Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem that the prior art lacks the apparatus for carrying out early movement and rehabilitation training on the upper limbs of an ICU patient, the scheme provides an ICU posture treatment comprehensive rehabilitation chair which can fix the shoulder and back of a human body and can lead the human body to carry out posture change and a rehabilitation training auxiliary apparatus for training the upper limbs.

a shoulder and back fixer connected to the table and capable of being fixed to the shoulder and back of human body; the shoulder and back fixator is supported by the table and loads the weight of the human body.
Optionally: the table comprises a table plate and a table bracket, and the table bracket is connected with and supported below the table plate; the shoulder and back fixator is connected to and supported by the table plate or the table support.
Optionally: the shoulder and back fixer comprises a shoulder and back pad, a fixing belt, a shoulder and back support rod and a side wing plate; the shoulder and back pad is attached to the shoulder and back of a human body, the fixing band is arranged on the front side of the shoulder and back pad and used for fixing the human body, the left side and the right side of the shoulder and back pad are respectively provided with a side wing plate, and the parts of the two side wing plates, which are far away from the shoulder and back pad, are respectively connected to the edge of the table board through a shoulder and back supporting rod.
Optionally: the left side and the right side of the shoulder back cushion are respectively rotatably connected with the corresponding side wing plates; the two shoulder and back support rods are respectively rotatably connected with a sliding assembly, the two shoulder and back support rods are respectively connected to the edge of the table top plate through the corresponding sliding assemblies, and the shoulder and back support rods can slide along the edge of the table top plate and can rotate relative to the sliding assemblies.
Optionally: the two sliding assemblies respectively comprise a sliding rail rod, a sliding seat and a tightening piece, the sliding rail rod is connected to the edge of the table board, the sliding seat is sleeved on the sliding rail rod and can slide along the sliding rail rod, and the tightening piece is connected to the sliding seat through a screw and used for fixing the sliding seat to the sliding rail rod; at least one of the carriages of the two sliding assemblies is C-shaped.
Optionally: the fixing belts comprise shoulder arm fixing belts and chest fixing belts, the two shoulder arm fixing belts are connected to the front side of the shoulder pad, and the two shoulder arm fixing belts can be respectively connected to the left shoulder and the right shoulder of a human body; the chest fixing belt is connected between the two shoulder and arm fixing belts.
Optionally: one side of the table top plate close to the human body is provided with an arc-shaped groove which is matched with the human body and used for accommodating the human body abdomen, a protruding edge is arranged at the edge of the table top plate far away from one side of the human body, and the protruding edge is used for preventing the appliance on the table top plate from falling.

Optionally: the ICU body position treatment comprehensive rehabilitation chair is provided with an annular silica gel pad matched with the ICU body position treatment comprehensive rehabilitation chair, and when a human body is seated and stood at the edge of a sickbed, the annular silica gel pad is placed on the hip of the human body so as to reduce pressure injury borne by the human body in a sitting and standing state.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. in the scheme, the shoulder-back fixer is used for fixing the back position, so that an ICU patient can perform early movement and rehabilitation treatment in a sitting position and a standing position; during early activities and rehabilitation treatment of a sitting position or a standing position, the weight support position of an ICU patient is concentrated on the shoulder and back, meanwhile, the gravity of the human body is transmitted to the table through mechanical conduction, and by means of the integral support and stabilization effect of the device, the influence of the gravity of the human body on the activities of the human body is greatly overcome, the stability and the balance of the sitting position or the standing position of the patient are kept, the physical strength of the patient is saved, the duration time of early-rise activities and rehabilitation training is prolonged, the fatigue degree of the patient is relieved, and the activities and the medical safety of the patient are guaranteed; before the upper limb or the lower limb does not achieve the rehabilitation training effect, the probability that the spine or the head of the human body bears excessive pressure to be fatigued is reduced;
2. the table in the scheme can be used for placing appliances for upper limb rehabilitation training, can be vertically lifted and provided with universal rollers, and therefore can be used for walking rehabilitation training of a human body in an upright state;
3. be provided with the head fixer in this scheme, this head fixer can be used for the head fixed to alleviate the pressure of neck, in addition, be provided with the shank training ware, this shank training ware can be to the rehabilitation of low limbs training aid through the motion of trampling of circumferencial direction.

