With reference to fig. 1 and 4, in order to attach the paper coated with glue to the tail of the used paper, the connecting device includes a plurality of engaging electric cylinders 19 fixedly disposed on the frame 18 along the length direction of one side of the frame 18 close to the machine body 1, the driving end of each engaging electric cylinder 19 is disposed through and slidably connected to the frame 18, the end portions of the driving ends of the engaging electric cylinders 19 located in the frame 18 are provided with engaging plates 191, and adjacent engaging plates 191 are disposed in an abutting manner; the joint plate 191 is driven by the joint electric cylinder 19 to move towards the spray head 181, so that the joint plate 191 abuts two pieces of paper overlapped with each other to the inner wall of the frame 18, and the two pieces of paper overlapped with each other are attached together; in other embodiments, the joining electric cylinder 19 may be replaced by an air cylinder, the joining plate 191 is fixedly disposed at the driving end of the air cylinder, and the joining of the two overlapped sheets can be performed by moving the joining plate 191 with the air cylinder.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, a guide device for guiding the paper of the upper roll and the paper of the lower roll to an aligned state is provided on the frame 18 at both ends of the frame 18; the guiding device comprises guiding electric cylinders 17 which are fixedly arranged in the frame body 18 and positioned at two ends of the frame body 18, the driving ends of the guiding electric cylinders 17 at two sides are oppositely arranged, and guiding plates 171 which are connected in the frame body 18 in a sliding mode are fixedly arranged on the driving ends of the guiding electric cylinders 17 at two sides; the guide plates 171 are driven to move through the guide electric cylinder 17, so that the guide plates 171 at the two ends of the frame body 18 are close to each other, the guide plates 171 can drive two pieces of paper which are overlapped with each other to be aligned, and therefore the joint effect of the two pieces of paper which are overlapped with each other is improved.
The implementation principle of a zero-speed paper receiving machine in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the paper on the upper placing roller 122 is used up, the fixing electric cylinder 144 on the upper fixing strip 142 can drive the clamping plate 145 to clamp the tail of the paper roll on the upper portion, the lower placing roller 122 is driven to rotate manually, the head of the paper roll on the lower placing roller 122 can be scraped to enter the through hole 143 of the fixing strip 142 through the paper scraping strip 141, at the moment, the fixing electric cylinders 144 on both sides of the lower fixing strip 142 can drive the clamping plate 145 to clamp the head of the paper roll on the lower portion, the worm 163 is driven to rotate through the upper rotating motor 162, so that the worm 163 drives the worm wheel 161 to rotate, the worm wheel 161 can drive the upper fixing strip 142 to rotate, so that the tail of the paper is driven by the upper fixing strip 142 to rotate 180 degrees to face the head of the paper on the lower portion, the upper and lower fixing strips 142 are driven to approach each other through the upper and lower moving electric cylinders 152, when the paper on the lower portion moves into the frame 18, glue is pumped into each spray head 181 through a glue outlet pump 187, so that the heads of the lower paper sheets are coated with the glue by the spray heads 181, the tails of the upper paper sheets can move into the frame 18, the tails of the upper paper sheets and the heads of the lower paper sheets are staggered and overlapped, the guide plates 171 are driven to move by the two side guide electric cylinders 17, the overlapped paper sheets are aligned by the two side guide plates 171, the joint plates 191 are driven to move towards the spray heads 181 by the joint electric cylinders 19, the aligned paper sheets are pressed together, the tails of the upper paper sheets and the heads of the lower paper sheets are fixedly jointed together, the whole process is completed automatically, and the automation degree of the whole paper receiving machine is improved.
