Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the self-cleaning drum screen includes a filter cartridge 1, a frame 2, a rotating mechanism 3, a flow guiding body 4 and a spraying device 5, for washing the material and separating soluble substances and insoluble substances in the material.
In the present embodiment, the filter cartridge 1 includes a cylinder 11 and a filter screen 12. Wherein the barrel 11 is a hollow cylinder, and the inside of the barrel 11 is provided with filter chambers communicated with the two ends of the barrel 11 along the axis direction, and the two ends form an inlet and an outlet of materials. The side wall of the cylinder 11 is provided with a plurality of filtering holes 111 which are communicated with the internal filtering cavity, and the filter screen 12 is fixedly connected with the cylinder 11 and covers the filtering holes 111. The filter screen 12 is provided with a slit smaller than the filter hole 111 for intercepting the filter material. The filter 12 may be disposed on the outer surface of the cylinder 11 or on the inner surface of the cylinder 11, and in this embodiment, the filter 12 is fixedly disposed on the inner surface of the cylinder 11.
When the filter cartridge 1 is used, the filter cartridge needs to be obliquely arranged, an opening at the upper end of the filter cavity is an inlet, and an opening at the lower end of the filter cavity is an outlet. The material is put in from the inlet above, and the material slides down along the inner wall of the cylinder 11 in the filtering cavity by using gravity and falls out from the outlet below. Generally, in order to control and improve the screening efficiency, the material moving speed in the cylinder 11 cannot be too fast, otherwise the screening is insufficient and incomplete, so the cylinder 11 generally has a relatively strictly-defined installation inclination angle, and generally the angle is about 5 °.
In the present embodiment, the desired inclination of 5 ° is formed by disposing the filter cartridge 1 on the frame 2. The frame 2 comprises an elevated frame 21, a short frame 22 and a plurality of roller assemblies 23, wherein the elevated frame 21 is higher and the short frame 22 is shorter as the name suggests, and the filter cartridge 1 is placed on the elevated frame 21 and the short frame 22 to realize the tilting effect.
At least one roller assembly 23 is fixedly arranged on the top of each of the high frame 21 and the low frame 22, and the roller assemblies 23 are provided with rollers. In conformity with the roller assembly 23, two annular connecting portions 112 extend from two ends of the barrel 11 along the radial direction, and the connecting portions 112 are matched with the rollers of the roller assembly 23, and are nested and rotatably connected together. In this embodiment, the roller assembly 23 also serves as a bearing support for the stability of the barrel 11. Therefore, two roller assemblies 23 are fixedly arranged on the tops of the high frame 21 and the low frame 22, the connecting part 112 is rested on the two roller assemblies 23, and the connecting part 112 and the two roller assemblies 23 form a triangular structure.
The rotating mechanism 3 is in transmission connection with one of the roller assemblies 23, and the rotating mechanism 3 can drive the roller of the roller assembly 23 to rotate, and drive the connecting portion 112 to rotate through the roller of the roller assembly 23, so as to further drive the filter cartridge 1 to rotate. In this embodiment, the rotating mechanism 3 may be powered by a motor, and the connecting portion 112 is pressed against the roller of the roller assembly 23 under the action of the self gravity of the barrel 11, so as to form a static friction force between the two, by which the roller of the roller assembly 23 drives the connecting portion 112 to rotate. In other embodiments, the connecting portion 112 and the outer side surface of the roller assembly 23 may be provided with screw teeth, and the connecting portion 112 and the roller of the roller assembly 23 are connected through screw engagement and are driven through screw engagement, which is more reliable than friction drive.
The flow guide body 4 is in a spiral line shape, is coaxially and fixedly arranged in the cylinder body 11 with the cylinder body 11, and is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the cylinder body 11 through the filter screen 12. And the spiral direction of current carrier 4 is the same as the rotation direction of barrel 11. Spray 5 may be self-contained or have spray header 51 connected to an external water source, such as city tap water, for providing a continuous flow of water to spray 5.
When the material feeding device is used, only the material needs to be gradually placed into the inlet, the material can slide along the inner wall of the cylinder body 11 under the action of gravity, and the cylinder body 11 can rotate around the axis under the driving of the rotating mechanism 3. And the spray head 51 of the spray device 5 continuously sprays clean water to the filter holes 111 on the cylinder 11 from top to bottom. The clean water penetrates into the filter cavity from the upper filter hole 111 through the filter screen 12 and contacts with the materials in the filter cavity to dissolve the soluble substances in the materials. The water with the soluble substances dissolved therein continuously flows downwards under the action of gravity, passes through the filter screen 12 from the filter hole 111 below the cylinder 11 and flows out, and a collecting device can be arranged right below the cylinder 11 and collects the water flowing out from the filter hole 111 below the cylinder 11 for recovering the soluble substances therein. The insoluble substance remained in the material falls from the outlet below the cylinder 11 under the guiding action of the flow guiding body 4, and a collecting device for collecting the insoluble substance in the material can also be preferably arranged at the outlet below the cylinder 11. Therefore, the separation of soluble substances and insoluble arrangement in materials can be realized through the self-cleaning drum screen.

The self-cleaning trommel of claim 2 further comprising a frame, wherein the frame comprises an elevated frame, a short frame and a plurality of roller assemblies, the roller assemblies are respectively fixedly arranged at the top ends of the elevated frame and the short frame, the elevated frame is rotatably connected with the upper end of the trommel body through the roller assemblies, and the short frame is rotatably connected with the lower end of the trommel body through the roller assemblies.
6. The self-cleaning trommel of claim 5, wherein two annular connecting portions extend radially from each end of the tubular body, said connecting portions being rotatably connected to the roller assemblies.
7. The self-cleaning trommel of claim 6, wherein said turning mechanism is drivingly connected to one of said roller assemblies, said turning mechanism being capable of turning said connecting portion via said roller assembly.
8. The self-cleaning trommel of claim 7, wherein said roller assembly is connected to said connection portion by a threaded engagement or a friction drive connection.
9. The self-cleaning trommel of claim 8, wherein said rotation mechanism is a motor.
10. The self-cleaning trommel of claim 1, wherein the cylinder inclination angle is 5 °.