The shoulder and back fixer 2 is connected on the table; the shoulder and back fixator 2 is fixed to the shoulder and back of the human body and can load the weight of the human body; the shoulder and back fixator 2 is supported by the table, the weight of the human body is transmitted to the table through the shoulder and back fixator 2, and then the table bears the weight of the human body; because the shoulder and back fixator 2 bears the weight of the human body, the lower pressure is born below the chest of the human body, so that the pressure of the self weight of the human body on bones and muscle tissues below the chest is reduced in the rehabilitation training process of an ICU patient in a sitting or standing state, the training time of the rehabilitation training is prolonged, and the fatigue of the rehabilitation training is relieved; before the upper limb or the lower limb does not achieve the rehabilitation training effect, the probability that the spine of the human body bears excessive pressure and is fatigued is reduced.
The table support 5 comprises a connecting cross rod 51 and two I-shaped supports, the two I-shaped supports are arranged in parallel, and the connecting cross rod 51 is connected between the two I-shaped supports; the lower part of each I-shaped bracket is provided with a universal roller 55; each i-shaped bracket is provided with a binding belt 56, and the binding belt 56 is used for fixing the i-shaped bracket to the edge of the sickbed 8. An arc-shaped groove 41 matched with and accommodating the abdomen of the human body is formed in one side, close to the human body, of the table board 4, a protruding edge 42 is formed in the edge, away from the human body, of the table board 4, and the protruding edge 42 is used for preventing appliances on the table board 4 from falling off; the left side, the right side and the front side of the table board 4 are respectively provided with a handrail, the handrails can facilitate the holding and grasping of hands of a human body in a sitting position and a standing position, and meanwhile, the handrails can also carry out upper limb restraint on a part of patients with poor double-hand matching degree and easy hand restlessness.
The fixing belts comprise shoulder arm fixing belts 22 and chest fixing belts 23, the two shoulder arm fixing belts 22 are connected to the front side of the shoulder-back cushion 21, and the two shoulder arm fixing belts 22 can be connected to the left shoulder and the right shoulder of a human body respectively; the chest fixing strap 23 is connected between the two shoulder fixing straps 22, the chest fixing strap 23 is provided with a buckle, the shoulder fixing straps 22 can be tensioned by the chest fixing strap 23 after the buckle is in butt joint, meanwhile, the chest fixing strap 23 comprises two straps which are arranged one on the other, and therefore the fixing strength of the fixing straps to the shoulder and back of the human body is enhanced.

The shoulder and back fixer 2 comprises a shoulder and back cushion 21, a fixing belt, a shoulder and back support rod 24 and a side wing plate 25; the shoulder and back pad 21 is attached to the back of the human body, the fixing band is arranged on the front side of the shoulder and back pad 21 and is used for fixing the human body, the left side and the right side of the shoulder and back pad 21 are respectively provided with a side wing plate 25, and the parts of the two side wing plates 25 far away from the shoulder and back pad 21 are respectively connected to the edge of the table board 4 through a shoulder and back support rod 24; the left side and the right side of the shoulder back cushion 21 are respectively rotatably connected with the corresponding side wing plates 25; the two shoulder and back support rods 24 are respectively rotatably connected with a sliding assembly 3, the two shoulder and back support rods 24 are respectively connected to the edge of the table board 4 through the corresponding sliding assemblies 3, and the shoulder and back support rods 24 can slide along the edge of the table board 4 and can rotate relative to the sliding assemblies 3. Due to the use of the side wing plates 25, the rotatable connection relationship between the side wing plates 25 and the shoulder and back pads 21 and the rotatable connection relationship between the shoulder and back support rods 24 and the sliding assembly 3, when the shoulder and back support rods 24 move along the length direction of the table board 4, the distance between the shoulder and back pads 21 and the table board 4 can be adjusted, when the height and the body size of a patient are different, the distance between the patient and the table board 4 can be ensured to be moderate through the adjustment of the positions of the shoulder and back support rods 24, and the rehabilitation training of sitting, standing and upper limbs is facilitated.
The two sliding assemblies 3 respectively comprise a sliding rail rod 31, a sliding seat 32, a propping piece 34 and a rotating handle 33, the cross section of the sliding rail rod 31 is square and is connected to the edge of the table board 4, the central line of the sliding rail rod 31 is parallel to the length direction of the table board 4, the sliding seat 32 is sleeved on the sliding rail rod 31 and can slide along the sliding rail rod 31, the propping piece 34 is connected to the sliding seat 32 through a screw and is used for fixing the sliding seat 32 to the sliding rail rod 31, and the lower end of the screw is connected with the rotating handle 33, so that the fixing of the propping piece 34 to the sliding rail rod 31 can be controlled through the rotating handle 33; at least one of the slides 32 of the two sliding assemblies 3 is C-shaped. Since one of the sliders 32 is C-shaped, the slider 32 can be removed from the rail bar 31, and the side for opening the shoulder and back fixator 2 can be opened, so that a human body can enter the gap between the shoulder and back fixator 2 and the table plate 4.

The leg trainer 6 comprises two protection discs 61 and two foot pedals 63, wherein the foot pedals 63 are used for foot treading, the moving tracks of the foot pedals 63 are circular, the two foot pedals 63 respectively correspond to the left foot and the right foot of a human body, and the protection discs 61 are arranged on the inner sides of the foot pedals 63; between the two protection discs 61 there is arranged a shaft which is connected to the connecting crossbar 51 by means of vertically arranged vertical connecting rods 61. The design of the position of the protection disc 61 can ensure that the two pedals 63 do not collide with the vertical connecting rod 61 at the mutual dislocation process, thereby protecting the foot.
When a human body is in a sitting and standing state and lower limb rehabilitation training is carried out, the human body can sit and stand at the edge of a sickbed 8, meanwhile, an annular silica gel pad 7 is arranged on the hip of the human body, and the annular silica gel pad 7 is annular, so that pressure injury borne by bones of the spine of the human body or hip bones of the hip and the like in the sitting and standing state can be reduced.
