As an embodiment of the present invention, the reminder unit 300 further includes a second monitoring port 303, a second control port 304, a seat sensor indicator 301, a seat belt sensor indicator 302, a power indicator 305, a seat monitoring indicator 306, a seat belt monitoring indicator 307, a voice indicator 308, a voice prompt switch 3081, the seat monitoring system comprises a volume adjusting potentiometer 3082, a seat monitoring switch 3061 and a safety belt monitoring switch 3071, wherein a second monitoring port 303 and a second control port 304 are electrically connected with a control unit 1, a seat sensor indicator lamp 301, a safety belt sensor indicator lamp 302, a power source indicator lamp 305, a seat monitoring indicator lamp 306, a safety belt monitoring indicator lamp 307, a voice indicator lamp 308, a seat monitoring switch 3061 and a safety belt monitoring switch 3071 are electrically connected with an indicator lamp display unit 2, and a voice prompt switch 3081 and a volume adjusting potentiometer 3082 are electrically connected with a voice unit 3; the power indicator lamp 305 is used to indicate the operating state of the system; the voice indicating lamp 308 is used for indicating the working state of the voice unit 3; the seat monitoring indicator light 306 is used for indicating the working state of the seat sensor 102; the seat belt monitoring indicator lamp 307 is used for indicating the operating state of the seat belt sensor 101; the voice prompt switch 3081 is used for turning on or turning off the voice alarm prompt; the volume adjustment potentiometer 3082 is used for adjusting the tone of the voice alarm; the seat monitoring switch 3061 is used to turn all seat sensor indicator light 301 displays on or off; the seat belt monitoring switch 3071 is used to turn on or off all of the seat belt sensor indicator lights 302 for display; the seat sensor indicator lamp 301 is used for indicating whether the control unit 1 receives the first detection signal sent by the seat sensor 102 corresponding to the seat sensor indicator lamp 301; the seat belt sensor indicator lamp 302 is used to indicate whether the control unit 1 receives the second detection signal sent by the seat belt sensor 101 corresponding to the seat belt indicator lamp 302.

