Abstract
An organic silicon hybrid material for preventing condensation and plugging protection of an electrical cabinet. The organic silicon hybrid material for the electrical cabinet anti-condensation plugging protection has a good sealing effect after curing, can effectively prevent water vapor and the like from entering a cable chamber of a switch cabinet, and improves the safe operation coefficient. The adhesive comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-44 parts of organic silicon hybrid resin, 20-45 parts of flame retardant, 10-30 parts of inorganic reinforcing filler and 0.01-0.1 part of Pt catalyst composition; the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-5 parts of hydroxyl silicone oil and 5-8 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil. The invention provides a double-component normal-temperature cured organic silicon hybrid plugging material, which has great advantages in beauty, dielectric strength and flame retardant property compared with the traditional foaming material after application.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to power equipment, in particular to an organic silicon hybrid material for preventing condensation and plugging protection of an electrical cabinet.
Background
At present, the domestic electric cabinet dehumidification and condensation prevention methods are approximately as follows:
(1) the whole design of carrying out ventilation cooling of equipment, with the dew source isolated outside equipment, but the field operation experience sees often not as good as one's mind, and especially outdoor operation's equipment is restricted in the scene of operation, for example along rivers, long-term in the very big place operation of humidity, and steam often can follow some very little gaps or the position entering such as cable perforation, finally forms the dew in the long time.

(3) The passive moisture absorption and release material is less used on site, does not play a role in blocking, mainly actively absorbs moisture to reduce the humidity in the cabinet body, but the water absorption of the material is saturated after absorbing a certain degree of moisture, and the material does not have the capability of actively discharging the moisture, so that the function of continuously absorbing moisture is lost, therefore, the material can only be used as a humidity adjusting means under the condition of low humidity, and has no effect of being used all the day.
(4) Effective plugging materials are adopted for plugging at the bottom of the cabinet body, particularly at the perforated part of the cable, so that the water vapor is fundamentally isolated from entering from the gap and the hole. At present, foaming type plugging components are mainly adopted in the industry for plugging, the main component of the foaming type plugging components is polyurethane, and the foaming type plugging components can be foamed and expanded to plug gaps and bottoms after being mixed, so that water vapor is isolated. However, the appearance of the sealing block after foaming and curing is not smooth and has general aesthetic degree, in addition, the sealing block can generate heat in the foaming process, the temperature is probably over 70 ℃, the sheath of the electric wire and the cable can be damaged, and the sealing block is very hard after foaming and curing and is difficult to remove at the later stage.

the component A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-44 parts of organic silicon hybrid resin, 20-45 parts of flame retardant, 10-30 parts of inorganic reinforcing filler and 0.01-0.1 part of Pt catalyst composition;
the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-5 parts of hydroxyl silicone oil and 5-8 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil.
The organic silicon hybrid resin is a graft reactant of vinyl silicon resin and liquid polybutadiene.
The reaction process of the organic silicon hybrid resin is as follows:
mixing liquid vinyl silicone resin and liquid polybutadiene, heating to 80 ℃, adding 1% benzoyl peroxide xylene solution, and reacting for 4 hours.
The flame retardant is Al (OH)3, Mg (OH)3, decabromodiphenylethane or phosphate flame retardant.
The inorganic reinforcing filler is one or a combination of more of CaCO3, kaolin, montmorillonite, talcum powder, barium sulfate and calcium fluoride.
The Pt catalyst composition is a composition containing 3000ppm chloroplatinic acid and polyvinyl silicone oil.
The invention provides a double-component normal-temperature cured organic silicon hybrid plugging material, which has great advantages in beauty, dielectric strength and flame retardant property compared with the traditional foaming material after application. The self-leveling organic silicon hybrid material consists of two-component high-activity chemical substances, is mixed on site when in use, can finish automatic leveling after uniform pouring, and is cured and formed. After curing, a solid block-shaped sealing body is formed, the appearance of the sealing body is more smooth and attractive compared with that of a foaming material, a good sealing effect is achieved, moisture, small animals and the like can be effectively prevented from entering a cable chamber of the switch cabinet, and the safe operation coefficient is improved. Compared with the common organic silicon plugging material, the organic silicon plugging material has lower water vapor transmission rate.
Detailed Description
The invention comprises a component A and a component B,
the component A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-44 parts of organic silicon hybrid resin, 20-45 parts of flame retardant, 10-30 parts of inorganic reinforcing filler and 0.01-0.1 part of Pt catalyst composition; 0.1-3 parts of carbon black toner can be added into the component A to play a color matching role.
The component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-5 parts of hydroxyl silicone oil and 5-8 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil. Wherein, the hydrogen-containing silicone oil has the hydrogen content of 0.2 to 1 percent and the viscosity of less than 5000 cps; the hydroxyl silicone oil is common hydroxyl silicone oil with the viscosity of less than 10000 cps.
The A component and the B component are mixed at the time of use in a ratio of 10: 1. After mixing, the gel was gelled at room temperature (20 ℃) for about 30 to 40 minutes, and was substantially cured for 1 hour and completely cured for 24 hours.
The component A is a main material and mainly provides insulating property, strength, flame retardance and water vapor barrier property of the solidified plugging material;

