to hot and cold brittleness, poor water resistance and moisture permeability, susceptibility to light loss, poor low temperature toughness, and high water permeability. The Si-Si bond energy in the organic silicon resin structure is far greater than the C-C bond energy and the C-O bond energy in the acrylate monomer, so that the organic silicon resin has good heat resistance, ozone resistance, ultraviolet aging resistance and good stability; and because the surface tension is small, water and other pollutants are not easy to adhere to, so the organic silicon resin has good moisture resistance, water resistance and water vapor resistance. In addition, the polysiloxane has large molecular volume and low cohesive energy density, so that the polysiloxane has excellent weather resistance, stain resistance, temperature resistance, high hydrophobicity, good air permeability and the like.
The silicone-acrylate emulsion combining the two is prepared by adding an organic silicon monomer containing unsaturated bonds and an acrylic monomer into a proper auxiliary agent and polymerizing the mixture through a core-shell coating polymerization process. Combines the high temperature resistance, weather resistance, chemical resistance, hydrophobicity, low surface energy and difficult pollution of organosilicon and the high color retention, flexibility and adhesiveness of acrylic resin.