As an embodiment of the present invention, a schematic diagram of a circuit board of the voice unit 3 is shown in fig. 4, the voice unit 3 includes a voice control unit 31 and a power amplifier unit 32 which are electrically connected, the voice control unit 31 plays designated voice content according to a received alarm signal, and the main chips include JQ6500, 25L1606E, 8002AIM 1875T; the power amplifier unit 32 mainly amplifies weak signals from a sound source or a preamplifier to push an external loudspeaker to sound, and a main chip is IM 1875T.
As an embodiment of the present invention, in the case where the first detection signal is obtained but the second detection signal is not obtained, it is determined that the passenger has not buckled the seat belt after sitting, and the passenger is reminded to buckle the seat belt by the state changes of the seat sensor indicator lamp 301 and the seat belt sensor indicator lamp 302 corresponding to the seat number and by voice broadcast; for example, if the seat sensor indicator lamp 301 is on to indicate that the first detection signal is obtained and the seat belt sensor indicator lamp 302 is on to indicate that the second detection signal is obtained, and if the first detection signal is obtained but the second detection signal is not obtained, the seat sensor indicator lamp 301 is on and the seat belt sensor indicator lamp 302 is off, it can be confirmed that the passenger with the seat number does not buckle the seat belt; alternatively, the seat sensor indicator 301 is turned off to indicate that the first detection signal is obtained, the seatbelt sensor indicator 302 is turned off to indicate that the second detection signal is obtained, and in the case where the first detection signal is obtained but the second detection signal is not obtained, the seat sensor indicator 301 is turned off and the seatbelt sensor indicator 302 is turned on, so that it can be confirmed that the passenger of the seat number does not fasten a seatbelt.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the detection unit 200 sets a certain interval to scan the seat belt optical coupling isolation port 201 and the seat optical coupling isolation port 202 once, so as to avoid frequent voice alarm caused by the short-time rising of the passenger.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the external expansion device is an in-vehicle device or cloud DTU206, the in-vehicle device or cloud DTU206 uploads the received data of the detection unit 200 to a cloud server 208 through a communication module 207, the communication module 207 is 2G, 4G, or 5G, the data of the detection unit 200 is stored in the cloud server 208 and can be called by a client 209 connected to the cloud server 208, the number of the clients 209 is not limited, and the client 209 uses the data as the following and is not limited to the following scenario analysis, for example: the method comprises the following steps of vehicle management, seat attendance statistics, passenger flow analysis, seat & safety belt inspection fault reminding, seat & safety belt monitoring reminding, seat & safety belt real-time query, seat & safety belt historical query and the like.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the detection unit 200 further includes a third monitoring port 2031 and a third control port 2041, and when the number of the passenger car seats exceeds the number of the seat sensors and the output signals of the seat belt sensors that can be received by the seat optical coupling isolation port 201 and the seat optical coupling isolation port 202 of the detection unit 200, the third monitoring port 2031 and the third control port 2041 are connected to the monitoring port and the control port of the new detection unit, so that the seat sensors and the seat belt sensors that exceed the number detected by the detection unit 200 are connected to the seat optical coupling isolation port and the seat optical coupling isolation port of the newly added detection unit, and it is not necessary to change the system, so as to implement system expansion and ensure flexibility of system expansion.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the power indicator 305 is fully on to indicate that the system is powered on to enter the working state; the voice indicating lamp 308 is fully on and is used for indicating the voice unit 3 to enter a working state; the seat monitoring indicator light 306 is fully on to indicate that the seat sensor 102 is in an operating state; the seat belt monitoring indicator lamp 307 is fully on to indicate that the seat belt sensor 101 enters an operating state; when no passenger gets on the vehicle, all the seat sensor indicator lamps 301 and the seat belt sensor indicator lamps 302 are turned off at the moment, which indicates that the first detection signal and the second detection signal are not received, when the first detection signal is received and the second detection signal is not received, the corresponding seat sensor indicator lamps 301 are turned on, and meanwhile, the seat belt which broadcasts the seat number in a voice mode is not buckled, so that the passenger is prompted to be buckled; or when no passenger gets on the vehicle, all the seat sensor indicator lamps 301 and the seat belt sensor indicator lamps 302 are fully turned on at the moment to indicate that the first detection signal and the second detection signal are not received, when the first detection signal is received and the second detection signal is not received, the corresponding seat sensor indicator lamps 301 are turned off, and meanwhile, the seat belt which broadcasts the seat number in a voice mode is not buckled to prompt the passenger to be buckled; if the driver considers that the voice broadcast sound is too high or low, the volume of the voice broadcast can be adjusted by the volume adjustment potentiometer 3082, and if the driver considers that the voice broadcast causes interference, the voice prompt switch 3081 can be turned off to turn off the voice broadcast.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the seat monitoring indicator lamp 306, the seatbelt monitoring indicator lamp 307, the seat monitoring switch 3061, and the seatbelt monitoring switch 3071 may also be used as a fault detection for the seat sensor 102 and the seatbelt sensor 101. When the seat sensors 102 are subjected to fault detection, the seat monitoring switch 3061 is opened, the safety belt monitoring switch 3071 is closed, the seat monitoring indicator lamps 306 are turned on, the safety belt monitoring indicator lamps 307 are turned off, the fault detection state of the seat sensors 102 is indicated, then whether each seat sensor 102 is normal or not is tested in sequence, if the condition that the first detection signal is not received is indicated by the fact that the seat sensor indicator lamps 301 are turned on or off completely, when the first detection signal is received, the corresponding seat sensor indicator lamps 301 are turned off or turned on, the seat sensors 102 indicating the seat numbers work normally, and if the condition that the seat sensors 102 indicating the seat numbers are in fault needs to be further detected; when fault detection is carried out on the seat belt sensors 101, the seat belt monitoring switch 3071 is turned on, the seat monitoring switch 3061 is turned off, the seat belt monitoring indicator lamps 307 are turned on, the seat monitoring indicator lamps 306 are turned off, the fault detection state of the seat belt sensors 101 is indicated, then whether each seat belt sensor 101 is normal or not is tested in sequence, if the seat belt sensor indicator lamps 302 are turned on or off completely to indicate that the second detection signal is not received, when the second detection signal is received, the corresponding seat belt sensor indicator lamps 302 are turned off or turned on, the seat belt sensors 101 indicating the seat numbers work normally, and if not, the seat belt sensors 101 indicating the seat numbers are in fault and need to be further detected; thus, the failure checking efficiency of the seat sensor and the seatbelt sensor is greatly improved.

Claims (10)

1. A seat belt monitoring system, comprising:
at least one seat, each said seat having a seat number corresponding thereto;
a sensor assembly including a seat sensor and a seat belt sensor mounted to the seat, the seat sensor for detecting a pressure of a human body, the seat sensor generating a first output signal when a human is seated on the seat; the safety belt sensor is used for detecting whether a safety belt is fastened or not, and when the safety belt is fastened, the safety belt sensor generates a second output signal;
the detection unit is provided with an optical coupling isolation port, the optical coupling isolation port comprises a seat optical coupling isolation port for receiving the first output signal and a safety belt optical coupling isolation port for receiving the second output signal, and the first output signal and the second output signal are converted into a first detection signal and a second detection signal through an optical coupling;
the reminding unit is provided with an indicator light, and controls the state change of the indicator light according to the received first detection signal and the second detection signal so as to prompt that the seat number of the safety belt is not fastened; and for the condition that the first detection signal is received but the second detection signal is not received, the reminding unit sends out a voice alarm to remind that the safety belt of the seat number is not fastened.
2. The seat belt monitoring system according to claim 1, wherein the reminder unit includes a control unit, an indicator light display unit, and a voice unit that are electrically connected; the control unit sends corresponding control signals to the indicator light display unit according to the received first detection signal and the second detection signal so as to change the state of the indicator light, and thus a driver or a passenger without a safety belt is prompted through the change of the state of the indicator light; and the control unit sends an alarm signal to the voice unit under the condition that the first detection signal is received but the second detection signal is not received, so that the voice unit broadcasts voice alarm content through an external voice output device.

