Abstract
The invention provides a vertical lifting device for a reverse soil taking opening and an installation method thereof, which comprises an elevator frame body; a guide rail disposed on the elevator frame; the winch is arranged at the reverse-construction soil taking opening; an elevator cage connected with the winch and vertically lifted along the guide rail; and the dumper is arranged on the elevator cage. The dump truck directly enters the elevator cage, is lowered to the foundation pit soil taking position through the elevator, the excavator digs soil and loads the vehicle, the elevator is lifted after full load, and the dump truck is driven out of the elevator cage to finish the soil taking. The invention has simple equipment, is convenient for processing and manufacturing and field installation, has higher utilization efficiency in the reverse construction process and saves cost. The earthwork is directly stacked in the carriage of the dump truck in the earthwork excavation, so that the repeated turning of the earthwork is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved. The soil taking and loading are directly finished on the soil digging surface, and the B0 plate mechanical equipment occupies less land and is beneficial to the field safety and civilized construction management.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a vertical lifting device for a reverse soil taking opening and an installation method thereof.
Background
According to the prior art, the construction efficiency of the earthwork vertical transportation in the reverse construction method is low, generally, the earthwork vertical transportation is firstly transported to the position of an earth taking opening by an excavator, then earth is taken from the earth taking opening by an excavating device and is transported outside by a dump truck, and the construction efficiency is lower when the depth of a basement is deeper.

The invention aims to provide a vertical lifting device for a reverse soil sampling port and an installation method thereof.

a guide rail disposed on the elevator frame;

an elevator cage connected with the winch and vertically lifted along the guide rail;
and the dumper is arranged on the elevator cage.

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a vertical lifting device for a reverse soil sampling port, comprising:
an elevator frame body 1;
a guide rail disposed on the elevator frame;
the winch is arranged at the reverse-construction soil taking opening;
an elevator cage 2 connected to the hoist and vertically lifted along the guide rail;
and a dump truck 3 disposed in the cage 2.
The dump truck directly enters the elevator cage, is lowered to a foundation pit soil taking position through the elevator, is excavated and loaded by the excavator, is lifted after being fully loaded, and is driven out of the elevator cage to finish the soil taking. The invention has simple equipment, is convenient for processing and manufacturing and field installation, has higher utilization efficiency in the reverse construction process and saves cost. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment of the vertical lifting device for a reverse soil sampling port of the present invention, a wheel fixing device 4 of the dump truck is disposed in the elevator cage 2.
The elevator cage is internally provided with a self-discharging wheel fixing device, a self-discharging vehicle directly enters the elevator cage, and the wheels are locked by the fixing device.
The dumper directly enters the elevator cage, wheels are locked by the fixing device, the dumper is lowered to a foundation pit soil taking position through the elevator, the excavator digs soil and loads the soil, the elevator is lifted after being fully loaded, the fixing device is released, and the dumper is moved out of the elevator cage to finish the soil taking.
In an embodiment of the vertical lifting device for a reverse soil sampling port of the present invention, the wheel fixing device is a movable buckle.
In an embodiment of the vertical lifting device for a reverse acting soil-taking opening of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the top of the elevator frame body is further provided with a guide pulley 5, and the hoist raises the lifting height by the guide pulley, ensuring that the cage can be lifted to the B0 plate height.

an elevator cage connected with the winch and vertically lifted along the guide rail;
and the dumper is arranged on the elevator cage.
2. The vertical lift device for a reverse acting soil sampling port as recited in claim 1, wherein a wheel fixing device of the dump truck is provided in the cage.
3. The vertical lift device for a reverse acting soil pick-up as in claim 2, wherein said wheel securing means is a movable catch.
4. The vertical lifting device for a reverse soil sampling port according to claim 1, wherein a guide pulley is further provided on the top of the elevator frame body, and the hoisting machine raises the lifting height by the guide pulley.
5. The vertical lift device for a reverse acting soil extraction opening of claim 1 wherein said elevator frame is secured to lattice columns around the reverse acting soil extraction opening.
6. A method for installing a vertical lifting device for a reverse soil sampling port is characterized by comprising the following steps:
arranging an elevator frame body;
arranging a guide rail on the elevator frame body;
arranging a winch at the reverse-construction soil taking opening;
an elevator cage connected with the winch is arranged, and the elevator cage vertically ascends and descends along the guide rail;
and a dumper is arranged in the elevator cage.
7. The vertical elevating device for a reverse acting soil-sampling opening as set forth in claim 1, wherein a cage connected to said winding machine is provided, comprising:
and a wheel fixing device of the dumper is arranged in the elevator cage.
8. The vertical lift device for a reverse acting soil pick-up as in claim 7, wherein said wheel securing means is a movable catch.
9. The vertical lift device for a reverse acting soil sampling port as recited in claim 6, wherein the winch is disposed behind the reverse acting soil sampling port, further comprising:
and a guide pulley is arranged at the top of the elevator frame body, and the hoisting machine is lifted up by the guide pulley to a lifting height.
10. The vertical lift device for a reverse acting soil pick up as recited in claim 6, wherein an elevator frame is provided comprising:
