When the gear column 2 rotates, the first gear 603 and the first gear ring 701 which are meshed with the gear column 2 rotate at the same time, the first gear ring 701 drives the connecting frame 702 to rotate, the second gear ring 703 which is meshed with the first gear 603 also rotates, and the second gear 706 drives the cleaning wheel 705 to rotate in the rotating process, so that the cleaning wheel 705 can rub and clean the outer surface of the steel pipe.
And when the supporting mechanism 6 drives the grinding mechanism 7 to reciprocate, the first gear 603 and the first gear ring 701 will always be engaged with the gear column 2.
