The multilayer filtering and purifying device for preventing and treating the pollution of the underground water as claimed in claim 4, wherein two fixing frames (21) are arranged at intervals on the inner side of the filtering cavity (4), the cross section of each fixing frame (21) is concave, vertical lifting screw rods (23) and transmission rods (27) are arranged at intervals on the inner sides of the fixing frames (21), one ends of the lifting screw rods (23) extend to the inner sides of the fixing frames (21) and are in transmission connection with motors, and two sides of the filtering net (22) are respectively in transmission connection with the lifting screw rods (23) and are in sliding connection with the transmission rods (27).
