A method of separating wheat bran, wheat germ and endosperm as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the method comprises the steps of: pouring wheat to be processed into a wheat grinding bin (3) from a feeding port (2), starting a machine body (1), vibrating a vibrating table (10) at the bottom of the inner side of the machine body (1), driving the wheat grinding bin (3) to vibrate by the vibrating table (10) through a transmission rod (12), increasing the weight of the wheat grinding bin (3) due to the poured wheat, compressing a spring (13) at the bottom of the wheat grinding bin (3), sliding a control slide block (9) at the right side of the wheat grinding bin (3) onto a sand switch (7), starting a sand roller (5) to work, starting the sand roller (5) to grind the wheat in the wheat grinding bin (3), making the wheat in the wheat grinding bin (3) upwards from a bottom casting and slowly circulate at the bottom due to the vibration of the transmission rod (12), fully grinding the wheat in the wheat grinding bin (3) by the sand roller (5), and fully separating the wheat bran of the wheat in the wheat grinding bin (3), the transmission rod (12) is vibrated, the bottom of the wheat grinding bin (3) is designed by adopting the screen (6), the ground wheat bran can enter the discharging hopper (11) through the screen (6), and the wheat bran falls onto the endosperm discharging belt (14) firstly;