The base material with lower water vapor transmission rate and better plugging performance is obtained after the reaction of the two.
The reaction process of the organic silicon hybrid resin is as follows:
mixing liquid vinyl silicone resin and liquid polybutadiene, heating to 80 ℃, adding 1% benzoyl peroxide xylene solution, and reacting for 4 hours.
The 1% benzoyl peroxide xylene solution was a solution obtained by dissolving 1g of benzoyl peroxide in 99g of xylene, and the content of benzoyl peroxide was 1%.
The active ingredient in the solution is benzoyl peroxide which is used for initiating the grafting reaction of vinyl silicone resin and liquid butadiene, thereby preparing the self-leveling plugging material base material with low water vapor permeability.
The flame retardant is Al (OH)3, Mg (OH)3, decabromodiphenylethane or phosphate flame retardant.
The inorganic reinforcing filler is one or a combination of more of CaCO3, kaolin, montmorillonite, talcum powder, barium sulfate and calcium fluoride.
The Pt catalyst composition is a composition containing 3000ppm chloroplatinic acid and polyvinyl silicone oil.
3000ppm chloroplatinic acid and polyvinyl silicone oil composition in a ratio of 200:1 to 30:1 are used in combination to catalyze hardening of the A-component and B-component after mixing.
Examples
Examples preparation methods: adding the organic silicon hybrid resin, the flame retardant, the inorganic reinforced filler and the Pt catalyst composition into a reaction kettle, reacting for 6 hours at 50 ℃, and discharging to obtain a component A;
adding hydrogen-containing silicone oil and hydroxyl silicone oil into a reaction kettle, mixing for one hour at normal temperature, and discharging to obtain a component B.
Example correlation Performance
The invention comprises a double-component normal temperature cured organic silicon hybrid plugging material, and the waterproof or waterproof air permeability performance of the plugging material is superior to that of the common organic silicon plugging material. After being cured, the organosilicon plugging material can reach IP68 level in waterproof grade, the water vapor transmission rate is 6-15g/m 2.24 h, and the dielectric strength is 20-25 kV/mm. The water vapor transmission rate of the common organic silicon blocking material is 20-30g/m2 & 24 h. For later overhaul, the organic silicon plugging material can be prepared into different hardness grades, the hardness range can be from Shore A40 to Shore A70, and the adhesion performance of the organic silicon plugging material to different base materials can also be adjusted to be easy to peel off or firm to adhere.

the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-5 parts of hydroxyl silicone oil and 5-8 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil.

mixing liquid vinyl silicone resin and liquid polybutadiene, heating to 80 ℃, adding 1% benzoyl peroxide xylene solution, and reacting for 4 hours.

6. The silicone hybrid material for electrical cabinet anti-condensation plugging protection according to claim 1, wherein the Pt catalyst composition is a composition containing 3000ppm chloroplatinic acid and polyvinyl silicone oil.
