A bolt-fastening device according to claim 1, wherein the second connecting portion comprises a threaded section provided with external threads, and the operating rod is provided at an end thereof adjacent to the second connecting portion with a movable outer sleeve member provided with internal threads matching the external threads, the outer sleeve member being threadedly connected to the threaded section.

The bolt fastening device according to claim 6, wherein a clamping section is connected to an end of the threaded section away from the body section, a clamping groove is formed in an end surface of the clamping section, an inner sleeve is arranged at an end of the operating rod close to the second connecting portion, the inner sleeve is arranged in the outer sleeve, and a clamping member is arranged on the inner sleeve and is used for being embedded in the clamping groove.
8. The bolt fastening device according to claim 7, wherein the clamping groove penetrates through the circumferential surface of the clamping section in the radial direction of the clamping section, and the length of the clamping piece is greater than or equal to that of the clamping groove.
9. The bolt-fastening device according to claim 6, wherein the second connecting portion is further provided with a stopper section connecting the body section and the threaded section, and a radial length of the stopper section is larger than a radial length of the threaded section.
10. Bolt fastening means according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the operating rod is at least partially of an insulating material.