The seat belt monitoring system according to claim 2, wherein the control unit comprises a voltage control unit (11), an MCU (12), a trigger data serial port (13), a communication unit (14), a download program serial port (15), a clock control unit (16) and a display control unit (17) which are electrically connected; the voltage control unit (11) is used for adjusting the voltage input into the control unit so as to stabilize the voltage output to the control unit; the MCU (12) analyzes and processes the received first detection signal and the second detection signal and sends out corresponding control signals; the trigger data serial port (13) is used for sending a voice alarm signal sent by the MCU (12) to the voice unit; the communication unit (14) is used for receiving the first detection signal and the second detection signal and transmitting a control signal sent by the MCU (12) to the voice unit and the indicator light display unit; the download program serial port (15) is used for downloading the edited control program to the MCU (12); the clock control unit (16) is used for providing a relatively accurate real-time clock and calendar; the display control unit (17) is used for amplifying the control signal sent by the MCU (12).

The seatbelt monitoring system according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the indicator light display unit includes an indicator light control unit (21), a seat sensor indicator light display unit (22), a seatbelt sensor indicator light display unit (23), a power indicator light display unit (24), a voice indicator light display unit (25), a seat monitoring indicator light display unit (26), and a seatbelt monitoring indicator light display unit (27) which are electrically connected; the indicating lamp control unit is used for amplifying the received control signal sent by the MCU (12) and driving indicating lamps arranged on the seat sensor indicating lamp display unit (22), the safety belt sensor indicating lamp display unit (23), the power supply indicating lamp display unit (24), the voice indicating lamp display unit (25), the seat monitoring indicating lamp display unit (26) and the safety belt monitoring indicating lamp display unit (27) to change in state; the seat sensor indicator lamp display unit (22) comprises a seat sensor indicator lamp for indicating whether the control unit receives the first detection signal sent by the seat sensor corresponding to the seat sensor indicator lamp; the safety belt sensor indicator lamp display unit (23) comprises a safety belt sensor indicator lamp for indicating whether the control unit receives the second detection signal sent by the safety belt sensor corresponding to the safety belt sensor indicator lamp; the power indicator lamp display unit (24) comprises a power indicator lamp for indicating the working state of the system; the voice indicator lamp display unit (25) comprises a voice indicator lamp which is used for indicating the working state of the voice unit; the seat monitoring indicator lamp display unit (26) comprises a seat monitoring indicator lamp for indicating the working state of the seat sensor; the safety belt monitoring indicator lamp display unit (27) comprises a safety belt monitoring indicator lamp which is used for indicating the working state of the safety belt sensor.

The seat belt monitoring system according to claim 2, wherein the voice unit comprises a voice control unit (31) and a power amplification unit (32) which are electrically connected, the voice control unit (31) plays specified voice content according to the received alarm signal, and the power amplification unit (32) pushes an external speaker to sound.

The seat belt monitoring system according to claim 1, wherein the detection unit comprises a signal processing unit (43), a trigger signal input serial port (44), a power communication signal input serial port (45), and a communication signal output serial port (46); trigger signal input serial ports (44) do the opto-coupler isolation port is used for receiving first output signal with second output signal, signal processing unit (43) are used for right first output signal with second output signal carries out the opto-coupler conversion, so that first output signal with second output signal pass through the opto-coupler convert into with first detected signal with the second detected signal, power communication signal input serial ports (45) are used for connecting external power supply, communication signal output serial ports (46) are used for connecting speech output and external extension equipment.

The seat belt monitoring system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the detection unit further comprises a first monitoring port and a first control port, the reminder unit further comprises a second monitoring port and a second control port; the first monitoring port is connected with the second monitoring port so that the first detection signal and the second detection signal are transmitted to the control unit; the first control port and the second control port are connected so that signal data of the control unit can be transmitted to the detection unit.

The seatbelt monitoring system according to claim 7, wherein the external extension device is an in-vehicle unit or a cloud DTU, the in-vehicle unit or the cloud DTU is connected with a cloud server through a communication module, the signal data received by the first control port is forwarded to the cloud server, and the cloud server stores the signal data for a client call connected with the cloud server.

The seat belt monitoring system of claim 1, wherein the seat sensor is a membrane pressure sensor mounted below a cushion of the seat, the seat sensor generating the first output signal when the seat sensor senses the weight of a human body; the safety belt sensor is a switch type sensor, the safety belt sensor is installed at a safety belt socket, and when the safety belt is buckled, the safety belt sensor generates a second output signal.
10. The seatbelt monitoring system according to claim 6, wherein the detection unit further includes a third monitoring port and a third control port for expansion of the detection unit such that the detection unit is expandable as the number of seatbelts increases.
