As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the cover plate is provided with a collecting bag tightening mechanism 5, the collecting bag tightening mechanism 5 includes a clamping unit 10, an adjusting rotating shaft 12, a gear ring 11, a sixteenth gear 81 and a fifth rack 15, wherein the upper side of the cover plate is provided with two limiting blocks 13, the adjusting rotating shaft 12 is rotatably installed at the middle position of the upper side of the cover plate, and the gear ring 11 is installed on the adjusting rotating shaft 12; a clamping block 14 is fixedly installed on the lower side of the adjusting rotating shaft 12, and the clamping block 14 is located between the two limiting blocks 13 and is matched with the two limiting blocks 13; as shown in fig. 5, five sixteenth gears 81 are rotatably installed at the upper side of the cover plate, and the five sixteenth gears 81 are engaged with the ring gear 11; the five fifth racks 15 are slidably mounted on the upper side of the cover plate, and the five fifth racks 15 are correspondingly engaged with the five sixteenth gears 81 one by one; as shown in fig. 3, five clamping units 10 are uniformly installed at the edge of the front half side of the cover plate.
As shown in fig. 6, the clamping unit 10 includes a clamping plate 17, a toggle plate 18, a second scroll spring 19, and a twelfth gear 80, wherein the toggle plate 18 is mounted with a first hinge lug 16, the first hinge lug 16 is mounted with a second hinge shaft 20, the toggle plate 18 is mounted on the edge surface of the cover plate via the first hinge lug 16, the lower end of the toggle plate 18 is fixedly mounted with the clamping plate 17, and the clamping plate 17 is engaged with the lower surface of the edge of the cover plate; a second scroll spring 19 for automatic return after the toggle plate 18 is driven to swing is arranged between the toggle plate 18 and the cover plate; as shown in fig. 5, a twelfth gear 80 is mounted on the second hinge shaft 20, and the twelfth gear 80 is correspondingly engaged with one of the fifth racks 15. In the invention, in the initial state, the upper surface of the clamping plate 17 arranged on the poking plate 18 is tightly attached to the lower surface at the edge of the barrel cover 2 by the scroll compression force of the second scroll spring 19; when a collecting bag is placed or taken down, the adjusting rotating shaft 12 is rotated through manual rotation, the adjusting rotating shaft 12 rotates to drive the gear ring 11 to rotate, the gear ring 11 rotates to drive the five sixteenth gears 81 to rotate, the five sixteenth gears 81 rotate to drive the five fifth racks 15 to slide, the five fifth racks 15 slide to drive the five twelfth gears 80 to rotate, the five twelfth gears 80 rotate to drive the five second hinged shafts 20 to rotate, the second hinged shafts 20 rotate to drive the corresponding poking plates 18 to swing towards the center of the barrel cover 2, the poking plates 18 swing to enable the joint between the clamping plates 17 and the barrel cover 2 to be opened, and the collecting bag can be placed or taken down after the joint is opened.
