Abstract
The invention discloses a removable denture abutment tooth preparation and implant implantation combined guide plate and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the manufacturing steps comprise: preparing an dentition and alveolar ridge model, and then digitally scanning the dentition, the alveolar ridge model and the dentition mouth to obtain a digital model; matching the digital model with a CBCT three-dimensional reconstruction alveolar bone model shot by a patient to obtain an removable denture base three-dimensional model; analyzing and determining removable denture in-place channels of the removable denture base three-dimensional model, and then manufacturing a denture hole, a removable denture base preparation guide rod and an implant implantation guide ring to obtain a combined guide plate three-dimensional model; the three-dimensional model of the combined guide plate is generated by a computer and is printed by 3D resin, so that the combined guide plate for the preparation of the removable denture abutment and the implantation of the implant can be obtained. The combined guide plate manufactured by the invention has the advantages of reducing the abrasion among implant components, enabling RPD to be smoothly and passively placed in place and taken out, slowing down the absorption of marginal alveolar ridges and ensuring the service life of the implant in the use process.
Description
Technical Field

Background

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
