Abstract
The invention relates to a hammer nail gun, comprising: a housing including a holding portion and a hammering body portion; the nail box comprises a nail rail, at least one part of which is accommodated in the shell, can move relative to the shell in a nail discharging position and a nail installing position, and comprises a nail discharging port which is relatively positioned at the front end of the hammering body part; the nail pushing mechanism comprises a nail pushing piece movably arranged on the nail rail and a constant force spring capable of rolling, the constant force spring is connected with the nail rail in a positioning mode through a connecting part and is positioned at the front end of the nail box, the constant force spring is connected with one inner face of the nail pushing piece, and the nail pushing piece can move to a position above the connecting part or outside the range of the connecting part; and the striking mechanism is arranged on the hammering body part and is used for striking at least one nail needle assembled in the nail box out of the nail outlet. The hammer nail gun can push the nail with fixed thrust.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a hammering nail gun.
Background
A conventional hammer nail gun, such as that disclosed in taiwan patent nos. TW M545676 or TW M432507, comprises a housing and a nail magazine pivotally connected to each other, wherein a striking plate is provided in the housing, and when the nail gun is hammered toward a surface of an object to be nailed, the housing is relatively pivotally swung toward the nail magazine, and the striking plate penetrates the nail magazine to eject the nail. Wherein, the nail needle must be continuously pushed forward to the relative lower part of the striking plate, and then the nail can be continuously discharged.
In a conventional hammer nail gun, a nail pushing member is connected to a nail pushing member through a tension or compression spring, so that the nail pushing member continuously keeps the function of pushing the nail. However, the tension or compression spring has a characteristic that the larger the deformation amount is, the larger the elastic force is, the more effort is required to move the staple pusher at the time of stapling, and the force acting on the staples is not constant depending on the number of staples, so that there is a problem that the staples are unstable, deflected or tilted, and the staples are easily caught.
Therefore, there is a need for a new and improved hammer nail gun to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a hammering nail gun which can push a nail with fixed thrust.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a hammer nail gun, including: a housing including a holding portion and a hammering body portion; the nail box comprises a nail rail, at least one part of which is accommodated in the shell, can move relative to the shell in a nail discharging position and a nail installing position, and comprises a nail discharging port which is relatively positioned at the front end of the hammering body part; the nail pushing mechanism comprises a nail pushing piece movably arranged on the nail rail and a constant force spring capable of rolling, the constant force spring is connected with the nail rail in a positioning mode through a connecting part and is positioned at the front end of the nail box, the constant force spring is connected with one inner face of the nail pushing piece, and the nail pushing piece can move to a position above the connecting part or outside the range of the connecting part; and the striking mechanism is arranged on the hammering body part and is used for striking at least one nail needle assembled in the nail box out of the nail outlet.
Preferably, the nail pushing member is further provided with a protruding member protruding from the inner surface, and the constant force spring is connected to the protruding member.
Preferably, the protruding member includes a neck portion and a flange extending laterally from the neck portion, the flange extending in a plane parallel to the inner surface in a folded manner, and the constant force spring includes a sleeve hole sleeved on the neck portion.
Preferably, the protruding member further includes a foot portion extending from the flange in a direction away from the inner face.
Preferably, the nail rail includes a retaining protrusion, the nail pushing member includes a limiting member facing the retaining protrusion and capable of being retained by the retaining protrusion, the limiting member includes a longitudinal plate protruding from the inner surface and a transverse plate transverse to the longitudinal plate and connected between the inner surface and the longitudinal plate, and the flange turns and extends toward the transverse plate.

Preferably, the nail rail comprises at least one connecting groove, each connecting groove comprises a narrow section and a wide section located between the nail outlet and the narrow section, the connecting part is clamped in the narrow section of the at least one connecting groove, and the constant force spring can roll around the connecting part.
Preferably, the distance from the connecting part to a center of gravity of the hammer nail gun is not less than 95.00mm and less than 125.00 mm.