After the collecting bag is wrapped on the cover plate, the collecting bag is clamped on the cover plate through the five clamping units 10 and fixed with the cover plate; when clamped, the clamping plate 17 presses the bag tightly against the lower surface at the edge of the front half of the cover plate.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a clamping U-shaped plate 22 is detachably nested and installed at the front side of the ring sleeve 3; a collecting bag tightening mechanism 5 is arranged on the clamping U-shaped plate 22.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the collecting bag tightening mechanism 5 includes a guiding slider 55, a ninth gear 57, a first rotating shaft 58, a third rotating shaft 95, a seventh gear 51, a sixth gear 50, a third spring 94, a third spiral spring 99, a second spring 45, a mounting slider 48, and a limiting mechanism 43, wherein the mounting slider 48 is slidably mounted in the clamping U-shaped plate 22, and the mounting slider 46 is fixedly mounted on the upper side of the mounting slider 48; a second spring 45 is arranged between the mounting sliding plate 48 and the clamping U-shaped plate 22, the guide sliding block 55 is arranged on one side of the mounting sliding plate 48 in a sliding manner, and a third spring 94 is arranged between the guide sliding block 55 and the mounting sliding plate 48; one side of the fourth rack 54 is provided with a limit locking groove 98, and the fourth rack 54 is arranged on the guide sliding block 55 in a vertical sliding manner; the limiting mechanism 43 is mounted on the guide slide block 55, and the limiting mechanism 43 limits the fourth rack 54; one end of the first rotating shaft 58 is rotatably mounted on the mounting sliding plate 48, a third spiral spring 99 is mounted between the first rotating shaft 58 and the mounting sliding plate 48, a ninth gear 57 is fixedly mounted at the other end of the first rotating shaft 58, and the ninth gear 57 is meshed with the fourth rack 54; one end of a third rotating shaft 95 is rotatably arranged at one side of the mounting sliding plate 48, a seventh gear 51 is fixedly arranged at the other end of the third rotating shaft 95, the seventh gear 51 is in transmission connection with the ninth gear 57 through a gear, a sixth gear 50 is rotatably arranged on the ring sleeve 3, and the sixth gear 50 is matched with the seventh gear 51; a positioning block 52 is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the ring sleeve 3, and the positioning block 52 is matched with a fourth rack 54; after the fourth rack 54 contacts the positioning block 52, the sixth gear 50 and the seventh gear 51 start to be engaged.
In the invention, when the clamping U-shaped plate 22 is not installed, the lower end of the fourth rack 54 extends into a sliding groove 67 formed on the ring sleeve 3; the second spring 45 and the third spring 94 are both in a freely telescopic state; when the clamping U-shaped plate 22 is nested and mounted on the ring sleeve 3, the fourth rack 54 is pulled up through the pull ring 42, so that the limiting mechanism 43 limits the fourth rack 54, when the fourth rack 54 slides upwards, the fourth rack 54 drives the ninth gear 57 engaged with the fourth rack to rotate, the ninth gear 57 rotates to drive the first rotating shaft 58 to rotate, and the first rotating shaft 58 rotates to enable the third volute spring 99 to store force; meanwhile, the first rotating shaft 58 rotates to drive the eighth gear 53 to rotate, the eighth gear 53 rotates to drive the third gear 44 to rotate, the third gear 44 rotates to drive the fourth gear 47 to rotate, the fourth gear 47 rotates to drive the fifth gear 49 to rotate, the fifth gear 49 rotates to drive the third rotating shaft 95 to rotate, and the third rotating shaft 95 rotates to drive the seventh gear 51 to rotate; however, at this time, the seventh gear 51 is not meshed with the sixth gear 50, and therefore the seventh gear 51 idles.
As shown in fig. 13, the limiting mechanism 43 includes a limiting lock block 78, a fourth spring 84, a support rod 85, and a limiting shell 86, the limiting shell 86 is fixedly mounted on the guide slider 55 through the support rod 85, one end of the limiting lock block 78 has an inclined surface, the other end of the limiting lock block 78 is slidably mounted in the limiting shell 86, the fourth spring 84 is mounted between one end of the limiting lock block 78 located in the limiting shell 86 and the inner end surface of the limiting shell 86, and one end of the limiting lock block 78 having the inclined surface is engaged with the limiting lock groove 98.
When the fourth rack 54 is pulled up, after the limit lock groove 98 on the fourth rack 54 is matched with the limit lock block 78, the limit lock block 78 extends into the limit lock groove 98 under the action of the fourth spring 84 to limit the fourth rack 54; if the fourth rack 54 is pressed downwards, under the action of the upper inclined surface of the limit locking block 78, the fourth rack 54 can extrude the limit locking block 78 to retract into the limit shell 86, and the limit on the fourth rack 54 is released; the fourth tooth spring has pre-pressure, and after the limit lock block 78 is matched with the limit lock groove 98, the fourth rack 54 is driven downwards under the action of the fourth spring 84, so that the limit lock block 78 cannot be easily extruded to move inwards, that is, the limit of the limit mechanism 43 on the fourth rack 54 cannot be influenced by the reverse driving force of the third spiral spring 99.
