本发明提供一种LED直管灯涂料装置,包括底座,支柱,所述底座两侧设有支柱,所述支柱内侧设有第一电动伸缩装置,所述第一电动伸缩装置一侧设有固定架,所述支柱顶端设有第二电动伸缩装置,所述第二电动伸缩装置顶端固定连接横梁,所述横梁上设有第三电动伸缩装置,所述电动伸缩装置下方设有喷涂腔,所述喷涂腔下方设有喷涂管,所述喷涂管正下方设有LED直管,所述LED直管下方设有堵头,所述堵头穿过底座连接回收箱,所述支柱一侧设有涂料箱,所述涂料箱上方设有涂料泵所述涂料泵一侧设有进口管,所述涂料泵顶端设有出口管,所述涂料泵一侧设有进料口,且所述进料口在所述涂料箱上。本发明避免了荧光粉涂料占到外壁,且提高了工作效率。

一种LED直管灯涂料装置
技术领域
本发明涉及照明灯具装置制备领域,尤其涉及一种LED直管灯涂料装置。
背景技术
LED直管灯灯管的内侧壁上设有一层荧光层,目前,在LED直管灯灯管的内侧壁涂荧光粉时,荧光粉容易散落到LED直管灯灯管的外部,造成荧光粉涂料的浪费而且容易沾到灯关的外侧壁上,且工作效率较低,因此有必要提供一种新的技术方案解决该问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述背景技术中所提及的荧光粉涂料占到外壁且工作效率低而提供的一种技术方案。
本发明提供的技术方案是:一种LED直管灯涂料装置,包括底座,支柱,所述底座两侧设有支柱,所述支柱内侧设有第一电动伸缩装置,所述第一电动伸缩装置一侧设有固定架,所述支柱顶端设有第二电动伸缩装置,所述第二电动伸缩装置顶端固定连接横梁,所述横梁上设有第三电动伸缩装置,所述电动伸缩装置下方设有喷涂腔,所述喷涂腔下方设有喷涂管,所述喷涂管正下方设有LED直管,所述LED直管下方设有堵头,所述堵头穿过底座连接回收箱,所述支柱一侧设有涂料箱,所述涂料箱上方设有涂料泵所述涂料泵一侧设有进口管,所述涂料泵顶端设有出口管,所述涂料泵一侧设有进料口,且所述进料口在所述涂料箱上。
进一步地,所述喷涂管比LED直管高1-2厘米,所述喷涂管的直径比LED直管小,且喷涂管上设有喷涂孔。
进一步地,所述堵头为弹性塑料制品,所述堵头内部设有贯穿孔。
进一步地,所述出口管为弹性伸缩管。
进一步地,所述固定架一侧设有橡胶垫。
本发明具有的有益效果是:通过堵头设有贯穿孔,使得喷涂到LED直管内多余的涂料流进回收箱,另设有的固定架一侧设有橡胶垫避免压坏LED直管,设有的喷涂管能够深入LED直管内部进行喷涂,有效的提高了喷涂效率。

如图1-2所示,一种LED直管灯涂料装置,包括底座1,支柱2,所述底座1两侧设有支柱2,所述支柱2内侧设有第一电动伸缩装置3,所述第一电动伸缩装置3一侧设有固定架4,所述固定架4一侧设有橡胶垫17,设有的橡胶垫17能在调节固定时,避免挤坏LED直管10,所述支柱2顶端设有第二电动伸缩装置5,所述第二电动伸缩装置5顶端固定连接横梁6,第二电动伸缩装置5能够作动横梁6的整体上下位置,所述横梁6上设有第三电动伸缩装置7,所述第三电动伸缩装置7下方设有喷涂腔8,第三电动伸缩装置7最终调节喷涂管9的上下位置,所述喷涂腔8下方设有喷涂管9,所述喷涂管9比LED直管10高1-2厘米,所述喷涂管9的直径比LED直管10小,且喷涂管9上设有喷涂孔,喷涂管9直接抵触到堵头11的部分位置,使得喷涂管9能够在LED直管内作业,所述喷涂管9正下方设有LED直管10,所述LED直管10下方设有堵头11,堵头11为弹性塑料制品,所述堵头11内部设有贯穿孔18,通过堵头11设有贯穿孔18,使得喷涂到LED直管内多余的涂料流进回收箱12,所述堵头11穿过底座连接回收箱12,所述支柱2一侧设有涂料箱13,所述涂料箱13上方设有涂料泵14所述涂料泵14一侧设有进口管15,所述涂料泵14顶端设有出口管16,出口管16为弹性伸缩管,能够跟随伸缩装置做相应的移动,所述涂料泵14一侧设有进料口17,且所述进料口17在所述涂料箱13上。
本发明的工作原理是:先将待喷涂的LED直管10一端插入堵头11上,因堵头11为弹性塑料制品,有一定的扩张性,插入后,在启动第一电动伸缩装置3使得固定架4的橡胶垫接触LED直管10,固定完成后,调节第二电动伸缩装置5使得横梁6处于合适位置,作动第三伸缩装置7使得喷涂管9插入LED直管10内,因喷涂管9直径比LED直管10小,且喷涂管9比LED直管10高1-2厘米,故可以将喷涂管9伸入LED直管10内,并抵触到堵头11,启动涂料泵14,涂料从出口管16进入喷涂腔8,喷涂腔8进入喷涂管9,在由喷涂管9的小孔喷到LED直管10内壁上,喷出过多的涂料,从堵头11贯穿孔流入回收箱12内,在由回收箱12一侧的阀门回收。
