In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a tea oil storage tank which comprises a tank body, a top plate, a bottom plate, a filtering device and supporting legs, wherein the tank body comprises a shell, an inner wall and an air pipe, the air pipe is arranged between the shell and the inner wall, the bottom end of the left side of the shell is provided with an air inlet, the upper end of the right side of the shell is provided with an air outlet, the middle part of the top plate is provided with an oil inlet, the bottom of the tank body is provided with the bottom plate, the supporting legs for supporting the weight of the bottom plate are arranged below the bottom plate, the filtering device is arranged at the lower part in the tank body and consists of a first filtering plate and a second filtering plate, the right end of the first filtering plate is clamped with the left end of the second filtering plate, the lower side of the first filtering plate is provided with, and the left end of the second filter plate is connected with the left end of the second blanking plate.
Furthermore, the first filter plate and the second filter plate form a V shape, the left end of the first filter plate is connected with the inner surface of the tank body in a sliding mode, and the right end of the second filter plate is connected with the inner surface of the tank body in a sliding mode.
Furthermore, the first blanking plate inclines leftwards to be connected with the bottom plate, and the second blanking plate inclines rightwards to be connected with the bottom plate.
Furthermore, an oil inlet pipe is arranged at the oil inlet, and a valve is arranged at the joint of the oil inlet pipe and the oil inlet.
Furthermore, the middle part of the bottom plate is provided with a filter residue hole, the filter residue hole is provided with a hole cover, and the V-shaped tip end formed by the first filter plate and the second filter plate is arranged above the filter residue hole.
Furthermore, fine holes are formed in the first filter plate and the second filter plate.
Furthermore, filter cloth is arranged on the first filter plate and the second filter plate.
Further, the left end of bottom plate is provided with left oil outlet, the right-hand member of bottom plate is provided with right oil outlet, left side oil outlet is located flitch one left side down, right side oil outlet is located flitch two right sides down.
The invention achieves the following beneficial effects:
according to the filtering device structure, the first filtering plate and the second filtering plate form a V shape, filtering impurities of tea oil are deposited on the V position of the filtering device, the first filtering plate and the second filtering plate are clamped, the clamping position is easy to open, the slidable end moves upwards along the inner surface of the tank body, the impurities fall from the clamping position and are discharged through the filter residue hole below the V-shaped tip, the structure is simple, the use is convenient, the purity of the tea oil is high, and the tea oil impurities are easy to discharge.
The air pipe of the invention can input hot steam or cold water into the diversion air pipe according to environmental change and requirements, thus adjusting the storage temperature of the tea oil and overcoming the problems of winterization and condensation of the tea oil or high temperature and easy oxidation of the tea oil.

Detailed Description
As used in the specification and in the claims, certain terms are used to refer to particular components. As one skilled in the art will appreciate, manufacturers may refer to a component by different names. This specification and claims do not intend to distinguish between components that differ in name but not function. The description which follows is a preferred embodiment of the present application, but is made for the purpose of illustrating the general principles of the application and not for the purpose of limiting the scope of the application. The protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the definitions of the appended claims.
The present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present application is not limited thereto.
The specific embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1, the tea oil storage tank according to the present invention comprises a tank body 1, a top plate 2, a bottom plate 3, a filtering device and supporting legs (not shown). Jar body 1 includes shell 5, inner wall 7 and trachea 6, is provided with trachea 6 between shell 5 and the inner wall 7, and 5 left sides bottoms of shell are provided with air inlet 10, and 5 right sides upper ends of shell are provided with gas outlet 11. The air pipe 6 can input hot steam or cold water into the diversion air pipe according to environmental changes and requirements, so that the storage temperature of the tea oil can be adjusted, and the problems of winterization condensation or high temperature and easy oxidation of the tea oil are solved. An oil inlet 4 is arranged in the middle of the top plate 2, an oil inlet pipe 19 is arranged at the position of the oil inlet 4, and a valve 18 is arranged at the joint of the oil inlet pipe 19 and the oil inlet 4. The bottom of the tank body 1 is provided with a bottom plate 3, and supporting legs for supporting the weight of the tank body are arranged below the bottom plate 3.
As shown in figures 1-2, a filtering device is arranged at the lower part in the tank body 1, the filtering device is composed of a first filtering plate 8 and a second filtering plate 9, fine holes 21 are arranged on the first filtering plate 8 and the second filtering plate 9, and filtering cloth 20 is arranged on the first filtering plate 8 and the second filtering plate 9. The right end of the first filter plate 8 is clamped with the left end of the second filter plate 9, the first filter plate 8 and the second filter plate 9 form a V shape, the left end of the first filter plate 8 is connected with the inner surface of the tank body 1 in a sliding mode, and the right end of the second filter plate 9 is connected with the inner surface of the tank body 4 in a sliding mode. The V type is constituteed with filter two 9 to filter 8, makes the filter impurity deposit of tea-seed oil at filter equipment's V position, and filter 8 and filter two 9 are the joint, and then the joint position is easily opened, and the one end that can slide is about to the left end of filter 8 and the right-hand member of filter 9 two and is upwards removed along jar 1 internal surface, and impurity falls from the joint. Simple structure, convenient to use, tea-seed oil purity is high, and tea-seed oil impurity is easily discharged.