The trigger mechanism 62 is arranged on the upper side of the squatting pan 63 through the mounting clamping plate 60, and the mounting clamping plate 60 is arranged on the squatting pan 63 through the clamping mechanism 61; as shown in fig. 15, the mounting clip 60 is divided into a left part and a right part, and two clamping clips 79 are respectively and symmetrically and fixedly mounted, and an elastic pad 82 is mounted between the two mounting clips 60; two fourth mounting grooves 68 are respectively formed on two end faces of one part, and a second mounting groove 65 is formed on the inner side of the rear area of the part; two fifth mounting grooves 100 are respectively arranged on two end faces of the other part; two first mounting grooves 64 are opened at one side of the four fifth mounting grooves 100, and a third mounting groove 66 is opened at one side of one of the first mounting grooves 64.

When the adjusting shaft 75 is adjusted by the hexagon wrench, the adjusting shaft 75 can drive the tenth gear 76 to rotate, the tenth gear 76 rotates to drive the eleventh gear 77 to rotate, the eleventh gear 77 rotates to drive the corresponding transmission rod 73 to rotate, and the transmission rod 73 rotates through the fifteenth gear 91; the fourteenth gear 90, the chain 89, the wheel 88 and the chain 89 drive the rest of the transmission rods 73 to rotate together, the transmission rods 73 rotate to drive the threaded rods 78 to rotate, and the threaded sleeves 74 are fixed on the corresponding mounting clamping plates 60, so that the mounting clamping plates 60 on the left side and the right side are driven to slide towards two sides under the action of threads when the threaded rods 78 rotate, the mounting clamping plates 60 slide to drive the clamping plates 79 mounted on the mounting clamping plates to slide and clamp the inner wall surfaces of the squatting pan 63, namely the mounting clamping plates 60 can be mounted on the upper side of the squatting pan 63 through the clamping mechanisms 61; the mounting plate 60 provides a mounting platform for the trigger mechanism 62.
The pedal 69 is arranged on the upper side of the mounting clamping plate 60 in a swinging mode, and a second plate spring 71 is arranged between the pedal 69 and the mounting clamping plate 60; the second wire sleeve 72 is fixedly installed in the second installation groove 65, one end of the second wire rope 70 is fixedly installed at the front lower side of the pedal 69, and the other end of the second wire rope 70 passes through the second wire sleeve 72 to be connected with the barrel cover 2.
As shown in fig. 2, a hinge shell 93 is fixedly mounted on an outer circumferential surface of the ring sleeve 3, a second hinge lug is fixedly mounted on an outer circumferential surface of the tub cover 2, a first hinge shaft 6 is fixedly mounted on the second hinge lug, two ends of the first hinge shaft 6 are rotatably mounted on the hinge shell 93, and two first volute springs 7 are symmetrically mounted between two ends of the first hinge shaft 6 and the hinge shell 93; a fixing plate 96 is fixedly installed at one side of the second hinge support lug, the first steel wire sleeve 8 is fixedly installed on the hinge shell 93, one end of the first steel wire rope 92 is fixedly installed on the fixing plate 96, and the other end of the first steel wire rope 92 penetrates through the first steel wire sleeve 8 and is fixedly connected with the second steel wire rope 70; the first wire sleeve 8 and the second wire sleeve 72 are fixedly connected through the wire sleeve.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, an installation guide housing 9 for guiding the fifth rack 15 is fixedly installed on the upper side of the cover plate.