Detailed Description
The following description is given by way of example only, and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, which show a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a hammer nail gun 1 of the present invention includes a housing 10, a nail magazine 20, a nail pushing mechanism 30 and a striking mechanism 40.
The shell comprises a holding part 11 and a hammering body part 12; the nail magazine comprises a nail rail 21 and is at least partially accommodated in the housing, the nail magazine and the housing can move relatively to each other at a nail discharging position (figures 3 and 4) and a nail loading position (figure 1), the nail magazine further comprises a nail discharging port 22 relatively positioned at a front end 121 of the hammering body; the nail pushing mechanism comprises a nail pushing piece 31 movably arranged on the nail rail and a rollable constant force spring 32, the constant force spring is connected with the nail rail in a positioning way through a connecting part 33 and is positioned at the front end of the nail box, the constant force spring is connected with an inner surface 311 of the nail pushing piece, and the nail pushing piece can move to be positioned relatively above the connecting part or outside the range of the connecting part; the striking mechanism is arranged on the hammering body part and is used for striking at least one nail needle assembled in the nail box out of the nail outlet. Thus, the constant force spring can provide a constant force to the nail pushing piece to push the nail needle with a fixed pushing force.
Preferably, the length from the turning part of the holding part and the hammering body part to the tail end of the holding part is not less than 120 +/-2 mm; the length ratio of the holding part to the hammering body part is between 0.45 and 0.50, and the gravity center configuration is considered and the grasping is convenient.
The nail rail comprises at least one connecting groove 211, each connecting groove comprises a narrow section 212 and a wide section 213 positioned between the nail outlet and the narrow section, the connecting part is clamped in the narrow section of the at least one connecting groove, and the constant force spring can roll around the connecting part. In this embodiment, the two opposite sides of the nail rail are respectively provided with the connecting groove, the connecting part is a shaft rod which is pivoted through the constant force spring, the wide section is favorable for the installation of the shaft rod, and the narrow section is favorable for the stable assembly (for example, a slightly tight fit clamping) of the shaft rod. The constant force spring has a counterweight effect, can increase the hammering effect of the hammering nail gun, and has the effects of light weight, shock absorption and noise reduction. The distance D1 from the connecting portion to a center of gravity W of the hammer nail gun is preferably not less than 95.00mm and less than 125.00 mm.
The ejector pin is further provided with a protrusion 312 protruding from the inner surface, and the constant force spring is connected to the protrusion, however, the constant force spring may also be connected to the ejector pin by a pin, a fastener, or the like. The male member includes a neck portion 313 and a flange 314 extending laterally therefrom, the flange extending in a plane P parallel to the inner surface, the spring including a socket 321 in the neck portion, the flange allowing the spring to be released from the neck portion. The male member further includes a foot 315 extending from the flange away from the inner face, the foot preferably being smaller in diameter than the neck to facilitate nesting of the trepan. The foot, the flange and the neck are bent in multiple directions (such as xyz direction), so as to ensure that the constant force spring is not separated from the convex piece randomly.
The nail rail includes (preferably integrally formed) a stop protrusion 214, and the nail pushing member further includes (preferably integrally formed) a stopper 316 facing and stopped by the stop protrusion. The stopper includes (preferably integrally formed) a longitudinal plate 317 protruding from the inner surface and a transverse plate 318 transverse to the longitudinal plate and connected between the inner surface and the longitudinal plate, the transverse plate can be stopped at the stop protrusion to limit the nail pushing member, and the transverse plate can also strengthen the structure of the stopper. The flange is bent and extends towards the transverse plate (opposite to the winding direction of the constant force spring), so that the constant force spring is effectively limited. The longitudinal plate includes a hook 319 extending toward the front end of the nail box, preferably, the extension of the constant force spring from the trepan boring toward the position limiting member is not shorter than the distance D2 from an extension line L of the foot to the hook, so as to prevent the constant force spring from falling off from the foot, and the hook can also hook against the stop protrusion to prevent the nail pushing member from lifting up.
The inner surface is provided with a plurality of through holes 215, the convex part and the limiting part can be seen from the plurality of through holes, and the combination state of the constant force spring can be seen; the nail magazine further comprises a cover member 34 covering the nail rail and the nail pushing member for stably keeping the nail pushing member, the cover member is provided with at least one window portion 341 marked with at least one needle amount indication 342, and the nail pushing member comprises an index 216 which can be exposed from the at least one window portion and can correspond to the at least one needle amount indication; the housing is further provided with a latch mechanism 13, and the nail rail is further provided with a catching groove 23, the latch mechanism is releasably latched to the catching groove to lock the nail magazine in the nail ejecting position or to release the latch mechanism for latching the catching groove to extract the nail magazine replacement nail.

Claims (10)
1. A hammer nailer, comprising:
a housing including a holding portion and a hammering body portion;
the nail box comprises a nail rail, at least one part of which is accommodated in the shell, can move relative to the shell in a nail discharging position and a nail installing position, and comprises a nail discharging port which is relatively positioned at the front end of the hammering body part;
the nail pushing mechanism comprises a nail pushing piece movably arranged on the nail rail and a constant force spring capable of rolling, the constant force spring is connected with the nail rail in a positioning mode through a connecting part and is positioned at the front end of the nail box, the constant force spring is connected with one inner face of the nail pushing piece, and the nail pushing piece can move to a position above the connecting part or outside the range of the connecting part;
and the striking mechanism is arranged on the hammering body part and is used for striking at least one nail needle assembled in the nail box out of the nail outlet.
2. The nailing gun of claim 1, wherein the nail pushing member is further provided with a projection projecting from the inner surface, and the constant force spring is connected to the projection.
3. The nailing gun of claim 2, wherein the male member comprises a neck and a flange extending laterally from the neck, the flange extending in a plane parallel to the inner face, the spring including a trepan boring in the neck.
4. The nailing gun of claim 3 wherein the projection further comprises a foot extending from the flange away from the inner face.

The nailing gun of claim 4, wherein the nail rail comprises a stop protrusion, the nail pushing member comprises a retaining member facing the stop protrusion and capable of being stopped by the stop protrusion, the retaining member comprises a longitudinal plate protruding from the inner surface and a transverse plate transverse to the longitudinal plate and connected between the inner surface and the longitudinal plate, and the flange is bent to extend toward the transverse plate.
6. The nailing gun of claim 5 wherein the longitudinal plate includes a hook portion extending towards the front end of the magazine.

The nailing gun of claim 1, wherein the nail rail comprises a stop projection, the nail pushing member comprises a retaining member facing the stop projection and capable of being stopped by the stop projection, and the retaining member comprises a longitudinal plate protruding from the inner surface and a transverse plate transverse to the longitudinal plate and connected between the inner surface and the longitudinal plate.

The nailing gun of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the nail rail comprises at least one slot, each slot comprises a narrow section and a wide section between the nail outlet and the narrow section, the connecting part is clamped in the narrow section of the at least one slot, and the constant force spring can roll around the connecting part.
10. The nailing gun as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the distance from the attachment portion to a centre of gravity of the nailing gun is not less than 95.00mm and less than 125.00 mm.