As shown in figure 1, a first blanking plate 12 is arranged on the lower side of a first filter plate 8, the right end of the first filter plate 8 is connected with the right end of the first blanking plate 12, a second blanking plate 13 is arranged on the lower side of a second filter plate 9, and the left end of the second filter plate 9 is connected with the left end of the second blanking plate 13. The first blanking plate 12 is obliquely and leftwards connected with the bottom plate 3 in a sliding mode, and the second blanking plate 13 is obliquely and rightwards connected with the bottom plate 3 in a sliding mode. The first lower material plate 12 and the second lower material plate 13 are arranged, so that when the clamping position of the first filter plate 8 and the second filter plate 9 is opened, the first lower material plate 12 slides along with the first filter plate 8, the second lower material plate 13 slides along with the second filter plate 9, tea oil is discharged along the directions of the first lower material plate 12 and the second lower material plate 13 after being filtered, and the tea oil is not easy to leak into a filter residue port.
As shown in figure 1, a filter residue hole 16 is formed in the middle of the bottom plate 3, a hole cover 17 is arranged at the position of the filter residue hole 16, and a V-shaped tip formed by the first filter plate 8 and the second filter plate 9 is arranged above the filter residue hole 16. The left end of bottom plate 3 is provided with left oil outlet 14, and the right-hand member of bottom plate 3 is provided with right oil outlet 15, and left oil outlet 14 is located flitch one 12 left sides down, and right oil outlet 15 is located flitch two 13 right sides down. After passing through the first filter plate 8 and the second filter plate 9, the filtered tea oil flows into the left oil outlet 15 and the right oil outlet 16 from the first lower plate 12 and the second lower plate 13 respectively.

Claims (8)
1. A tea oil storage tank is characterized by comprising a tank body (1), a top plate (2), a bottom plate (3), a filtering device and supporting legs, wherein the tank body (1) comprises a shell (5), an inner wall (7) and an air pipe (8), the air pipe (8) is arranged between the shell (5) and the inner wall (7), the bottom end of the left side of the shell (5) is provided with an air inlet (10), the upper end of the right side of the shell (5) is provided with an air outlet (11), the middle part of the top plate (2) is provided with an oil inlet (4), the bottom of the tank body (1) is provided with the bottom plate (3), the supporting legs for supporting the weight of the supporting legs are arranged below the bottom plate (3), the filtering device is arranged at the inner lower part of the tank body (1) and consists of a first filtering plate (8) and a second filtering plate (9), the right end of the first filtering plate, the downside of filter (8) is provided with down flitch (12), the right-hand member of filter (8) meets with the right-hand member of unloading board (12), the downside of filter two (9) is provided with down flitch two (13), the left end of filter two (9) meets with the left end of unloading board two (13).
2. The tea oil storage tank according to claim 1, wherein the first filter plate (8) and the second filter plate (9) are formed in a V-shape, the left end of the first filter plate (8) is slidably connected to the inner surface of the tank body (1), and the right end of the second filter plate (9) is slidably connected to the inner surface of the tank body (1).
3. The tea oil storage tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first discharging plate (12) is connected to the bottom plate ()3 obliquely to the left, and the second discharging plate (13) is connected to the bottom plate (3) obliquely to the right.
4. The tea oil storage tank according to claim 1, wherein an oil inlet pipe (19) is arranged at the oil inlet (4), and a valve (18) is arranged at the joint of the oil inlet pipe (19) and the oil inlet (4).
5. The filterable tea oil storage tank according to claim 1, wherein the bottom plate (3) is provided with a residue hole (16) at the middle portion thereof, and a hole cover (17) is provided at the residue hole (16), and the first filter plate (8) and the second filter plate (9) are formed into a V-shaped tip and are disposed above the residue hole (16).
6. A filterable tea oil storage tank according to claim 2, wherein the first filter plate (8) and the second filter plate (9) are provided with fine holes (21).
7. A filterable tea oil storage tank according to claim 6, wherein the first filter plate (8) and the second filter plate (9) are provided with filter cloth (20).
8. The tea oil storage tank capable of filtering according to claim 3, wherein the left end of the bottom plate (3) is provided with a left oil outlet hole (14), the right end of the bottom plate (3) is provided with a right oil outlet hole (15), the left oil outlet hole (14) is positioned at the left side of the first blanking plate (12), and the right oil outlet hole (15) is positioned at the right side of the second blanking plate (13).