As shown in fig. 2, two second scroll springs 19 are symmetrically installed between both ends of the second hinge shaft 20 and the cover plate.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, two clamping arc plates 21 with L-shaped cross sections are symmetrically and hingedly mounted on two sides of the clamping U-shaped plate 22 through two third hinge shafts 27, and a first gear 28 is fixedly mounted at each of the upper ends of the two third hinge shafts 27, as shown in fig. 10, two first racks 29 are fixedly mounted on two mounting sliders 46 through a first connecting plate 26, and the two first racks 29 are in one-to-one corresponding engagement with the two first gears 28. According to the collecting bag tensioning device, a certain clamping effect is achieved on a placed collecting bag through the two clamping arc plates, when the collecting bag is tensioned, the two mounting sliding blocks 46 slide to drive the two first connecting plates 26 to slide, the two first connecting plates 26 slide to drive the two first racks 29 to slide, the two first racks 29 slide to drive the two first gears 28 to rotate, the two first gears 28 rotate to drive the two third hinge shafts 27 to rotate, the two third hinge shafts 27 rotate to drive the two clamping arc plates 21 to swing outwards to open and relieve the clamping effect on the collecting bag, and the two clamping arc plates 21 are prevented from generating a pulling force on the collecting bag to influence the tensioning of the collecting bag in the tensioning process of the collecting bag. A clamping plate 79 with 160-degree radian is formed by the clamping U-shaped plate 22 and the two clamping arc plates 21, so that the clamping effect on the placed collection bag is realized.
As shown in fig. 8 and 10, a collecting bag clamping mechanism 25 is arranged between the ring sleeve 3 and the clamping U-shaped plate 22; the outer circle surface of the ring sleeve 3 is provided with a clamping groove 41. The bag gripping mechanism 25 provides a further gripping action on the placement of the collection bag.
As shown in fig. 10, the collecting bag clamping mechanism 25 includes a first plate spring 30, a clamping shifting plate 31, and a limiting block 32, wherein the clamping shifting plate 31 is installed on the outer circumferential surface of the ring sleeve 3 in a swinging manner, the limiting block 32 is fixedly installed at the lower end of the clamping shifting plate 31, the limiting block 32 is engaged with the engaging groove 41, and the first plate spring 30 is installed between the clamping shifting plate 31 and the ring sleeve 3. Under the action of the first plate spring 30, the limiting fixture block 32 is tightly clamped in the clamping groove 41, and when a collection bag is placed, the collection bag is clamped in the clamping groove 41 through the limiting fixture block 32, so that the collection bag is clamped; when the collecting bag is recovered, the clamping shifting plate 31 is manually pulled to enable the clamping shifting plate 31 to swing, the clamping shifting plate 31 swings to drive the limiting clamping block 32 to swing to be separated from the clamping groove 41, and the clamping effect on the collecting bag is relieved.
As shown in fig. 8, the mounting shell 23 is fixedly mounted on the upper side of the clamping U-shaped plate 22, and a guide groove 24 is formed on the mounting shell 23; the two third racks 35 are respectively and fixedly installed on the two installation sliding blocks 46, the two second gears 36 are rotatably installed in the installation shell 23, and the two second gears 36 are respectively meshed with the two third racks 35 in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the two second racks 34 are respectively slidably mounted in the mounting shell 23, the two second racks 34 are engaged with the two second gears 36 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the upper ends of the two second racks 34 are respectively and fixedly mounted with a tightening shifting plate 33, and the two tightening shifting plates 33 pass through the guide groove 24 formed in the mounting shell 23. The reason for adding the third rack 35, the second gear 36, the second rack 34 and the tightening shifting plate 33 in the present invention is that in order to ensure that the two fourth racks 54 are located between the two sixth gears 50 and the two seventh gears 51 during the tightening of the collection bag, the two fourth racks 54 are not positioned to exert a squeezing restriction on the tightening of the collection bag, so the two mounting sliders 46 must slide in opposite directions; however, the user needs to move the two mounting sliders 46 to both sides during operation, which is inconvenient to operate, and the moving direction of the operator is changed by adding the third rack 35, the second gear 36, the second rack 34 and the tightening moving plate 33, so that the operator can use the device conveniently.
As shown in fig. 11, the inner side of the clamping U-shaped plate 22 is symmetrically provided with two gear mounting grooves 39, and the upper sides of the two gear mounting grooves 39 are respectively provided with a guide chute 38 for the corresponding mounting slide block 46 to slide and an escape chute 37 for the corresponding fourth rack 54 to pass through; as shown in fig. 12, the ring housing 3 is formed with two gear grooves 40 for mounting the sixth gear 50 and two sliding grooves 67 for inserting the fourth racks 54.
