according to the invention, the elastic bag 2 can be conveniently collected into the inner side of the outer tube 1 through the sliding inner tube 3, the elastic bag 2 can be conveniently conveyed to the esophagus of a patient, the elastic bag 2 is prevented from being continuously scraped on the inner wall of the esophagus, cold water is fed into the inner tube 3, the outer tube 1 is pumped out of the cold water, the cold water in the elastic bag 2 can be conveniently replaced in time, the cold water with different degrees can be quickly replaced to adapt to the patient, and rehabilitation training can be carried out on the functional disorder of the cricopharyngeal muscle of the patient in a passive and active combined passive mode, so that the elastic bag is convenient to use.
