Abstract
The invention provides a method for purifying polymer-containing sewage in an oil field by utilizing self crude oil, which comprises the following steps: spraying a part of self crude oil into the polymer-containing sewage at the speed of 0.5-0.7m/s, wherein the crude oil can be uniformly dispersed in the water within 0.5-1 min; the dispersed large oil beads adsorb small oil beads in the polymer-containing sewage, and the large oil beads attached with the small oil beads continuously increase and float, so that the polymer-containing sewage is purified. According to the invention, the crude oil is uniformly dispersed into the polymer-containing sewage through the dispersion technology of the crude oil, the oil droplets have the functions of adsorption and charge neutralization, the purification effect of the polymer-containing sewage is greatly improved, and the sewage purification is realized by combining the collision coalescence technology of the oil droplets.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, in particular to a method for purifying polymer-containing sewage in an oil field by utilizing crude oil per se.
Background
At present, most of domestic old oil fields enter the later stage of exploitation, the exploitation mode of chemical oil displacement is adopted, a large amount of produced water carried in exploitation contains polymers, most of the existing oil fields adopt a process of combining a medicament and air flotation for treating polymer-containing sewage, and complex processes such as an efficient OPS process and an HCF process are provided, but the produced sludge is large, the treatment cost is high, the operation is complex, and the standard reaching rate of sewage is low. Although the chemical flooding oil recovery improves the recovery ratio, the oil removal and purification process of the ground gathering and transportation system always has the problem of poor adaptability; the traditional chemical agent and gas floating-assisted separation process has the problems of more waste residues and high cost.
In conclusion, the existing polymer-containing sewage treatment process in the oil field has the following problems:
1. the common air floatation process can add oxygen to the sewage, so that the corrosivity of the sewage is increased; 2. the nitrogen floatation needs a complex nitrogen preparation system, and the field operation workload is large; 3. the air floatation process needs auxiliary chemical agents, generates a large amount of sludge and is difficult to perform subsequent treatment; 4. the large tank is settled for a long time and assists in medicament treatment, so that bacteria are bred, and the subsequent treatment is more difficult due to the reduction of temperature; 5. the subsequent filtering blockage is serious and the failure rate is high due to the excessive early-stage treatment; 6. the overall cost of polymer-containing sewage treatment is high.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a method for purifying polymer-containing sewage in an oil field by using crude oil, which substantially solves various problems encountered in polymer-containing sewage treatment in an oil field, and can provide technical support for chemical flooding development of the oil field by treating polymer-containing sewage in the oil field at low cost.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for purifying polymer-containing sewage in an oil field by using crude oil thereof, comprising the following steps:
1) spraying a part of polymer-containing sewage into an entry area of the polymer-containing sewage at a speed of 0.5-0.7m/s, and uniformly dispersing for 0.5-1.0 min;
2) the self crude oil dispersed in the step 1) adsorbs fine oil droplets in the polymer-containing sewage, the oil droplets float upwards continuously, after 15-20min, the oil droplets float to the water surface, and the oil and the water are separated.
Further, the polymer-containing sewage in the step 1) contains 100mg/L-500mg/L of crude oil.
Further, wherein the crude oil density in step 1) is one of the important physical properties of crude oil, generally having a density lower than that of water, and sometimes close to that of water, and even exceeding that of water, the present invention contemplates crude oil densities less than 950kg/m3During the process, the crude oil can float to the water surface in water according to the buoyancy of the crude oil, the larger the oil drop is, the larger the buoyancy is, the faster the floating speed is, and therefore the purpose of purifying the oily sewage is achieved.

Further, the step 2) is specifically as follows: the large oil beads obtained in the step 1) are uniformly distributed at the bottom of the polymer-containing sewage and diffuse in the sewage at the speed of 0.1-0.2m/s, and the large oil beads continuously adsorb small oil beads in the polymer-containing sewage at the speed of 0.5-0.7m/s through the self gravitation of the large oil beads so as to destroy multiple complex emulsified oil beads such as water-in-oil, oil-in-water and the like; after 15-20min, the large oil droplets (forming larger oil droplets) attached with the small oil droplets float upwards at the speed of 0.5-0.7m/s, water is settled, and water and oil are separated, so that the aim of purifying the polymer-containing sewage is fulfilled.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention fully utilizes the self components of polymer-containing sewage in the oil field to realize the self purification function, belongs to the first technical innovation and has higher economic benefit.
According to the invention, crude oil is uniformly dispersed into a plurality of oil droplets by a crude oil large oil droplet dispersion technology; the oil droplets have the function of adsorption demulsification, so that the purifying effect of polymer-containing sewage is greatly improved; and the sewage purification is realized by combining the oil drop collision coalescence technology.
The invention can replace the existing air floatation process and long-time large tank sedimentation process for treating the polymer-containing sewage, purify the polymer-containing sewage by using the oil contained in the polymer-containing sewage, enhance the oil-water separation function of the polymer-containing sewage and improve the oil removal efficiency of the polymer-containing sewage; but also has good application prospect and good economic benefit for the field of produced water purification of oilfield chemical flooding development.
Detailed Description
The present invention provides a method for purifying polymer-containing sewage of oil field by using crude oil, and the following embodiment is used for explaining, it should be understood that the embodiment described herein is only for explaining the present invention, and is not used to limit the present invention.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a method for purifying polymer-containing sewage in an oil field by utilizing self crude oil, which comprises the following steps:
1) spraying a part of polymer-containing sewage into an entry area of the polymer-containing sewage through an ejector at the speed of 0.5-0.7m/s, and uniformly dispersing for 0.5-1.0 min; the polymer-containing sewage contains 100mg/L-500mg/L crude oil; the density of the crude oil is one of important physical properties of the crude oil, the density is generally lower than that of water, the density of the crude oil is close to that of water in some cases, and even exceeds that of water in other cases, and the density of the crude oil is considered to be less than 950kg/m3During the process, the crude oil can float to the water surface in water according to the buoyancy of the crude oil, the larger the oil drop is, the larger the buoyancy is, the faster the floating speed is, and therefore the purpose of purifying the oily sewage is achieved.
2) Adsorbing small oil droplets (6-12 microns) in the polymer-containing sewage by the large oil droplets (with the size of 30-50 microns) obtained in the step 1), floating the large oil droplets attached with the small oil droplets after 15-20min, settling water, and separating water from oil after 10-15 min.
The incoming water used in the embodiment of the invention is the ternary combination flooding produced sewage of a certain sewage station of an oil field, and the water quality analysis is shown in the following table 1:
as can be seen from Table 1, with the increase of the settling time, the oil content of the polymer-containing sewage added with crude oil is gradually reduced from 150mg/L to 26mg/L, which shows that the invention can purify the polymer-containing sewage by using the oil contained in the invention, enhance the oil-water separation function of the polymer-containing sewage and improve the oil removal efficiency of the polymer-containing sewage; but also has good application prospect and good economic benefit for the field of produced water purification of oilfield chemical flooding development.

1. The method for purifying polymer-containing sewage in an oil field by using self crude oil is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
1) spraying a part of polymer-containing sewage into the polymer-containing sewage at the speed of 0.5-0.7m/s, and uniformly dispersing for 0.5-1.0 min;
2) the dispersed crude oil absorbs fine oil droplets in the polymer-containing sewage and continuously changes into large oil droplets, the oil droplets float to the water surface after 15-20min, and the sewage is purified.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the polymer-containing wastewater in step 1) contains 100mg/L to 500mg/L of crude oil.