For the structure mounted on each of the two mounting skids 48, the eighth gear 53 is fixedly mounted on the first rotating shaft 58, the diameter of the eighth gear 53 being 2 times the diameter of the ninth gear 57; the third gear 44 and the fourth gear 47 are rotatably mounted on the corresponding mounting sliding plate 48 through a second rotating shaft 59 respectively, and the third gear 44 is meshed with the eighth gear 53, the fourth gear 47 is meshed with the third gear 44, the fifth gear 49 is fixedly mounted on the third rotating shaft 95, and the fifth gear 49 is meshed with the fourth gear 47; the diameter of the eighth gear 53 is 2 times the diameter of the fifth gear 49 and the diameter of the seventh gear 51 is 2 times the diameter of the fifth gear 49. According to the invention, the diameter ratio of the eighth gear 53, the ninth gear 57, the fifth gear 49, the seventh gear 51 and the sixth gear 50 is designed to ensure that the force stored in the third volute spring 99 can enable the rotation angles of the sixth gear 50 and the seventh gear 51 to achieve a good tightening effect on the collecting bag through the transmission of the gears under the condition that the fourth rack 54 is pressed upwards by the ring sleeve 3 for a small stroke.
The upper end of the fourth rack 54 is fixedly provided with a pull ring 42 for pulling.
The second spring 45 is an extension spring, and the third spring 94 is an extension spring.
The specific working process is as follows: when the recovery device designed by the invention is used, the clamping U-shaped plate 22 and the two clamping arc plates 21 are firstly taken down from the upper side of the ring sleeve 3 before use; then the pedal 69 is stepped backwards to enable the pedal 69 to swing backwards, the pedal 69 swings backwards to pull the cover plate to be opened through the first steel wire rope 92 and the second steel wire rope 70, then the collection bag is sleeved in the toilet paper barrel 1, the adjusting rotating shaft 12 is rotated through manual rotation, the adjusting rotating shaft 12 rotates to drive the gear ring 11 to rotate, the gear ring 11 rotates to drive the five sixteenth gears 81 to rotate, the five sixteenth gears 81 rotate to drive the five fifth racks 15 to slide, the five fifth racks 15 slide to drive the five twelfth gears 80 to rotate, the five twelfth gears 80 rotate to drive the five second articulated shafts 20 to rotate, the second articulated shafts 20 rotate to drive the corresponding poking plates 18 to swing towards the center of the barrel cover 2, the poking plates 18 swing to enable the joint between the clamping plates 17 and the barrel cover 2 to be opened, one part of the upper end of the collection bag is sleeved on the front half side of the cover plate, under the action of the second scroll spring 19, the five clamping units 10 tightly press the collection bag sleeved on the barrel cover 2, then the clamping U-shaped plate 22 and the two clamping arc plates 21 are clamped on the ring sleeve 3, when the clamping U-shaped plate 22 is nested and installed on the ring sleeve 3, the fourth rack 54 is pulled upwards through the pull ring 42, so that the limiting mechanism 43 limits the fourth rack 54, when the fourth rack 54 slides upwards, the fourth rack 54 can drive the ninth gear 57 meshed with the fourth rack to rotate, the ninth gear 57 rotates to drive the first rotating shaft 58 to rotate, and the first rotating shaft 58 rotates to enable the third scroll spring 99 to store force; meanwhile, the limiting clamping block 32 in the collecting bag clamping mechanism 25 is tightly clamped in the clamping groove 41, so that the collecting bag is clamped; after the collection bag is placed, the collection bag is clamped between the upper sides of the two sixth gears 50 and the lower sides of the two seventh gears 51.
When throwing the toilet paper, the user needs to step the pedal 69 backwards to enable the pedal 69 to swing backwards, the pedal 69 swings backwards to pull the cover plate to be opened through the first steel wire rope 92 and the second steel wire rope 70, and after throwing the toilet paper, the cover plate can be automatically closed under the action of the first scroll spring 7.
